Today, I placed an order for my family as usual, hoping to enjoy a meal together. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The mighty zinger sandwich bread was stale and torn, and the fries were size was incorrect. Despite hunger, my family ate, but I couldn't bring myself to have my meal. I called the complaint team right away. The store manager promised a replacement sandwich in 20 minutes, but it's now almost 10 pm, and I'm still waiting. When I inquired about the family pack, the manager requested payment for the difference. I insisted that this was inadequate compensation. I now believe a full refund is warranted for the subpar meal. If this matter isn't resolved satisfactorily soon, I am considering escalating my complaint further.

My boyfriend and I are regular customers at your store located on Millertown Pike, store number [redacted]. Despite occasional forgetfulness with our orders, we usually don't encounter any issues. However, recently I've noticed there are several new employees. I wanted to bring to your attention an incident that occurred when we ordered takeout on January 30th. Unfortunately, we didn't receive everything we ordered, and though it may have been my oversight due to exhaustion after a long shift, it is still concerning. After eating, I started feeling nauseous and became severely ill, experiencing vomiting and sweating throughout the night. As someone in a management position myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but I urge you to ensure that new staff are well-trained in proper cooking temperatures and preventing cross-contamination, especially when handling chicken. I recently had a negative experience at your Hutto, Texas location. I ordered a $20 meal but wasn't asked if I wanted chicken or tenders. When I tried to clarify at the window, the employee got offended and refused to take my order. He insisted I drive around and reorder inside, which I found unreasonable. When I mentioned that he hadn't initially asked my preference, he became confrontational and even threatened to involve the police.

The store lacks cleanliness, and the staff are also not clean. I kindly request you to visit the store to assess the situation. KFC Salak Tinggi, Sepang 7th February [redacted], Friday, 6:45 PM. I just wanted to share that KFC is our favorite, but today was really disappointing when my family and I ordered a takeaway snack plate from KFC Salak Tinggi. When we got home and started eating, it really spoiled my mood. The chicken pieces were incredibly small, as tiny as my one-year-old child's hand. It's shocking how small they were. The price remains the same, so why are the chicken pieces getting smaller? It was a letdown and it ruined our meal. Maybe this will be the last time we visit KFC Salak Tinggi. The meal didn't fill us up. It's heartbreaking to be so disappointed because this is our family's favorite restaurant. Thank you.

During my last two visits to KFC in Erwin, Tennessee, I encountered several issues. Today, my husband visited at 5:30 PM and ordered a leg and thigh with a biscuit. They did not have the chicken ready, so he was asked to wait 15 minutes and ended up with two different types of dark chicken without the biscuit. On a previous visit, I went through the drive-thru, and they gave me the wrong drinks and shorted me on potato wedges. When I called to address the issue, they did not offer to replace the drinks and when I returned for the wedges, the wait was unreasonable. The staff at this location may benefit from additional training in customer service. - Sylvia B.

I visited Bartonville, IL on 2-17-20 to order a 12-piece meal but was informed they didn't have it, and the wait for original was 20 to 25 minutes at 5:20 pm. I requested the owner's telephone number, but the manager mentioned the owner's EMC and didn't provide the number, suggesting to call the 1-[redacted] number instead. The manager wasn't helpful. This was my third disappointing visit in six months. The complaint department number on their website leads to Xfinity. The establishment was filthy even during remodeling. The employees, including the manager Shelby, were rude. I won't recommend Bartonville KFC to anyone. I don't want any compensation, just better management. Goodbye.

I recently had a negative experience at KFC at ILD Tower on Sohna Road in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The Manager, Mr. Manik, was incredibly rude and disrespectful despite a delay of 18 minutes for my order of just 2 chicken fries. The order was placed at 9:48 PM, and delivery occurred at 10:06 PM. When inquired about the delay, he was dismissive and spoke in a condescending manner as if providing the service was a favor. This behavior made the experience very unpleasant, particularly with a child with me. After the incident, I was given the number of the branch manager, Mr. Negi, and called him to address my concerns. However, I have not received a call back as promised, which led me to question the authenticity of the encounter. I am sharing this feedback in hope that KFC will consider improving their customer service approach.

On February 27, [redacted], I visited the KFC on Main St in Anderson, SC. I ordered a 12-piece bucket with 3 sides and added 3 extra sides which were $3.00 each, totaling $44.13. Unfortunately, when I got home, the 3 extra sides were missing. After reaching out unsuccessfully, I called on the morning of the 28th to explain the situation. They asked me to pick up the missing sides on the 29th due to my husband's cancer treatment. When I arrived the next day, I showed my receipt, but the staff doubted me and questioned me repeatedly. The poor treatment I received makes me hesitant to return despite preferring this location over another in Anderson. I am 71 years old and have never tried to take advantage. This incident occurred on the 29th in the afternoon.

I recently visited your New Hampshire restaurant and used the drive-thru service on a busy Saturday evening around 5:30 PM. The restaurant appeared hectic from the outside. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I discovered it was incorrect. Instead of the 4-piece combo I ordered, I received a 3-piece combo. I didn't check my order before leaving, which was my oversight. I would appreciate a gift card or a replacement for this mistake. Thank you.

This lapse in food handling hygiene is troubling, especially in the current health climate. I had a previous experience during the holiday season where a Hepatitis A scare occurred at the same location, necessitating a vaccine. Such incidents not only jeopardize public health but also tarnish the KFC brand reputation. It is crucial for KFC management to address these issues promptly to ensure customer safety and maintain trust in the brand.

I visited the KFC store located at [redacted] NW 39th Street in Oklahoma City on March 9, [redacted], at 9:46 PM. I attempted to order 3 pieces of crispy chicken but was informed they were not available. Upon reaching the window and expressing my disappointment, the employee, a middle-aged black man with a round face, began yelling and using inappropriate language towards me, even after I asked him not to. Last night on 3/23/20, my husband and I visited the KFC in Jefferson City, MO to get dinner. We opted for the $20 meal deal and requested no wings, substituting them with legs for our great-granddaughter. I also ordered a $5 bowl meal without gravy, but it didn't come with all the expected items like corn, cheese, cookie, or a drink. The bowl only had two small pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes. The $20 meal had extra wings instead of legs, two breasts, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, gravy, and no biscuits. I also got extra gravy and potato wedges. Despite trying to contact the store multiple times, I couldn't get through. I initially wanted an apology and the missing biscuits, but after several attempts to reach the store, I'm reaching out here for further assistance.

I spent nearly 30 dollars on food tonight and was disappointed to find that my chicken breasts and legs were significantly smaller than expected. The ratio of meat to breading was off, with the crust outweighing the chicken. Since I don't dine out often due to budget constraints, this experience was especially disheartening. I live 30 minutes away from the KFC location, so I couldn't easily return to address the issue as soon as I realized the portion discrepancy.

I recently visited KFC at [redacted] Auburn St, Rockford, IL [redacted] and ordered a variety of items totaling $76.48. When I got home, I realized some items were missing and there were discrepancies in my order. I contacted the restaurant and was promised a resolution. When I returned a few days later and spoke with the supposed manager, I encountered a disrespectful and unhelpful attitude. The manager denied our previous conversation and refused to address the issues with my order. The way I was treated was unacceptable, especially during these challenging times. I'm currently at the KFC on Wayne Road in Wayne, Michigan. It's 7:59, and I've been informed that they can't make any more crispy chicken because they close at 10. I traveled 14 miles to get here and waited in line, only to be told they won't cook more chicken because the staff member needs to go home to her kids. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I used to work for KFC, and I know it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare some chicken. I would have been happy to wait.

Hello, my name is Irva Fare, and I work at a KFC in Gillette, Wyoming. Due to the current situation with the coronavirus, employees were advised not to come in if feeling unwell. I developed a runny nose and sneezing, and when I tried to return to work, I was asked for a doctor's note. However, the walk-in clinic instructed me not to visit unless my condition worsened significantly. They offered to provide a note for $[redacted], which is unaffordable for me given my hourly wage and reduced hours. I have been calling in for two weeks now, hoping for some assistance, but have not received any help. My family depends on my income as my husband and I are raising our granddaughter. I recently purchased a 16-piece Bucket of chicken for $27.95, plus tax, totaling $29.76. Upon arriving home, which is a 25-minute drive away, I discovered that there were only 12 pieces of chicken in the order. Despite calling the store multiple times (9 attempts), there has been no answer. This has left me feeling quite upset as I did not receive the full amount of food I paid for. The last two visits to KFC have been frustrating. Despite ordering online for pickup, we still had to wait. Last night was the worst experience. After a failed attempt to place an order over the phone, we turned to the online system at 7:40 PM. Arriving by 7:55 PM, we didn't receive our order until 8:30 PM, just half an hour before the store closed at 9:00 PM. When we confronted the staff because they claimed they had no record of our order, we showed them the proof on our phone. It seemed like they just gave us whatever was left before closing. We are very disappointed with this kind of service.

I attempted to place an order online but couldn't substitute the slaw in the bucket for a different side. I then tried to call in a to-go order but was kept on hold for 13 minutes. Eventually, I had to send my teen to make the order since I couldn't go in person due to health reasons. My daughter had to use the drive-thru, and she faced a long line. She felt rushed at the ordering spot and wasn't given time to consult with me when she couldn't order the chicken tenders I requested. She discussed alternatives with me while waiting at the payment window, but they declined to take additional instructions, insisting she go to the back of the line to reorder. These situations could have been handled better: - The website should allow side substitutions. - Timely service on the phone would have allowed me to order for myself. - Providing alternatives when items are unavailable and allowing time for decisions instead of rushing. - Allowing changes at the payment window considering it was the restaurant's mistake.
