We have had repeated issues with the KFC on [redacted] Hixson Pike in Hixson, TN. Today, we ordered a 16-piece meal with 8 biscuits, but only received 11 pieces of chicken and 6 biscuits after paying $42. We attempted to call them multiple times, but they kept picking up and hanging up. This is very unprofessional. My partner has returned to the store to either receive the missing items or get a refund. He is extremely upset, and I wanted to handle it, but he insisted on taking care of it himself. Despite my physical limitations and needing a walker, I would have gone to return the incomplete order. This has been a disappointing experience for us. - F. and B. Thomas

I recently visited the Cameron NC location on 7/1/[redacted], keeping my receipt and taking pictures of my food. I had ordered 12 hot wings, requesting them to be freshly made. Unfortunately, they couldn't take big bills, leading me to break it at the nearby food lion, causing a slight delay. Upon returning, I found my wings to be overcooked and tough. When I called on 7/2/[redacted] at 10:50 am to speak to the manager, I was told he needed to check with a higher-up before replacing the food. This response was quite frustrating, as I have experience managing a restaurant myself. Seeking better service, I visited the KFC on Ramsey Street where they promptly replaced my order without any hassle. The attitude and lack of responsibility from the manager at the Cameron location were disappointing, and I hope for better treatment in the future.

I visited KFC location #G135511 today, July 7th, [redacted], at 2:01 PM. I ordered a 3-piece dark meat meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Upon returning home, I noticed one of the thighs was missing half its breading, and I received Mac and cheese instead of the coleslaw I had requested. I attempted to contact the restaurant without success and then tried the main office number, where I waited after following the automated prompts to speak with a representative regarding my order. The lack of customer service and responsiveness was disappointing. I prefer not to return to the restaurant today to correct the error as I have other commitments. I kindly request a prompt response from a representative to address and resolve this issue.

We recently visited the drive-thru on North Decatur Blvd after seeing an ad for the large chicken sandwiches. I requested no mayonnaise on the sandwiches but instead wanted buffalo sauce. I was informed that only the small chicken sandwiches could be customized that way. I then asked to be charged extra for the buffalo sauce and requested they treat the small sandwiches as if they were large ones with plenty of sauce and made fresh and hot. However, when we received the order, the small sandwiches had very little sauce and were barely warm, which upset the staff. Additionally, we added a coleslaw and diet coke to the order but only received the drink. This location has consistently had issues. Please contact me at [redacted] to address these mistakes. Our original ticket number was [redacted], and a second one was issued, causing confusion. The order was not fulfilled correctly, and this experience was frustrating.

Our order arrived two hours late, and the potatoes and chicken were cold. They provided regular Coke instead of Coke Light, and they forgot the ketchup and mayonnaise. When we called customer service to complain, they were rude and unhelpful. This disappointing experience occurred at the Kurtkoy Lens KFC branch in Istanbul, Turkey. Unfortunately, similar incidents have happened before, despite hoping for improvement each time. When threatening to report the issue, a KFC employee named Oktan was dismissive, saying nothing would come of it. I plan to share my negative experience on social media and make complaints to the KFC headquarters. It's disheartening that the customer service and quality of service at KFC continue to disappoint.

Upon arriving at the Oneida Tennessee Alberta Street location at 9:40 pm, I was disappointed to find out there was only one filet left, limiting my order to just one sandwich. Additionally, they were out of chicken strips, so I couldn't even order a chicken little. The food I received was cold, and I had to reheat it at home. The Famous Bowl was lacking gravy and had only a few pieces of chicken. The sandwich I could order had extremely dry chicken, making it inedible after just two bites. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in terms of food quality. I used to work in fast food, and regardless of the time, I always made sure the food was hot and acceptable for customers. It's unlikely that I'll return to this location based on this disappointing visit.

After a challenging day in the emergency room, my partner and I were exhausted and famished. We visited your Harmer, Pennsylvania location's drive-thru around 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday, only to be informed they were not accepting orders. The website indicated they were open until 10:00 p.m. Disappointed, we left and decided to try Chester's Chicken instead, where we were met with appreciation and kindness. Unfortunately, I regret to say that we will no longer be supporting your business due to this experience.

I initially tried calling to place an order but couldn't reach anyone. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I requested a 16-piece and 8-piece meal in extra crispy. The employee said I could have the 8-piece in extra crispy, then later stated that it wasn't possible due to limited supply. I agreed to the original option. When I reached the window, she apologized for the misunderstanding and mentioned being short-staffed and rushed. Despite this, her tone was loud and unsettling throughout. I also discovered she was the manager, and I ended up spending $75 on the meal. I don't expect a free meal but wanted to address the manager's rudeness. This incident happened at KFC on Tyndall Parkway in Panama City, Florida. I hope this feedback can be shared with the manager to improve customer service.

I visited the drive-thru and placed an order, requesting extra fry sauce, ketchup, and mustard. After waiting for 17 minutes, my order was missing the sauces. I approached the manager, who questioned my request for sauces, despite being present when I asked her colleague. The manager then rolled her eyes when I clarified, leading to a confrontation. I asked for the sauces, but was told they only had ketchup. When I questioned this, the staff started laughing, and when I inquired about it, I was asked to leave. I requested the corporate number but was denied. I am seeking a full refund and wish to escalate this issue to corporate.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the KFC store located in Ameilia, Ohio (store #[redacted]). After purchasing lunch, I found the food didn't taste right and made me feel sick. The corn was hard, and the coleslaw had black bits. When I went to complain at the store, the manager's reaction was unprofessional; he laughed at me and insulted me behind my back when making the replacement bowls. This made me feel disrespected and upset, and I regret accepting the replacement food. I no longer have an appetite due to feeling sick from the previous meal. Despite my disappointment, I wanted to share my experience and express that I will not be returning to that KFC location. The attitude and behavior displayed by the manager have left a negative impression, and I feel compelled to leave a negative review to reflect my experience accurately.

I placed an online order for pickup around 8:30, but when I clicked "place order," I didn't receive any confirmation, and the store was closing at 9. I immediately called the store to verify the order before my son went to pick it up, but they could not find any order placed. After being on hold for over 10 minutes with the store's 1-[redacted] number, I called the store back as my son arrived, only to find out they were unfamiliar with the "side lovers meal" I ordered - a meal that requires online purchase. Despite using the online ordering system to make it convenient, it seems it caused confusion. I hope to speak with a representative about this to ensure a smoother process in the future. My time is valuable, and I enjoy your food, but if this experience continues, I may have to consider dining elsewhere.

On Saturday at 2:45 pm, we ordered two tender meals for $48.95, but an alarm went off, and we were told the fire department was coming. I informed the morning manager I would return in an hour and a half. When I came back, another employee named Renee was unprofessional and asked me to return later despite the morning staff knowing I hadn't received my order. Frustrated, I went to another location and bought food for my family. I have a case open with customer service, who suggested I go back for a refund. When I did, Renee, the manager, rudely asked if I brought the food back, although I never got it. She told me to return today to get it, using inappropriate language.

Each visit to the KFC on Powder Springs Road in Powder Springs, Georgia becomes more frustrating. Today, after a year since my last visit due to poor service, I ordered two 3-piece tender meals and a classic chicken sandwich meal. I had to repeat my drink preferences multiple times for each item. After ordering, we were asked to pull forward, allowing the next two cars to receive their meals before us. Inside, they hadn't even started preparing our food. It took extra time to make fresh fries. Despite mentioning my missing sauce, my frustration led me to leave without it. This location's service has consistently disappointed. Last Mother's Day, they had us wait 20 minutes only to hand our cold food to another customer before us. I hoped for an improvement today, but unfortunately, the same poor service continues to plague this store, even with ample staff and few customers present.

I would like to share my recent experience at the KFC in Springdale, AR. During the last month, I have visited this location four times to order 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 serving of fries, but each time my order was delayed. Tonight, after waiting for 25 minutes, we received a half-full and cold fries along with the chicken sandwiches. On a previous visit, they even ran out of fries in the early evening. When I politely requested a full serving of fries, the employees were rude to me. It seems like many customers, including myself, have to wait longer than expected at this KFC location. While a short wait is understandable, waiting 25 to 30 minutes for a simple order is unacceptable. I have experience in the food service industry and believe that this location needs some serious attention. Although I enjoy KFC's food, particularly the chicken sandwich, my husband and I have decided not to return to this specific KFC due to the extremely poor customer service.

I attempted to contact your corporate office, but no one answered the phone. On Sunday, September 2, [redacted], my parents visited the KFC on Camp Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas. They observed a customer, described as a large black woman, having a dispute with an employee over coleslaw. The situation escalated when the customer threw ice at the employee, prompting the employee to retrieve a firearm from her bag and fire shots as the customer fled the scene in a car. This incident has left me concerned about the safety and professionalism at this particular KFC location. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.

Yesterday, we went to the KFC at Florida Center Mall. It was terrible service. We started by placing our order, and the lady was really rude. We then waited for over 30 minutes, even though it wasn't that busy. The staff were chatting amongst themselves and not working properly. When we received our order, the drink tasted like water, and the chicken was raw. I went to complain, and the lady was rude again. She changed the chicken in a bad way and didn't want to give me the fries that were in the box I had brought back. I told her they were full when I returned the chicken, but she threw the fries back in the box very rudely. We asked for salt packets, they didn't have any and gave it to us in a bag they use for fries, taking it straight from the kitchen with their hand. On top of the poor service, there was zero COVID protocol. I need a response to this.

Yesterday evening, my husband ordered a Kids menu and a Hot Wings menu at KFC. Unfortunately, our elder daughter, who loves KFC chicken, experienced stomach pain in the morning. I also tried the Hot Wings and had the same issue. This is not the first time we have experienced this problem; it happened before in Fechenheim with chicken wings, but we did not complain then. I kindly ask KFC to ensure that the quality standards at the Frankfurt stores align with the global standards of KFC as an international food chain.

Today, my family and I visited the restaurant located in the Mall Jardines del Valle shopping center in San Pedro Sula. I purchased three orders and added a Blackberry Pie. When they handed over my order, the two pies were missing. When I mentioned the missing items, the server requested the receipt again to provide the two pies. This annoyed me, as they knew the pies were missing from the order we were already eating. I had to stop eating, search for the receipt, and then they finally served the missing items. I believe it is the restaurant's responsibility to deliver the order as paid for, and if they fail to do so, they should complete it without requiring the receipt later. I visited KFC today with my daughter and one-year-old grandson. Unfortunately, our food was not up to the usual standard. The chicken was hard, dry, and cold, while the coleslaw I ordered was also very dry. My grandson couldn't eat his chicken and fries due to their poor quality. This experience was not typical of KFC, where we are frequent customers. The food seemed like it had been left under a heat lamp for too long, although the restaurant was busy.
