I visited the drive-thru at the restaurant around 8:30 pm. I ordered a 12 pc family meal but the employee said they didn't have it and offered a mix instead. I agreed. However, when I got home, I found I had received 6 legs and 7 thighs instead. When I called to explain, a female employee hung up on me. I am disappointed by this poor customer service. The meal cost me around $35 and I would like a full refund. The incident happened at your Mesa, AZ store on E Main St. I have called customer service twice but left messages with no response. I recently visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken on East Michigan in Jackson, Michigan. I believe the store number is either [redacted] or [redacted]. When I requested my meal to be all dark meat and was willing to wait, the cashier was refusing to take my order the way I wanted. Despite being willing to wait, she was snotty and rude, mentioning a 25-minute wait time. At the drive-thru window, I found the cup of ice for my drink to be nearly empty. After multiple requests, she finally filled it with ice in a large cup, displaying more rudeness. I demanded to speak to a manager, requested a refund, and warned them that I would report this to corporate. As someone with extensive customer service and restaurant management experience, I was extremely displeased by the service. I tried contacting corporate through the 1-[redacted]-KFC number, but haven't received a response yet. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.

The food I received was unacceptable. The chicken, which should have matched the original recipe from my past experience working at KFC, was overcooked and lacking skin and coating. The biscuit was hard, the mashed potatoes container was messy, and the drink was poorly prepared, with only a few pieces of ice and a flat taste. As a plumbing service technician who relies on KFC for quality service and food during my frequent travels, this was my worst experience yet. Despite trying to contact customer service multiple times without success, I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I am a regular customer who purchases your products 3 to 4 times a week, and missing lunch today due to this disappointing experience was frustrating. The negligence at the Canton, Ohio store on Cleveland Ave has left me incredibly dissatisfied. I have photos of the poor quality food if needed and look forward to a resolution soon. I had an unpleasant experience at KFC on LaSalle Avenue. The staff was very rude and served me cold, old food with watery gravy. The employee taking orders didn't greet me, and when I finally placed my order, she was rude and rushed me with a bad attitude. When I paid, I didn't receive a receipt until I asked for one, and when I did, it was for a different time than my visit. Overall, the service was poor and I felt like the employee was not honest with me.

I visited the KFC in Middletown, New York on Route [redacted]. While waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, I was informed they were only accepting cash due to a broken credit card machine. Interestingly, the machine at the front was functional. When I mentioned I was disabled and had been waiting, the manager questioned me and laughed. They insisted I enter the store to place my order, despite my condition. I suggested using the working register, but was refused. The manager's attitude was rude and unacceptable. This experience was unlike any I've had in my 50 years of patronizing KFC. - B. Clark

Today, October 15, [redacted], at 1:42 pm at KFC on Via Gioberti 29, Rome, I placed a "take away" order with document number 0[redacted], Operator [redacted], which included "Large Fries - Eur 2.50". The delivery number is [redacted]. Upon arriving home and opening the bag, I noticed that the fries were missing. Since your service is entirely digital, someone must have reported that the fries were not delivered or someone, unjustly, took them. I am reporting this not only because I am annoyed by not finding the fries in the bag but also to alert you that there may be someone dishonest in that store who is not including all items ordered in the "take away" bags. I expect you to carry out an investigation and inform me of the outcome. In the meantime, I will not be using your chain anymore and I plan to warn all my social media contacts to be wary of your staff and carefully check the contents of "take away" bags. Dear KFC Corporate, I wanted to bring to your attention an incident I observed today and the outstanding response exhibited by your staff. Today, on 10/24/[redacted], a little after 3 PM, I visited the KFC located at [redacted] Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. I am a regular customer at this branch and have always been treated with kindness. While placing my order at the counter, I witnessed a troubling incident involving a difficult customer. This individual seemed intent on causing a scene and was confrontational towards your employees. Although I have only seen such behavior referred to as a "Karen" on social media, this woman's actions mirrored those negative stereotypes. She made false accusations against an employee, which led to a heated exchange. I am not here to dwell on the lack of mental health support available in society today. Instead, I wanted to highlight the professionalism and poise demonstrated by your staff in handling this challenging situation. Despite the provocation from the unruly customer, the employees remained composed and responded in a dignified manner. Their conduct was truly impressive, and I felt compelled to reach out to you to acknowledge their exemplary performance. It is disheartening that individuals feel entitled to mistreat hard-working restaurant staff or anyone else for that matter. Please recognize and commend the employees at KFC [redacted] for their exceptional work ethic. P.S. I also enjoyed a delicious meal of original recipe chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, and gravy during my visit.

At [redacted] Northeast 15th Avenue, North Miami Beach, FL, I visited the KFC drive-thru and ordered an 8-piece meal, half original and half crispy as they claimed they didn't have grilled. I requested coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a Dr. Pepper. After paying $18.70, I received only a bucket, and I had to ask about the missing items. I ended up paying an extra $8.54 for them. When I got home, I discovered only one drumstick was original, while the rest was crispy. I was also disappointed to find no biscuits in my order. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I doubt I will return. It was only 9:15, and they were open until midnight, so I believe they should have had both original and grilled chicken available. I've been trying to follow up on my incorrect order for the past three days. Despite being promised callbacks from a manager, I have yet to receive any. I've called five times since Friday, with the assurance that they would return my call, but to no avail. Twice, I was informed that my order was on its way, only to receive nothing. Instead of cheesecakes, I received chocolate cake. The customer service attitude displayed was indifferent and impolite, which is completely unacceptable.

I visited the KFC store at VR Punjab Mall in Mohali two days ago. I was waiting in line to pay for my order worth Rs. [redacted]. When I handed my bill to the KFC employee, I couldn't recall his name, but he was wearing a turban (Name: Munjeet). After waiting for my order for 30 minutes, I inquired about it, and Mr. Manjeet mentioned that I hadn't given him a bill. I asked to check the camera footage, but he insisted I hadn't given him anything. I felt upset about the situation. When I asked Munjeet again if he had received my bill, he maintained that I hadn't given it to him. Then, when I went to collect my meal, the tray slipped from my hand, and the food was wasted. I am very disappointed with the service at KFC and the behavior of the staff, especially Mr. Munjeet. I have decided not to visit KFC again and will inform my friends and family about this incident to prevent them from going there. I feel like my money was wasted.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC in Sierra Vista, Arizona on Fry Blvd. I never receive a receipt, and my orders are frequently incorrect. On November 2, [redacted], around 8:40 pm, I ordered two bowls, one as part of a meal, one separately, two chicken sandwiches - one spicy and one regular, large fries, and hot sauce. Unfortunately, they forgot the spicy sandwich, fries, and hot sauce. It's frustrating when simple items are missed. I hope for improved customer service and maybe some coupons for complimentary food to make up for the inconvenience. I enjoy KFC but the service needs to be better for me to return willingly.

I visited the drive-thru and received an entirely wrong order. I tried calling the establishment, but no one answered, and the staff there did not speak English. I even went to a different KFC in another city since I was on my way home and encountered unhelpful staff with a poor attitude. They hesitated to correct the mistake and there was no compensation or apology offered. The situation was frustrating, as they also tried to give us the wrong order a second time, forcing us to show the receipt multiple times in attempts to get the order right. This level of service is unacceptable.

I placed an online order and my AMEX was charged $17.27. Upon arriving at the store to pick it up, I was informed by an employee/manager named Shemeika that online orders were not being accepted due to technical issues. She advised me to contact DoorDash for a refund, even though I didn't use their service. When I inquired about getting a refund through their website, she was unhelpful and walked away. I tried calling the number provided, but the same employee was rude to her colleagues and eventually stormed out of the restaurant, leaving chaos behind. I am contacting you to express my concern regarding the pricing of an item at KFC. Recently, my grandmother, who relies on social security, decided to treat herself to a meal at KFC. To her surprise, an 8-piece leg order cost $18.32, which we feel is excessively high. I find it hard to justify this cost, especially considering her fixed income. I believe it is important for the staff at KFC to inform customers of more budget-friendly options when placing orders. Three days ago at around 5 PM in South Boston, Virginia, I placed an order at KFC for a Big Box family meal. After driving 30 minutes to get home, I found the food was cold and the order was completely wrong. When I called to address the issue, someone answered, put me on hold, and then disconnected the call. Every time I tried calling back, the phone just rang without anyone picking up.

I recently visited the KFC in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and unfortunately had yet another issue at this location. Despite ordering an eight-piece chicken meal for $22, only four pieces were provided. I contacted the manager, Karen, who was unhelpful about the situation. She eventually agreed to replace the missing chicken with a coupon for four pieces. Feeling dissatisfied with the resolution, I mentioned contacting corporate. Eventually, she offered to provide us with the complete order of eight pieces. Nonetheless, I believe a new dinner should have been offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I believe this location's ongoing problems highlight management issues and poor customer service skills. I hope that corporate can address these recurring problems at the Greensburg location soon, as it is the most convenient option for us.

I recently visited KFC on 5th Ave in Yakima, WA and experienced cold food and encountered rude customer service. The manager on duty lacked proper PR skills and did not address the issue politely. I was disappointed as I wasn't offered any sauces with my chicken tenders. This has been a recurring problem for me at this location. To resolve this, it would be helpful to provide the general manager with PR training, including listening, offering apologies, and ensuring food quality. It's essential to remind the manager to maintain hot and fresh food standards and to consistently offer sauces. The interaction left me feeling very dissatisfied, and I believe KFC can do better in handling customer concerns.

During my recent visits to the KFC Greenwich restaurant, I encountered issues with cold food and unfriendly staff. On my most recent visit, a team leader named Tarek was exceptionally rude when I tried to address my previous complaint about cold food that had cost me £20. Despite my request for the head office number, he was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming not to know it. The food I purchased on this occasion was once again cold and unsatisfactory, and the packaging was messy. They even forgot to include part of my order. I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund of £10.97 and a free meal from a different KFC branch. The poor treatment and subpar food quality have left me feeling upset and overlooked as a customer. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I have encountered an issue at the local KFC. The manager was quite rude and disrespectful during my recent visit. This is not the first time she has treated me poorly, assuming I am someone else. Despite not living in the area, I stopped in to purchase food for a birthday party. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and not fresh, and even after requesting fresh fries, they were still not up to par. Adding to the unpleasant experience, when I asked for butter, a fly was present. I spent $75 at this establishment, only to be disrespected and mistreated. The condition of the bathrooms was unsanitary, with feces and urine around the toilets. This behavior is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund for my poor experience. I have never encountered such issues at KFC locations in Ohio or Pennsylvania, making this situation truly disappointing.

I previously reached out to your office regarding an issue, where I was supposed to receive vouchers that were never received. During my visit to KFC #[redacted], I ordered three Mashed Potato Bowls, but each was only filled halfway, appearing very scant.
