I bought two chicken bowls on Friday, April 30, [redacted], around 8:00 pm, and sadly, they were of poor quality. The chicken tasted old or like it was cooked in stale oil, and it lacked chicken in the batter. I went to KFC on behalf of my mom who enjoys their chicken bowls, but she ended up not having her desired meal. When I returned to the KFC, there were many cars in the drive-thru, and I couldn't enter due to Covid restrictions. Despite repeated calls over the weekend, no one answered. I visited on Sunday around 2:00 pm, but they couldn't assist as the product wasn't available to show, as my mom had already thrown it away. I kindly request a refund or replacement for the two chicken bowls. Thank you for your understanding.

I visited the KFC in Fremont on Francisco Lane. I ordered a 4-piece wing combo and added two more wings. Upon returning home and opening the box, I was disappointed to find dark and dry chicken instead of the juicy chicken I usually receive. I called the store to speak to someone who identified himself as the manager, but he refused to give me his name or the district manager's contact information. I'm extremely let down by this experience and don't plan on returning to this location. Please address this issue with the store manager as this reflects poorly on your company. Thank you.

Upon arriving at Store number D212106 at 7:15pm, we faced numerous disappointments with our order. They were out of chicken littles, crispy legs, and Nashville Tenders. I settled for Mac and Cheese, only to find just 2 teaspoons in the cup. After complaining, they revealed it was all they had left. This lack of menu items and poor portioning left us frustrated. It seems this store is consistently out of items, and today was the worst experience yet. As we checked our order, another customer seemed equally upset, expressing their frustration next to our car. This kind of service where multiple customers leave without ordering highlights poor management at this restaurant.

On the 10th of May, I visited KFC Gloucester and purchased a 12-piece boneless bucket with two mini Philip burgers. While eating in the car, I found the chicken to be soggy and the chips cold. The experience was disappointing as I have four kids with me and couldn't go back inside due to the busy drive-through. When I tried calling that day, no one answered. Today, when I contacted the branch, the duty manager I spoke to was rude and abruptly ended the call. I have never experienced such treatment before, especially from a duty manager. It is unacceptable how KFC staff can treat customers. I am shocked and disappointed by this whole situation.

Hello, I recently visited your location at [redacted] SW Wiltshire Blvd and I am extremely disappointed with the food quality provided for my son. This has been a recurring issue, and unfortunately, it is the only option within a 10-mile radius of our home. We ordered a famous bike combo with a side of Mac n cheese, which arrived completely crusty and old. The chicken in the famous bowl was so overcooked that my son likened it to "chicken cereal," and the cheese had hardened. This experience was the final straw for me, and I can no longer justify spending money on subpar food. I have not encountered such problems at other locations, and I am seeking some form of compensation for this inconvenience.

Yesterday at 7:25 pm, I visited KFC in Ashford and noticed an employee, Palave, not wearing gloves while serving. I mentioned this to the manager, but she ignored me and did not address the issue. Despite my attempts to communicate politely, she became angry and refused to listen. I am concerned about the lack of hygiene practices, especially during the ongoing Covid-19 situation. It was disappointing to see such behavior and disregard for customer safety. I hope the necessary action will be taken to address this issue promptly.

My recent experience at the KFC drive-through in Waynesburg, PA was incredibly unpleasant. On May 15, [redacted], at 6:30 pm, my companions and I waited for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. When we finally said hello, the employee named Amanda responded rudely and escalated the situation by yelling at us. Things took a frightening turn when one of the kitchen staff threatened violence towards us. The entire encounter was recorded, and the level of disrespect we faced was shocking. Even when we requested to speak to the manager, Amanda claimed to be the manager with no professionalism. When we sought the corporate number, we were met with further rudeness and obscene language. The behavior of the staff, including yelling and using profanity, was completely unacceptable, especially given my background in customer service. This kind of treatment is appalling and has left me shaken.

I visited KFC at 5:53 pm and have the receipt. When I approached the counter, two employees didn't acknowledge us. Eventually, an employee named Fabian came over without greeting us. I ordered the $20 fill-up meal with extra crispy chicken, requesting corn instead of coleslaw, a substitution I've made before. Fabian refused and was rude while taking my payment. As he gave us our change, he dropped it on the counter and walked away with a bad attitude. While bagging our food, he made an inappropriate comment about a "lynching," which alarmed us. Upon questioning him, he accused us of being racist and yelled at us as we left. Such disrespectful behavior from Fabian and the lack of customer service mean we won't return to this location. I can provide the receipt if necessary.

I visited the KFC at the corner of Belvene and 35th in Elsies River and waited to place my order. Customers walked straight to the tellers while I waited in line. After placing my order, the manager informed us of an 8-minute wait. However, almost half an hour passed and clients who arrived after me were being served. I approached the manager after three-quarters of an hour, only to be told that online and smaller orders were being prioritized. This situation was unacceptable. Despite requesting specifically for leg and thigh pieces, my order was not fulfilled as promised. Frustrated after almost an hour of waiting, I left with my incomplete order. This level of service is unacceptable. I am requesting a refund or replacement for my order.

I had a disappointing experience at the Boiling Springs NC drive-thru. The employee was rude and didn't provide the correct order or any dipping sauce. I've used my card for years, but recently started using the app to add vouchers on the go. After switching phones, I lost some voucher cards due to not transferring all my data. I am now unable to access my KFC account because it claims my password is incorrect. I've tried the "Forgotten your password?" option, but after entering my email, there is no email link for resetting my password. I've attempted this process 11 times in various ways, but no email has been sent. I'm concerned about losing my 7 token collection.

I have been an avid KFC fan for years and always enjoyed a weekly bucket with my family. Recently, I've noticed a trend of the chicken pieces getting smaller. This time, however, the pieces were so tiny it was disappointing. I usually order a 6 piece wicked variety bucket with a large popcorn chicken, but the sizes were just unacceptable. I'm concerned about the declining size of the chicken pieces and would appreciate it if KFC could explain the reason behind this change. If this continues, I may have to consider other options in my town for our weekly takeaway.

We waited in line for around 15 minutes to order, but they were out of many items we wanted. After finally ordering, there was a mix-up with the order at the payment counter. Then, we waited for 24 minutes to receive our food. Despite everything being present, both famous bowls and the chicken sandwich had coleslaw mixed in. Even the plain chicken sandwich had pickles, mayo, and cheese, which was disappointing for hygiene reasons. I considered contacting the health department but feel corporate should handle this issue for proper resolution. I hope others do not experience the same. Recently, my spouse visited the drive-thru at the KFC in Logan, Ohio. They requested an 8-piece all dark meat extra crispy meal, which involved an additional $2 charge. Surprisingly, after completing the order and ready to pay, the manager mentioned they didn't have the requested extra crispy dark meat. When my spouse reacted with disbelief, the manager became irate and started shouting, refusing service and demanding they leave immediately. This unwarranted behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

I visited KFC Restaurant #L775046 on Denny Avenue tonight at 8:35 pm to use the drive-through. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service I received. The employee working there seemed to be in a bad mood and even admitted to sighing at me. When I mentioned this to her, she replied rudely and refused to take my order. I later spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager but refused to provide a name or assistance, directing me to call a general customer service number instead. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It is disappointing to see employees behaving in such a manner, especially in front of young high school employees who may look up to them as role models. I am deeply upset by the way I was treated and demand to speak to someone about this incident.

Good day ma'am and sir, I am a Grab driver from Cebu and would like to file a complaint. One of your managers at the KFC-F Cabahug branch in Cebu has exhibited unacceptable behavior towards us drivers. She is rude, shouts, and is offensive every time she interacts with us. I apologize for not asking for her name, but she is the oldest female manager at that branch. The first incident occurred when I mistakenly picked up the wrong items for delivery. I returned to the store to rectify the error, but instead of being understanding, she shouted at me. I tried to explain, but she became agitated. I wanted to apologize, but her hurtful words stopped me. The second incident happened yesterday, June 18, [redacted], at 4 pm. My colleague and I had a booking, and despite waiting for 20 minutes, the manager refused to process our request. I placed an online order with KFC in Arab, Alabama last night and upon getting home, I discovered my order was incorrect. When I called to address the issue, the lady I spoke to was rude and insisted the mistake was the app's fault, not theirs. Despite missing sides and drinks, we were also short of chicken pieces. After explaining that I ordered two 3-piece dinners, not a 2 and a 3-piece meal as claimed, she abruptly hung up on me. After several attempts, I reached someone else who also denied responsibility and suggested I could come back for a single piece of chicken. The whole ordeal ruined our dinner, and I am requesting a full refund. This store has repeatedly provided poor customer service, and until there are management changes and retraining of the staff, I won't return. My total bill amounted to $19.62.

Yesterday, at approximately 10:15 pm, I visited KFC at [redacted] S Telegraph Rd, Taylor, MI [redacted]. Upon pulling up to the drive-thru, I waited for about 10 minutes without a response. When I saw two cars at the window, I reversed and waited another 5 minutes. After finally getting the attention of an employee, I was told they were closed, with an extremely rude and unprofessional response when I questioned the timing of their closure. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain their name and have had difficulty contacting the establishment. I called and spoke with someone named Taylor after leaving, confirming he was there. The lack of customer service and disrespectful behavior from the staff is concerning.
