Hello, my name is Ayanda. I usually enjoy KFC, but I had a disappointing experience at the Ladysmith Murchison Mall branch yesterday. When I ordered my favorite chicken with mini loaves, I found that the loaves were expired. I tried to address this with the cashier, but she did not listen to me. Then I spoke to the manager, who was quite rude and insisted that the loaves were fine despite the expiration date showing as the 16th of this month. I have proof of this incident. Thank you.

I would like to address my concern regarding the cashier on duty at 8:30 pm at SM Marikina. I question why it was necessary to reprint the receipt and why the initial receipt from the POS was not shown. The cashier claimed that the spaghetti order was not punched in, thus requiring me to pay an additional 50 pesos, and only handed me the new receipt. Even the duty manager insisted that the printer was malfunctioning. Initially, the receipt was printed but not given to me. When I asked for a reprint, I wanted to see the first receipt, but it was crumpled by the cashier and taken to the kitchen while the manager was called. The first receipt was not shown to me. Customers have the right to see their receipts. If there was no issue, then why refuse to show it? Even if the printing was not done correctly, the receipt should have been given, and then a reprint requested. If I hadn't asked for the receipt, it wouldn't have been given or reprinted. Is this the right procedure? It's disappointing. I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.

I purchased an 8-piece meal from KFC in Roswell, NM, last night. Unfortunately, the chicken tasted spoiled, dry, and heavily freezer-burnt. I couldn't even finish half a piece. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes also had a strong freezer burn taste and smell. What's worse, every bite had the lingering taste of dirty soap. I felt nauseous and weak within 30 minutes and couldn't bear to look at the food. I contacted the management, but they said I should have returned it last night. I still have the receipt and food but may need to check for E.coli. I'd appreciate a refund and an inspection of the restaurant. Thank you, Shayna B.

Hello, I've noticed an issue at the KFC on S.E. 145th and Division St. in Portland, Oregon (ZIP code [redacted]). There are campers with tents, carts, and trash camped near the dumpster and drive-thru, affecting the safety and cleanliness of the area. This situation has deterred customers from entering the store due to fear of potential harm from the campers, some of whom seem to be drug addicts. The presence of trash and human waste makes it unsanitary for residents to access nearby stores like Fred Meyer. Despite speaking to the hardworking manager, it seems they are unsure how to address these complex issues. I believe KFC should reach out to the City of Portland to address the obstruction of the sidewalk by these campers. The narrow road is now difficult to navigate, posing a danger to pedestrians, especially the elderly. It's important for the store to collaborate with the city to resolve this issue and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the neighborhood. If needed, I can provide a photo of the situation.

I work at KFC Lockhart, TX, and unfortunately, I am currently unable to work due to pink eye that I contracted from my daughter. I understand that working with pink eye is against health code regulations, so I have been staying home. However, there seems to be a misunderstanding as a coworker informed me that I was terminated due to my pink eye. I provided a doctor's note, but it was not deemed sufficient because it did not have an explicit return date. I believe being let go for a health condition like pink eye or my diabetes, for which I was also hospitalized, goes against my rights under the FMLA disability act. I have always followed company policy by providing medical documentation and keeping my supervisors informed about my health.

We visited the Radcliff KFC a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience. There was no chicken on the buffet, everything was dry and had to be thrown away. Other customers had to wait over 30 minutes for their food. The restaurant was in bad shape, with a filthy dining room and no cups for drinks. I regret not asking for a refund on the spot, but I'm trying to improve myself. I have photos of the buffet, but I'm hesitant to share them online. This is my second time writing about this with no response. Please reach out, and I can send you the pictures. My wife loves KFC, but even she was shocked by the poor conditions that night. It was so cold inside that everyone had to keep their jackets on in the lobby and dining area. Thank you.

My family's first visit to KFC on New Boston Road in Texarkana turned out to be a horrible experience. An incident with a worker, who didn't apologize after nearly walking into my son, led to mistakes in our orders. This worker was unapologetic when errors were pointed out and handled food without care. The GM, Kaleb, responded to my feedback on social media. However, when I mentioned concerns about ongoing issues with the store's performance, Kaleb reacted negatively and refused my offer of help. Moreover, his husband joined the discussion online in an unprofessional manner, which further tarnished the company's reputation.

I am a young employee at the new KFC in Horseheads, NY. The manager responsible for creating our schedules is consistently late with them. Once, the schedule was issued on a Friday when we normally expect it by Monday. I recognize the challenges of opening a new store, but having the schedule in advance is crucial for me to be punctual. I have ended up late for work the past two days as a result. Despite my efforts to stay informed by calling the store, the printed schedule is never available for me to check, and I haven't been able to receive it digitally either. My manager claims I'm part of a group chat where the schedule is shared, but I haven't received any notifications. Despite expressing my concerns, my manager is dismissive and unresponsive, which is disheartening. I worry about potentially losing my job due to these recurring issues caused by the manager's lack of organization. Other colleagues are facing similar challenges, but many are keeping quiet about it. Communication with my manager, whether through texts or calls, has been ineffective and frustrating.

Today, while waiting for our food with my father, we observed an employee speaking inappropriately to another employee and what seemed to be a manager. The employee and manager were preparing food when a tall White male, who started cooking without gloves, made disrespectful remarks such as "what? Dont look at him, he's not gonna do anything for your stupid ass" and "what the heck are you looking at, you disgusting little piece of garbage?" My father approached the manager, whose name was given as Able, and this was the name mentioned by the White male who threatened the other employee. Such behavior is unacceptable in a work environment and raises safety concerns. No one should be subjected to such treatment. This individual should be dismissed for his inappropriate actions.

I have been working at Yelm KFC and Taco Bell for over 4 months now, since the beginning of August. I was promised a raise of 50 cents an hour for closing shifts after my 90th day, but despite working late into the night several times a week, I have not received this increase. The management has been altering break records, often sending us on breaks too early into our shifts or delaying them beyond the legal time limits. Many of my coworkers are also missing out on the raise they were promised. The understaffing issues lead to being overwhelmed and having to cover multiple roles at once regularly. It is frustrating to see my employers disregarding labor laws for their benefit, denying breaks, and altering clock-out times to avoid violations. I simply want to be paid what was promised for the hours I have worked closing shifts recently.

I am extremely disappointed with the KFC on Alameda and 12th in Norman, Oklahoma. The restaurant is unclean, staff seem unmotivated, and basic things like ice and CO2 are lacking at the drink station. Multiple orders, including mine, were incorrect. The employees were unprofessional and not focused on their work. This location requires serious improvements. The franchise owner's behavior reflects poorly on the entire organization. Competitors like Chick-fil-A and Popeyes are excelling for a reason. This experience is unacceptable and disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the KFC branch located in Dundee High Street. I observed dirty floors, unclean tables, and old food left out. There was no staff member visibly cleaning, and the person manning the tills was wiping trays with a dirty and falling apart piece of paper. Are D10 cleaning solution and cloths not provided for sanitization? I am concerned about potential cross-contamination in the kitchen. The chicken I received was grey and did not seem fresh, which is unacceptable especially since I am a chef myself. I inspected my meal a couple of hours ago and could not finish it due to these issues. I plan to report this to the health inspector at my workplace for further investigation.

We ordered food and table service to be delivered to our hotel at a cost of $40, but unfortunately, we did not receive the table service as expected. Moreover, there was corn in the mashed potatoes, which is a concern due to my grandson's allergies. When I contacted them, they mentioned that it was not their responsibility to ensure the table service was included in the delivery. I would prefer not to have the delivery person handle the food contents. I am disappointed that $40 worth of food went to waste as we couldn't consume it without proper service. I am seeking a full refund, including the delivery fee, as we could not eat most of the order. Despite making six calls to address this issue, I have not received a callback yet.

Forest Road and Spring Garden Road in Dallas are tarnishing your brand. The chicken is nearly black, overly fatty, and extremely greasy. Please consider closing these stores before further harm is done to your brand. I am a fan of your chicken, but this has to be the worst I've come across in America. I live in the neighborhood and have been enjoying your chicken for many years, so this is not just a one-time occurrence. It seems like the cooks are not meeting your standard for the best chicken in the world. Please take action. Thank you. Sincerely, Douglas Harvey

I was charged $2.29 for coleslaw and $2.29 for green beans, but I did not receive them. The chicken I ordered was supposed to be original, but it was overcooked, tasted crunchy and greasy. The biscuits were dry, and the mashed potatoes and gravy seemed old. The only thing I enjoyed was the Mountain Dew. After this experience, I won't be choosing KFC again. My ticket number is [redacted] from 12/21/19 at 9:22 at Restaurant #G135463 on [redacted] North Boulevard, Alexandria, LA, with a total of $19.21. This is the second time I've had issues with this KFC; the first time they ran out of white fried chicken almost an hour before closing. Customer service seems to be lacking at this location. As a retired Medical Center Director, I suggest customer service training for the restaurant staff. Thank you for reading, and Happy Holidays!

Good afternoon KFC management, I'm Larry, a frequent customer at one of the KFC restaurants in Akron, Ohio. I've noticed the hard-working employees handling the orders and customers with changing minds. I hope you are paying them a fair wage to afford a decent living. Respect the workers trying to sustain themselves and their families. Let's strive for better conditions for service workers. Blessings to all who read this, please consider.

I reached out to the Taylor franchise regarding a large order for tomorrow at 7. Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely rude and unhelpful. They couldn't provide a price, told me to call back the next day, and were even yelling in the background before hanging up on me. When I tried calling back, they hung up on me once more. This disrespectful treatment has left me unsure if I or my family will visit a KFC restaurant again. I'm even contemplating sharing my experience on social media due to the poor customer service I encountered.

I dined at your restaurant, a place I frequent at least twice weekly. I typically enjoy the buffet, choosing fruit punch and adding some pineapples for my preferred flavor. During my recent visit, a cashier approached me at my table to question the pineapples in my cup. This was embarrassing and humiliating as I always pay for my meals without issue until now. The incident drew unwanted attention from other patrons, making me feel like I had done something wrong. To add to my disappointment, I observed an employee handling food without gloves and with sagging pants, which I find inappropriate for a food establishment. This experience has frustrated me immensely, and as a result, I will no longer be a loyal customer.

Yesterday, I visited KFC in Oradea, Romania, at Lotus shopping mall. I ordered American chicken and discovered a hair in my fried chicken, which was very unpleasant. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she claimed it was chicken hair and did not apologize. Concerned about the hygiene standards, especially for children, I received a replacement of 11 chicken pieces. However, I am seeking further compensation. I have the receipt and am looking to claim at least [redacted] RON, considering KFC's reputation for world-class and handmade food. I await your response.

I really hope KFC can bring their spicy chicken to Ottawa, Ontario. As a big fan, I find myself going to Popeye's just for their spicy chicken. In Lebanon, KFC offers spicy chicken, and considering the diverse communities in Ottawa, including Somali, Arab, Indian, and Ethiopian populations who all enjoy spicy food, it seems like a missed opportunity not to have it available here. Introducing spicy chicken to KFC branches in Ottawa could be a major hit and potentially triple your sales. Let's bring the heat to Ottawa!
