A few days ago, we visited KFC at Rosny Park in Hobart, Tasmania and placed an order. When we got home, we realized that half of our order was missing. I called KFC Rosny and a kind man instructed us to come back for the remaining items. Due to uncertainty about my return, he noted down my details. Today, my nephew went to collect the order but they couldn't locate it. I called back and spoke to the female manager, who was defensive and rude. She blamed my nephew for providing the incorrect name, claiming he called me Cath instead of Catherine, which is inaccurate as I have never been called Cath. Despite any miscommunication, the manager's unprofessional behavior and rudeness made the situation upsetting as I was inconvenienced for the second time because of her attitude.

Last Thursday at 5:30 PM, I had a fall in your parking lot. I informed Adam, who mentioned he would notify the manager. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up. Despite submitting two complaints, there has been no response. This morning at 10:30, I spoke with a staff member who only recorded my name and mentioned Adam's age as 16. The parking lot lights and main sign on the road were both out. This incident occurred in Springfield, Oregon, on Gateway Rd, and I had a witness. My family and I visited the Greenbriar Pkwy KFC in Atlanta on 12-27-19 for a 16pc meal using a coupon. We paid $33.75 but later found out 8 pieces were missing. Despite not having a receipt, we should have checked before leaving. When my sister's grandson went back, he was accused of lying and insulted by the management. We were disappointed by the lack of respect and integrity shown towards us. We have been loyal customers for years, and my 84-year-old sister deserved better treatment. We just want what we paid for and an apology for the disrespectful behavior. It's concerning that this happened after choosing this location based on previous positive experiences. We hope this issue can be resolved appropriately.

I visited KFC on Jungermann Rd in St. Peter’s on December 27 for lunch after work. I ordered my usual famous bowl at the drive-thru. Upon arriving home and opening the meal, I found mold-covered cheese on top of it, which was very upsetting. It seems concerning that an employee would miss such an obvious issue. When I returned to the store, the staff didn't take it seriously at first. While waiting for a replacement bowl, I overheard the employee informing a manager about the mold, and his response was dismissive. It was only after receiving the new bowl that they offered me something for the inconvenience. I have a picture of the mold for evidence.

I was dissatisfied with the chicken I ordered from the KFC store in Anoka, MN on Fair Oaks & Highway 10. The chicken was extremely greasy, causing the grease to leak through the bag and onto my car seat. There was no gravy on the potatoes, and the corn was dry and hard. It was a disappointing meal that my family and I couldn't eat. In the end, we ordered pizza instead. When I called the store to complain, they requested a receipt, which I did not have as it was not provided in my bag as promised. This poor experience cost me $27.00. Despite craving KFC for dinner after seeing commercials all day, I will not be ordering from there again as the quality of the food was subpar.

Last night, my partner and I visited KFC on Kaliste Saloom in Lafayette, LA around 8:00 p.m. The lady at the intercom asked if we were ready. We needed a moment to look at the menu, then when we were prepared to order, we asked if she was ready. Unfortunately, she did not respond despite us asking three times and honking the horn. Since there was a car behind us, we contemplated going to the drive-thru window, but still received no answer. I suggested trying another restaurant due to the poor service. Eventually, the lady asked for a minute, which would have sufficed if communicated earlier. However, her unfriendly tone led us to leave and spend our money elsewhere. I had a positive experience at a different establishment, so I shared my disappointment on social media and attempted to reach out to a manager to address the issue to no avail. We were taken aback by the rudeness of the person, who we later found out was a manager. This experience left such a bad impression that we will not be returning to that KFC location or any other.

I visited your store in Homestead, PA recently and ordered some wings. When I got home, I discovered that the wings looked like they had been sitting in a warmer for hours. The bottom of the wings was skinless, as if they were baked onto something. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the wings were dried out and stuck together like jerky. I was shocked that they were being sold in this condition. I was very disappointed with the quality of the wings.

I went to the KFC shop at Salt Lake City Center in Kolkata on December 30, [redacted], where I bought items for ₹[redacted] using my debit card. I purchased two crispy fillet sandwiches in a box as part of meal #7. When I arrived home, I found two pieces of tough gristle that were inedible. I paid $13.36 for this disappointing meal that seemed like a waste. I was expecting a chicken breast, but this recurring issue at the Mt Airy NC store has left me frustrated. They never get the order right, especially when it comes to chicken items. The lack of quality control is concerning, and I didn't even receive a receipt this time to address the problem properly. It's frustrating that they don't have properly cooked chicken available when that's their main offering. I've experienced this more than once, and it's disappointing to pay for subpar food. Getting a replacement without a receipt is a hassle, and I shouldn't have to go back to the store to fix their mistake.

On Friday at around 6pm, my friend and I visited the KFC located at [redacted] S Highland St, Memphis, TN [redacted]. As we approached the window to place an order, the cashier's responses were very low and rude. Despite our request for a two-piece extra crispy, she bluntly stated they only had original. When we inquired about hot wings, she rudely reiterated they only had original. Politely asking for the manager garnered no response. As we moved to the drive-thru window, we were met with further neglect. After honking the horn, she reluctantly opened the window and shouted, "You're just upset because I said we only have original." Unfortunately, the situation escalated with the driver behind us also confronting the cashier. After witnessing additional customers leave due to similar treatment, we decided not to return to that specific location. Craving KFC that night, we opted for Churches chicken instead. It was truly the worst experience we've ever had. The cashier, dressed in a grey uniform shirt, seemed to have brought her frustrations from outside work into her shift.

I apologize for having to submit a complaint today. On January 12, [redacted], around 3:30 p.m., I visited the Taco Bell at [redacted] Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker, Georgia. I ordered the $5 fill-up box with an Original Recipe, mashed potatoes, and a Pepsi as I was quite hungry. The total was $5.62, and I handed over $10.02. The drive-thru attendant returned $4.40 but did not provide a receipt. Upon my request, he rudely responded that I did not need to be so rude. I felt misunderstood as I only politely asked for my receipt. The customer service at this point seemed very unfriendly and rude. The drive-thru attendant even referred to me as rude to someone else. I purchased a famous bowl from the drive-thru on Golf Links and Kolb in Tucson, Arizona. After parking to eat, I noticed it was smaller than usual. It only contained mashed potatoes, a bit of gravy, and three chicken bites (missing cheese and corn). I went back to the drive-thru, and the employee, Mary, said they were out of corn without addressing the size issue. When I mentioned I would have chosen something else if informed, she refused to make it right and offered only extra gravy. I was shocked by her attitude and how she shut the window on me. I've never been treated this poorly before. If this isn't resolved, I'll stop coming here, impacting my family and friends who used to visit twice a week.

When will you address the issues at the Maroondah Hwy store in Ringwood? It is the worst in Melbourne. Despite trying to overlook past experiences, my recent visit around New Year's was the final straw. I received a drive-through order missing items, no napkins, and poorly cooked food. This particular visit was so disappointing that I had to discard the whole meal, as it was inedible. As a regular KFC customer, I have enjoyed meals in 99% of the outlets I've visited, but this store's quality is unacceptable. It is vital to address these concerns with the franchise owner to uphold the good name of KFC. Many other customers seem to share similar sentiments based on reviews of this store, and I, too, will no longer support this particular franchise.

I visited the OKC store on S Shields today at 12:55 pm. My ticket number is [redacted]. There was a man named Larry at the register. Just before he closed the ticket, I requested to add coleslaw, knowing it was only a dollar more instead of the $2.19 price. Unfortunately, he didn't add it, and when he tried to ring it up afterwards, it was over $2.00. A manager intervened, insisting I pay full price since the order was closed. Despite informing her about my request to Larry before the closing, she was defensive and impolite. When I questioned her abrupt behavior, she claimed hearing difficulty due to a headset and feeling unwell. She brushed off my complaint about contacting corporate and dismissively wished me a nice day. Her demeanor was disrespectful and unprofessional. This poor service experience, along with previous issues at this store, has left me frustrated. I now must travel farther to another store for better service, making it very inconvenient. The employee's name seems to be Tamika. Her conduct was extremely disrespectful, and I felt unheard during our interaction. I am reaching out to address an issue with our recent order. Unfortunately, upon receiving our largest original chicken strip family dinner bucket with additional items, we encountered some discrepancies. The order included both spicy and original chicken strips, and the extra 6 strips were missing from the bucket. This posed a problem as some family members, including myself, are unable to consume spicy foods due to allergies. Additionally, the 2 extra sides of mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni were not provided in the bag. The order also lacked chicken sauces and napkins. I dined at KFC last night using the app for a 10-piece bucket deal. Typically, my app transactions are smooth, but this time the worker faced issues with the terminal rejecting the offer. Despite the worker's honesty, multiple attempts failed. The embarrassing situation led to me purchasing a smaller bucket as I couldn't afford the deal without the voucher. The terminal's refusal of a valid offer perplexed me, causing inconvenience and a queue build-up. The staff's polite and apologetic demeanor didn't resolve the matter. However, I'd like to commend their service. While we've enjoyed the store's improvements and frequented it, reliance on the app for vouchers is crucial. The KFC branch at [redacted] Shawnee Mall Drive has continuously offered subpar customer service, which is concerning. Despite being loyal customers who frequently visit the store, we've encountered the recurring issue of them running out of chicken. This seems incomprehensible for a chicken-focused establishment. During our recent visit, we faced the same problem of limited chicken supply, forcing us to compromise on our order. Even though my son offered to wait for fresh chicken to be cooked, the manager rudely refused. Upon inspection at home, we discovered undercooked chicken pieces, highlighting a serious lapse in food safety. While I contemplated addressing these concerns directly with the on-site management, their dismissive attitude discouraged me. Thus, I'm reaching out to Corporate in hopes of a resolution. Our extensive patronage, encompassing family and community gatherings catered by KFC, demands better service. The history of spending significant amounts at this location should not be marred by such consistent disappointments. I trust that this feedback will prompt improvements in service quality. Hello, I'm reaching out for advice. I am currently employed at KFC, but unfortunately, I am facing workplace bullying and discrimination. This has made my time there very difficult, and I am often in tears at the beginning and end of shifts. I have tried to report the bullying to HR, but it seems that the store manager and the shift runner are not taking it seriously. The manager is a transphobe, which makes the situation even more challenging for me as a transgender individual. I believe that regardless of my departure, these issues need to be addressed so that others do not have to endure the same treatment. I encountered 3 issues with my recent experiences at KFC: 1) On 1/26/[redacted], my order was incomplete at the drive-thru. I had to go inside the store and wait for the missing items. This has occurred multiple times before, affecting not just me but other customers as well. 2) Two weeks ago, my wife and I visited the same KFC location for the buffet. The lack of chicken on the buffet led to prolonged wait times as small quantities ran out quickly due to high demand. The store seemed unprepared for the busy Sunday lunch crowd, resulting in inconvenience for customers. 3) The size of the chicken pieces at KFC has been decreasing. In comparison to nearby competitors like Bojangles, the chicken pieces at KFC are noticeably smaller. While we appreciate KFC's chicken, these recurring issues are discouraging our continued patronage.
