To much to text but we went to kfc to buy lunch long story short they over charged us and when we showed them the proof on our bank they said no we didnt it just says posting it was * girls and they were as rude as anything i asked to speak to a manager and the one girl said yes but its not gonna help with anything because we didnt over charge u but they did never got me a manager so i got ahold of corporate what a joke that is so they say u gotta wait * days so i waited nothing happened then i called corporate again and they said that they spoke to that kfc and the manager said they fixed it but the money was still taken from my account so now corporate said u will have to wait * days this kept going on and on with u need to wait three days like * or * times i finally said i need to speak to someone higher up and i still have not heatd a word its been * months they are a joke and are rude and dont care about the customer at all i finally had to call my bank after about a month and have them despute it how sad that if i didnt do that they still would have taken two payments from me pretty sad u go to lunch and what should be $** turns in to $** and during the hardest time with all this covid stuff going on u try and help this business out and they do this to you is sad that they have no feeling for people who work very hard for the money they make WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT A KFC IN MY LIFE AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE A JOKE.
GetHuman4971382 did not yet indicate what KFC should do to make this right.
