I visited the KFC in Sedalia, MO, and my friend had to wait 25 minutes for her wings. We observed employees arguing loudly about being late for work and even discussing violent actions. Additionally, three other customers had to return due to incorrect orders, with no apologies offered. The manager was outside smoking, claiming such behavior was normal, and explained the delay on the wings by saying they took longer to cook. However, my friend's husband saw an employee take them from the warmer, indicating they were already cooked. I waited for days to visit KFC since I don't live nearby, but this was the worst experience ever. I'll likely think twice before returning.

Hello, On the 23rd of November, I visited the KFC in Auckland CBD on Forte Street where I purchased a family feast. Usually, KFC provides good quality food for a quick meal, but this time, I had some concerns about the product and the staff. Upon opening the order at work, my colleagues noticed that the chicken was very dry, hard to swallow without a drink, and appeared carelessly thrown into the bucket. The sides were okay, but the chicken was inedible, resulting in food waste and disappointment. I contacted the manager the next day to address the issues. Initially, he offered to replace the chicken for free, but later called back to say it wasn't possible due to the absence of an authority figure at the store when I arrived. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved, leaving me dissatisfied with KFC's service. I am a regular customer, but this experience has left me with a negative impression. Hello, my name is Randy Roe, and I'd like to share my recent KFC experience. For years, my wife and I have enjoyed the $20 fill up meal from KFC every month. We typically order two extra crispy breast pieces, four thighs, two legs, extra gravy, and two large mashed potatoes. While staying consistent with this order at our regular KFC, we recently moved to a new part of town and visited a different location. At store #K365009 in Chattanooga, when I made my usual request, I was informed they couldn't accommodate substitutions and that extra crispy breast pieces would take an additional 20 minutes. Though the store was busy, I accepted this and went home. However, upon checking the meal, I found only 7 pieces of chicken, overcooked and missing skin, thin mashed potatoes, and a severe shortage of gravy. Despite these issues, we remain loyal KFC fans and will return. I understand the store was busy, and I believe the staff member serving me may have been new. I purchased from the location at [redacted] Sherbrooke St W, Montreal, QC H4A 1T9 on Thursday, November 21, [redacted], at 8:17 PM. I bought the 10-piece meal for $20.10. After bringing it home to the suburbs south of Montreal, I found the chicken had a strange carbon taste. Despite my children having already eaten some, I contacted the store immediately and was asked to call back the next day. When I spoke to the manager, Samuel Maxo Tro, he claimed not to speak English and passed the phone to someone named Vishnu, who requested the bill. Upon trying to return the chicken on Saturday, I was told not to come in as the manager was absent. It wasn't until November 28, [redacted], that I finally spoke with the unhelpful manager in French. He refused a refund and instead offered a 50% discount on my next purchase. I am disappointed by this inadequate customer service and poor quality of the food. I had a disappointing experience at your Alexandra store. The service was extremely slow, with 20-minute wait times and no progress in the line. The overall hygiene was poor, with dirty tables, windows, and floors covered in food. This lack of cleanliness was truly unacceptable and unhygienic. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer time and basic cleanliness standards. There is a clear need for better time management and cleaning procedures to ensure a more pleasant dining environment for customers.

Manager Justine Istre has asked me to come in on my scheduled days off continuously since I started. Yesterday, after explaining some family issues to her, she agreed to give me today off to manage these matters. However, this morning, she insisted that I either come in or risk being fired. When I tried to explain my situation, my car wouldn't start, and a colleague called to convey that excuses were not acceptable.

On Friday, I bought 4 buckets, 14 mini loaves, and 4 400ml cokes for a total of R210.80 using my card. The first transaction was approved, but the slip didn't print. I received an SMS confirming the amount was deducted from my account. The cashier mentioned an issue, so I had to swipe my card again. The second attempt printed a receipt, and I got another SMS saying the payment went to KFC Brackenfell. I've essentially paid twice for my order. What steps should I take to get a refund?

I made an order but kept getting an error message, so I tried again and was charged three times by KFC. I contacted the Mississauga store, but they have no record of the order. I have been on hold for a long time trying to reach KFC's customer service. I never received confirmation of the order and do not want it anymore. I need the three charges to be reversed, and my money refunded.

On the 2nd of December, [redacted], around 1:00 to maybe 1:06 PM, I visited the Fenkell and Southfield location in Detroit, MI. I ordered two of the five-dollar boxes - one with an original breast, potato wedges, and a hot pepper, and the other with a leg and thigh along with coleslaw. My total came to $11 and some change. I handed a twenty dollar bill to the female cashier (since that was all I had) and requested hot sauce. Although I gave her a penny when asked, she forgot to give me back my change and the receipt. Unfortunately, as I later found out, my change was not given to me. I have been trying to contact the store to resolve this issue but have been unsuccessful as no one is picking up the phone. This is not the first time I have encountered problems at this location with missing items or incorrect orders. I just wish to receive the change owed to me.

I recently visited your store at Rockwell & N.W. Expressway in Oklahoma City, OK. I ordered a bucket of original recipe chicken with white meat. Despite being told there was no white meat available, I noticed over half a pan of breasts on the line. When I inquired, I was informed that the chicken was not for sale but was being taken by an employee. I am left wondering if your priority is selling chicken to customers or providing for your staff. By 7 pm, there should have been sufficient chicken for both purposes. I am uncertain if your employees are present to sell chicken or simply collect their paychecks. This behavior is not new at this location, and I have encountered similar issues before. I am relieved to know there are other places to purchase chicken besides yours.

On December 3rd, around 6:30 pm, my boyfriend and I visited your store on 13th Street and Broadway in Alabama. While I was waiting for my girlfriend, I noticed the manager and several employees staring at me. A male employee even approached and questioned the women about me. Despite explaining I was waiting for my girlfriend to return so we could place an order, another woman rudely asked what I wanted. Their unjust assumption about my presence making them nervous due to my race was blatantly racist. Insulted, we decided to leave. I overheard derogatory comments as we departed. I visited the store in Hopewell, Virginia, and used the drive-thru. Despite ordering macaroni and cheese, I received cole slaw. Upon returning to the store, the manager, Dazia, was unhelpful and disrespectful. She insisted I come inside for the correct item, disregarding my broken flip flops. Dazia suggested I contact corporate or the police due to being a franchise. After showing my receipt that clearly indicated the issue, Dazia accused me of lying. Despite eventually receiving the macaroni and cheese, the encounter was unpleasant. The store's uncleanliness upon entering was also disappointing, making me regret my decision to dine there. My family and I will not be returning due to this experience.

I visited KFC store K273027 on December 4, [redacted], at 4:41 pm. My order number was #[redacted]. However, I had an issue with the staff when I requested a coleslaw as a replacement but was charged extra. This has not been an issue in previous visits. The manager and cashier were very rude. I was disappointed to find out that my meal was missing a biscuit, the chicken breast was small, and the potatoes and gravy were cold when I got home. I believe the employees' behavior should be addressed promptly.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience at your Bromborough store in the Croft Shopping Center. Today, when I requested my receipt to claim my stamp, I found out that it had already been claimed. It seems like your staff might be claiming customers' stamps, which isn't right. Now, I'll have to make an additional purchase to earn the stamp to claim my £5. This situation has occurred before, and I believe it's illegal for your staff to claim customers' bonuses. I am quite disappointed with this and would appreciate it if you could remind your staff that this behavior is not acceptable.

I visited the KFC on Dalhousie at 1:30 PM in Brantford, Ontario. The cashier was very rude when I placed my order. They informed me that they were out of chicken and it would take 20 minutes. When I expressed surprise, the cashier responded rudely, insisting that they had indeed just told me. Feeling disrespected, I decided to leave and will not be spending my money there again. There is no excuse for such rudeness, especially when I wasn't even allowed to order something else. I will now choose to go to Popeyes or Mary Brown. Despite being a loyal KFC customer since [redacted], I feel it's time for a change due to this unpleasant experience with the staff.

At the KFC store on 1st Street in Bradenton, Florida, I encountered credit card fraud from an employee, with Store Manager Troy present. On December 2nd, around 1:38 pm, I ordered a meal at the drive-thru. While shopping at Walmart at 4 pm, I realized my credit card was missing. I contacted KFC, and Troy confirmed they had my card, allowing my mother to collect it later. However, upon receiving my card from my mother and checking my Chime app, I discovered an unauthorized $84 charge at 2:48 pm to Spectrum, a business. Despite reporting this to my bank and speaking to the business, I faced reluctance from the District Manager to acknowledge this as theft. I presented evidence of the fraudulent charge but was denied a refund. As a result, I plan to involve the authorities and local media to address this issue.

I reside in Safford, Arizona, a small town, and I wanted to share my recent experience at the local KFC. Today, I went to order a $5 fill up meal but was surprised to be charged an additional 99 cents as an "up fee" for the $5 fill up. I specifically visited KFC after seeing a TV ad that suggested I could enjoy the meal for the advertised price of $5. Furthermore, when I added a drink to my order, I was informed of a $0.20 extra charge due to selecting lemonade. This discrepancy made me feel like I was a victim of a bait-and-switch tactic. My recent visit to the KFC in New Iberia, LA didn't go smoothly. When ordering grilled chicken, the staff member asked abruptly, "Spicy or original?" The cashier spoke so quickly that we struggled to understand and had to ask for multiple repeats. I tried to add coleslaw to my order, but the cashier said they were out and would ring it up separately, which confused us further. After asking multiple times about the coleslaw, the cashier's rude response led us to cancel our order. Even when I requested to speak to a manager, the response was unsatisfactory. The repeated unavailability of coleslaw and the poor service make it difficult to have a good experience at this location. The lack of respect and professionalism from the staff leaves much to be desired.

My family and I experienced a frustrating evening at the Mansfield Road Derby restaurant. After a 55-minute wait, our food still hadn't arrived. The staff seemed clueless, apologizing for the delay and mentioning that the managers were unavailable in the back office and refused to come out. Despite my attempts to reach them by phone, they wouldn't even provide their names. Disappointed, I decided to leave without our party bucket, leaving 8 upset children behind. We weren't the only unhappy customers; two other groups left without being served out of a total of 12 orders. Additionally, the drive-thru was poorly managed, with a car waiting for 30 minutes. When I insisted on speaking to a manager, the response was unsettling, with the manager claiming there were more crucial issues to address than the long waiting customers. This experience was unacceptable, and the managers' behavior was unprofessional, in stark contrast to the hardworking and apologetic front staff. My wife, being a manager herself, knows the importance of handling situations smoothly, something these managers clearly failed to do. This situation unfolded from 8:12 pm until 9 pm on December 6th.
