I contacted the store on Berryville Pike for directions, but the person who answered did not clearly state the store name. Despite this, I proceeded to ask for the location. The employee confirmed it was the Berryville store and mentioned it was off Highway 81. When I inquired about the specific location in Winchester related to Rt 50 or Rt 7, she indicated it was close to Rt 7 and confirmed Berryville Pike was the same as Rt 7. The call ended with me overhearing a comment suggesting not to visit, which left me feeling the employee was impolite and unhelpful. As a result of this interaction, I decided not to visit the location. Customer service plays a significant role in attracting repeat business, and unfortunately, in this instance, I was left dissatisfied and unhappy with the conversation's tone and manner. This experience has deterred me from returning to that particular KFC location, although I won't let it influence my opinion of other KFC establishments.

My son and I visited KFC on Steubenville Pike in Pittsburgh, PA after 5 pm. I ordered coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, and 4-piece chicken strips, while my son ordered a taco meal. Unfortunately, when we got home, our order was completely wrong. We didn't receive coleslaw or mashed potatoes with gravy. Instead, we got hard potato wedges and the chicken strips were cold. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, especially after rushing home during peak traffic hours. The fries were plain and hard, the chicken strips were cold, and the entire order was just a mess. This visit left me feeling frustrated, and I don't plan on returning.

During my recent visit to the Orange CT store J235015, three employees helped me place my order for a 4-piece wing meal with 2 sides and a 5-piece tender meal. They were friendly, asking about my preferences for mild or crispy and sides. Unfortunately, when I got home, my husband's meal was missing the mashed potatoes. I called the store, and the employee mentioned I needed to collect the missing item before 3 o'clock. Due to work commitments, I couldn't make it in time and was informed that the receipt was required for any resolution. I'm disappointed with the service and would like a refund or compensation. My name is J. S. I recently purchased a pot pie meal and a number 3 combo. However, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same amount of $15.36 on both transactions. Unfortunately, the manager refused to provide a refund as I didn't have the other receipt, which I never received in the first place. This situation is frustrating since I ended up paying $30.31 for a number 17 and a number 3 combo, which seems unreasonable to me.

The KFC located in Cahokia, Illinois on Camp Jackson Road consistently faces issues such as running out of chicken, delayed opening, slow service, and unfriendly employees. Today, my experience was no different when I arrived at 10 a.m., the scheduled opening time, only to be informed through the intercom that they would not open until 11 a.m. without any explanation, just a shouted message. This KFC is the sole chicken option in Cahokia, making it challenging for residents.

On 12/10/[redacted] at 11:10 am, I visited KFC on New Cut Road where the assistant manager took our order. I selected items #2 (chicken breast and wing meal) and #7 (big box chicken sandwich), but our order was incorrect. They missed including my coleslaw and popcorn chicken, and the food was not fresh, arriving cold. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff said they had rung up a different order #14, which was confusing. Even after the order was corrected, the replacement food was still not served hot. It's disappointing to spend nearly $20 on subpar, cold food. This experience has left me frustrated, and I may not return to this location. In the mornings, the strong smell of marijuana coming from the Azle KFC/LJS is very noticeable as I drive by. It seems like the employees and manager are smoking it in the parking lot before opening. Many of the people I know avoid going there because of the employees being high. It's frustrating that even with my window cracked, my car ends up smelling like weed for 5 to 10 minutes, and I have a young child with me. If this issue isn't resolved, I may need to involve the police, although I prefer not to have the employees arrested.

I visited KFC in Milford, Ohio five days ago. I ordered a 20-piece meal, but the chicken was cold and hard, and the sides were meager. I did not receive a receipt or any honey or butter, and the biscuits were missing. When I called the store for three hours, it was constantly busy. Eventually, I spoke to a manager who rudely dismissed my concerns and even insulted me. They provided me with a wrong corporate number, 1-[redacted]-totellus. I recently visited the remodeled KFC location hoping for better service. I had a coupon for the big box meal, which I ordered. Despite not being able to have any of the included drinks, I was only offered water. When I requested an extra side in place of the drink and declined the water, my choice of chicken type was not confirmed. Disappointingly, upon returning home, I discovered there was no gravy on the potatoes and I received regular chicken instead of what I had wanted, which was extra crispy.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at KFC/TACO BELL in Pelzer, SC. I ordered 2 meals and 2 kids meals but they were out of juice for the kids, served open applesauce, and added cheese despite my request for no cheese. The wait time was over 20 minutes with only one person ahead of us. Spending $30 on inedible fast food was not what I anticipated. Additionally, the Nashville hot chicken wings I ordered were overly greasy to the point of being soggy. Unfortunately, this visit adds to a streak of unsatisfactory trips to this establishment.

I recently ordered a $20 chicken box meal with Mac and mash and a chicken pot pie from KFC on Livernois and Grand River in Detroit, Michigan. I have been a loyal customer at this location for years and have never had any issues. However, during my latest visit, I was extremely disappointed. The original recipe chicken was hard and did not have the usual crispy texture. The Mac and cheese was watery, the biscuits were tough, and the pot pie was undercooked. The staff was unhelpful and I left without speaking to the manager. I normally love KFC and it's convenient for me, but after this experience, I may have to find another location. I hope the situation can be resolved to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

I recently left store #L470004 after spending almost an hour there. I placed a drive-thru order asking for fresh food with extra mayo on my chicken littles. Upon receiving my order, I noticed there was no extra mayo. The attendant kindly took the sandwiches back to have them remade. After some time, I received the sandwiches with the extra mayo. However, upon biting into the sandwich, I found it to be cold and the tenders seemed stale. Additionally, the wedges had a mix of freshly cooked and cold old ones. Disappointed with the quality, I returned to the store to request a refund. When I spoke to the manager about the issue and the deceptive practice, all I received was an apology without a satisfactory resolution. I felt frustrated and like my time was wasted for nothing.

I am Shaik Badi us zama, a team member at KFC in Redditch B987ST. I recently requested a transfer to the nearest KFC due to the long commute of 20 miles to work, which has become tiring. However, my manager asked me to stay for a month to train new team members, which I have been doing. Lately, he has been treating me unfairly by blaming me for things in front of the team. Today, on the 23rd of November, when I called in sick, he responded rudely and threatened to remove me from the schedule for the following week if I didn't come in. As a student limited to working 20 hours a week, with most of that time spent commuting, this situation is becoming difficult for me.

Upon arrival, the establishment failed to provide me with four pieces of chicken from my 12-piece meal, only giving me eight pieces. Additionally, after waiting 15 minutes for biscuits, I was accused of lying about my order. I am deeply disappointed and have decided not to dine at this place again due to the unprofessional service received.

I arrived at the restaurant around 2:30 in the afternoon, and the doors were locked. Only the drive-thru was open. After placing my order for four pints of gizzards and one pint of livers, I was informed at the window that they couldn't open the door due to staff having the flu. They were out of gizzards, so I settled for one pint. Upon arriving home, less than 10 minutes later, I found the gizzards and livers to be extremely hard, greasy, and unappetizing. This was a disappointing experience, especially after being assured they were fresh. The service was poor, and the quality of the food was subpar.
