There are three KFC restaurants in my area, and they are all disappointing. The service is terrible, and the employees seem indifferent towards customers. Orders are delayed, incorrect, and poorly handled. At [redacted] Baseline Rd in Rancho Cucamonga, the manager was untruthful. The location at [redacted] Baseline Ave in Fontana served a subpar 3-piece meal for $22.00. Over at [redacted] Foothill Blvd in Fontana, the service was slow, the orders were wrong, and my complaint for a credit was ignored. It's frustrating that even popular fried chicken chains like KFC seem to have consistent bad reviews due to inadequately trained staff. It appears to be an issue not only with KFC but with other chicken places as well. The lack of customer care and quality seem to stem from poorly paid and unmotivated employees.

Hello. I work the night shift and recently had a disappointing experience at the KFC on Paul Kruger Street in Pretoria. Upon my arrival, I noticed only one lady working who seemed overwhelmed with orders. After waiting for quite some time, I was informed there was no chicken left for my order. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location, as I often stop to buy food for my family during the night. The poor service and attitude I received make me question if I should continue to spend my money at KFC. I did not catch the staff member's name as she wasn't wearing a name tag. Regarding [redacted] Grand Avenue Sun City, AZ [redacted] Friday, November 8, [redacted], 10:20 AM Every advertisement from KFC featuring the menu appears to be consistent, including the 8-piece $20.00 Fill Up with 3 large sides and 4 biscuits, as seen on the Sun City website. However, during my recent visit to the drive-thru, I was informed that it only includes two large sides, both mashed potatoes which couldn't be swapped. I tried to order a large side of Mac & Cheese, but I wasn't given the choice of chicken type or style, and to add to the disappointment, I received only 1 gravy for 2 large sides that were unchangeable. The Mac & Cheese was dry and burnt, lacking the expected portion size, while the biscuits seemed more like hockey pucks. I understand it was near closing time, but shouldn't every customer receive the same menu options and freshness regardless of the time? I believe improvements are necessary. The store visit was pleasant with a friendly lady at the cash register. However, our experience with the delivery service on November 8th was disappointing. Despite the quick delivery within the estimated time, the driver drove onto my lawn instead of using the driveway, which irritated my husband. He captured this behavior on video and in photos as he found it inappropriate. The driver's plea for leniency due to personal circumstances, including rubbing and kissing my feet, made the situation uncomfortable. When we finally received our cold $50+ meal, the entire experience was dampened. I am now uncertain if I will patronize this establishment again.

We used to visit the KFC/Taco Bell at [redacted] Transit Road, Depew NY [redacted] for many years. The recent remodeling led to confusion as the drive-through was unavailable, causing us to miss Taco Day and lose out on a coupon. Upon visiting when they opened, the cashier seemed unaware of promotions and had issues with the cash register. Despite the store not being busy, the service was lacking. With a new Chick-Fil-A opening across the street, competition seems to have escalated. The service quality was better before the remodeling took place.

Several customers have reported cases of food poisoning at the KFC location in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, UK, with one individual being hospitalized recently. Over the past 1.5 years, there has been a noticeable decline in both the quality of the food and the level of service provided. Incidents of bullying and harassment involving the Romanian staff by the Indian managers have been observed, resulting in many staff members leaving. The welcoming atmosphere that the Romanian staff once cultivated has diminished. Complaints about the cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the toilets, have been met with no resolution. This ongoing issue threatens the future of the establishment as its reputation suffers from the mistreatment of former beloved employees and repeated order inaccuracies. Despite a fondness for KFC, many customers, including myself, have ceased supporting the restaurant and the boycott is gaining traction.

My family visited the KFC/Taco Bell on Atlanta Highway in Athens, GA. There was an incident with a female cashier whose name I didn't get as she refused to provide it. We requested a manager, and she claimed to be one. When my husband asked to speak to someone else, she shouted to the back for another lady. The problem arose when we requested spoons and her attitude was unacceptable. We needed spoons to feed our 18-month-old child mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, we paid for mashed potatoes we couldn't eat due to the lack of spoons. The way we were treated was very disappointing and disrespectful.

At KFC Bugis, I had a disappointing experience with the staff. After ordering food, I went to refill my cup but was shocked to find a staff member and two others chatting instead of attending to customers. They started talking and pointing at me. Is this how KFC staff should treat customers? I even considered involving the police to review the CCTV footage before 6 pm on a Sunday to verify if I did indeed refill my cup. Besides, our order was incomplete, no sauces were provided, and we didn't even start eating. The whole situation was unprofessional and humiliating, and it occurred at the branch near Down Line MRT.

I had a disappointing experience at KFC on Victoria Street Bugis Junction. One of the staff members did not notice that we had just ordered and needed to refill our drinks. The unprofessional behavior of the staff discussing the issue in front of us and pointing at us caused embarrassment. Despite not having consumed any food or drink, we decided to leave the order on the counter due to the staff's conduct. It would have been more appropriate for the staff to politely inquire if we needed a refill instead of making assumptions.

My husband and I visited KFC store #K071078 and placed an order for 2 pot pie bowls, a sandwich, the famous bowl, and a 3pc combo. When we received our order, we found the chicken to be very small and hard. Upon requesting an exchange, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The manager's attitude during the process was extremely unpleasant, leaving us disappointed. Unfortunately, upon reaching home, we discovered that the famous bowl was missing. I have photos of the receipt and the food we did receive. The level of service we experienced during this visit was shocking and unacceptable.

I encountered an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru yesterday evening at the Glenn Innes store. I waited for about 10 minutes with cars lining up behind me without being acknowledged. When I approached the window, a staff member claimed she couldn't hear my car, which seemed unlikely as my car was noticeably loud. Without further confrontation, I proceeded to place my order. The food was average at best, with overcooked and crunchy fries. This was definitely my worst experience at a fast food restaurant, and I will not be returning to KFC. The staff's manners were lacking, and it's disappointing to see KFC neglecting their customer service standards. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent others from encountering similar disrespectful service in the future.

My experience at KFC was disappointing. My order for the crispy honey BBQ chicken sandwich was incorrect, as I received an original one instead. The meal included potato wedges, popcorn chicken, and a drink, of which I ordered sweet tea but got plain tea. Worse still, there was smeared lipstick inside my meal box, which is extremely unsanitary. When I contacted the store, the manager was unhelpful, arguing with me and denying my refund. Despite providing photographic evidence of the lipstick, I was not assisted. I paid $10 for this meal from my hard-earned money and feel disrespected. I believe a refund is a reasonable request given the situation. Additionally, my previous contact with customer service yielded no results, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.

I had the worst experience ever at KFC on October 29, [redacted], around 6:00 p.m. I went with my wife and my 6-year-old son to celebrate his birthday as he loves their chicken. When we entered, there was no line and no cashier present, despite a few employees in the kitchen. We waited patiently for about 5 minutes, hoping they would take our order, but they ignored us completely. Even after trying to get their attention, we were left unnoticed, so we left along with other customers. This location at [redacted] S Magnolia Ave, Anaheim, CA [redacted] has a very low rating on Yelp, and after this experience, I understand why. I will not be returning, despite living nearby. KFC management should address these issues to avoid turning away more customers.

The constant excuses provided, such as issues with the bank or poor weather conditions, have persisted for over a month. 2. Online orders are frequently canceled with poor excuses like temporary closure or unavailability of delivery service, which is frustrating. 3. Inconsistent delivery timings have also been a problem, as they seem to deliver only when they feel like it. 4. To whom it may concern, I have been a patron of KFC worldwide and typically find the experience consistent; however, the service in Oman falls short. Specifically, the KFC in Muscat's Al Khoud area disappoints with perpetual unavailability of items like gravy for over two years now. The cashier claims they do not offer it, contradicting the call center's explanation of simply running out. This lack of basics like mashed potatoes is puzzling. The presentation of dishes is subpar, resembling a rushed mess that is far from appetizing. As an executive chef, I find this unacceptable. Fast food should not equate to low quality, yet that seems to be the case in Muscat. I opt for Jollibee, the Filipino version of fast food, over KFC in Oman due to these inconsistencies. I offer this feedback constructively in hopes of prompting improvement. While I have another anecdote to share, resolving these issues would mark significant progress. Kind regards

I recently visited my local KFC in Bloomfield, New Mexico. The employee at the window threw my food at me, then closed the window as I waited for my drinks. After honking, he came back, claiming to be the manager, but shut the window before I could finish speaking. Eventually, he returned with my drinks. When I asked for someone above him, he told me to contact the district and said his name was Mikel, which I suspect was fake. The manager, a Native employee with glasses named Mikel, was working the window during the shift on November 21st at 6:45 p.m. The hot wings I ordered were undercooked, my kids' chicken bowl had cold mashed potatoes, and the gravy looked old. This unacceptable behavior has deterred me from returning to any KFC until this issue is resolved. I have a wide network in this town and will ensure others are aware of this experience. It is imperative that action is taken regarding this individual's lack of customer service skills. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at a KFC branch. I waited for my food order for 18 minutes, only to be told it would be another 4 minutes. Frustrated, I requested a refund. I am considering whether or not to return to KFC after this incident. I am open to discussing this matter further with a manager. When I raised my concerns at the Maidstone branch, I was informed that the chicken took 15 minutes to cook. However, I had initially asked the cashier how long the wait would be because there were 10 people ahead of me who had already paid but not received their orders. The response I received was that it wouldn't be long, but after waiting for 20 minutes with an additional 4 minutes to go, I felt that was too long for fast food. I have been a loyal KFC customer for over 20 years, but recent service standards have left me disappointed. I hope to hear back from you to help me decide on my future patronage. Thank you.

I visited the KFC in Locust, NC today for lunch. My order was taken at 11:57 AM with ticket number [redacted]. After waiting until 12:25 PM and noticing delays, I requested a refund as multiple customers ahead of me hadn't received their orders. It seemed they were prioritizing the drive-thru and take-out orders. Due to an appointment, I couldn't wait any longer. The cashier helped by providing a duplicate receipt and mentioning a credit to my debit card. However, the promised credit of $10.70 hasn't reflected in my bank account. I've had issues with the KFC in Hartselle, Alabama in the past, so I've decided not to return. Unfortunately, my Daughter works near this KFC at Murpheys and has become friends with one of their employees. She shared with me some concerning information that I feel needs attention. Before I share her message, I'd like for you to investigate this matter due to the safety implications for my family and friends who frequent this establishment. Here is what she told me: "Avoid getting anything from the KFC by Murpheys. A coworker confided in me that their colleagues sold spoiled chicken to customers. This person seemed upset about it and expressed dissatisfaction with the restaurant." I urge you to keep my Daughter's feedback confidential, as she could face repercussions.
