I resigned from my job last Tuesday, the 15th, because my boss, Matt Smith, failed to follow through with the promotion he had promised me. He informed me about the promotion via text message while I was out of town in San Francisco accompanying my mom to Stanford Medical Hospital, a situation he was aware of. Despite my continuous inquiries over three weeks about the decision, he kept delaying the announcement. On top of it all, when Matt filled out my termination papers, he falsely claimed that I had made threats to the store or its employees, which is completely untrue. I am eager to speak with someone to have this misinformation removed from my record. The unfair treatment and tarnishing of my professional reputation have left me distraught. Initially, I had planned to leave this unjust job quietly and move forward, but now I feel compelled to address the mismanagement at store c750066. I sincerely hope that someone from HR will get in touch with me soon so that I can resolve this matter internally without resorting to social media. I have a great admiration for KFC and wish to prevent any damage to the brand's reputation due to the mismanagement of a single store.

I recently visited the KFC on Independence Ave. During my last visit, a few things were off, but I didn't complain. This time, I didn't receive a receipt. Despite that, I can remember my order and the approximate time. The food seemed old, as the chicken crust fell off easily. In my 10-piece dark meal, the biscuits were squashed in the bucket, and the mashed potatoes were also old. The gravy was thick, had an unpleasant smell, and the chicken colonial sandwiches were too old to eat. I've been trying to contact the store for almost an hour to address this issue, but the phone has been constantly busy. I am very upset about this experience and would like a replacement for my meal or a refund. I have no intention of going back to that location. My main concern is providing my family with a decent meal, not this low-quality food.

My family recently visited your KFC on Boulder Hwy and Flamingo in Las Vegas. We went through the drive-thru around 7:25 pm and ordered a meal with famous bowls and 3-piece tenders. Unfortunately, the famous bowls had very little gravy, and the tenders had no dipping sauce. When we asked the manager for more gravy, she initially said she couldn't help us without a receipt. After showing her the receipt, she begrudgingly added some gravy. She made it clear it was a one-time courtesy and suggested we pay for extra gravy next time. When I asked for dipping sauce, she was dismissive and gave it to us with an attitude. The manager even threw away our receipt without returning it. Her behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. The other employee was apologetic but seemed afraid to intervene. This experience was disappointing, and it's unlikely we will return to that KFC due to the disrespectful manager's attitude.

I'm disappointed with how the situation involving a fired employee was handled by your corporate office. The employee was unjustly let go without being given a chance to explain her side of the story. It seems like only the customer's perspective was taken into account, even though other witnesses saw the events unfold differently. It's disheartening that the employee faced consequences for simply following instructions. This kind of unfair treatment of employees is not acceptable, and it has led me to reconsider being a customer of your establishment. I believe in treating employees with respect and fairness. I hope you reconsider your decision and give this young lady her job back. It's the right thing to do. I also have concerns about the quality of food being served, as my son, who works as a cook there, has mentioned issues with some new cooks not preparing the chicken properly. I urge you to address these issues promptly to maintain the standards of your business. Promoting a positive work environment leads to a successful business. This situation has left me deeply upset, and I hope for a positive resolution.

My husband and I visited the KFC in Cynthiana, KY on October 16, [redacted]. We ordered chicken strips, potato wedges for me, and coleslaw for my husband. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a biscuit as they ran out and the coleslaw didn't taste good. Additionally, we didn't get the cookies we ordered. Our experience was disappointing, and we left feeling hungry. We believe it would be reasonable to request a complimentary meal each to make up for the incomplete order.

I recently visited the KFC in Napoleon, Ohio. I decided to try the new wings, so I ordered the honey & BBQ flavor. Unfortunately, they turned out to be much spicier than I could handle. The heat was overwhelming, and I couldn't eat them at all. I wish I had known they were going to be so hot, as I would have chosen differently. I called the restaurant, and they explained that the wings are spicy but have a honey BBQ sauce. It would be helpful if this was made clearer upfront to avoid surprises. I spent $9.95 on wings I couldn't enjoy, and I feel disappointed by this experience. It would be nice if KFC offered non-spicy wings with the option to add honey BBQ sauce separately. Thank you for listening to my feedback. Julie Z.

Whenever I visit the Ashland, Virginia location, I encounter a very unprofessional team that shows little regard for customer service. During my recent visit to purchase a 24-piece chicken wings, I was informed of an 8-minute wait. After receiving my order and checking it at home, I was shocked to find the chicken wings were not up to the usual standard. They appeared old, overcooked, and very dry compared to what I am accustomed to. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, I faced difficulties getting through, and when someone finally answered, they abruptly hung up. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I doubt I will be returning to spend my money there in the future. This is just one of several disappointing incidents I have encountered while doing business at this location. I rate them 0 stars.

To whom it may concern, My name is S. Dubignon. I recently visited your KFC restaurant located at Dunn Ave in Jacksonville, Florida. I ordered three meals through the drive-thru but there was a mix-up with my order. The staff offered me alternatives, but unfortunately, the food I received was cold. When I requested a refund, the clerk and manager both mentioned that they don't typically provide refunds. Despite my dissatisfaction, they were unhelpful in resolving the issue. I found the experience disappointing as I have been a customer for a while and expected better service. I will be reporting this to the BBB. It's concerning to encounter such poor customer service and be denied a refund for subpar food. Thank you, Susie Dubignon. [redacted]. I look forward to hearing from KFC regarding this matter and their refund policy.

I have been submitting applications at the Sedalia MO location for over three years. The manager, Elizabeth, has never given me the time for an interview. Despite my experience working at three KFC restaurants, I feel discriminated against. I am considering legal action if this situation is not addressed. It is frustrating to face such obstacles when seeking a job. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly.

Kentucky Fried Chicken [KFC] — Order was incorrect, subpar customer service. On October 25, [redacted], I placed an order for the fill-up meal at the KFC drive-thru. I requested thighs instead of wings or legs, which was confirmed by the order taker, and then reconfirmed at the window with Samantha. Upon reaching home, I discovered my order was wrong - missing a piece of chicken and I did not receive thighs as requested, but instead was given overcooked wings and legs. The biscuits were rock hard, and the hot wings were chewy and tough. When I called to speak to a manager, I was offered little empathy or solution. The manager dismissed my concerns and made no effort to address the errors in my order. As a low-wage single parent, spending $26.50 on this meal was significant for me, and the disappointing experience was not worth it. I have moved from Meridian, ID to Caldwell and have found the service at this KFC to be vastly inferior to the one I was used to. The lack of attention to my order, the poor quality of the food, and the dismissive attitude of the manager have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I hope my feedback reaches someone who can rectify this situation and prevent others from going through a similar experience.

I visited Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) on 10-25-[redacted] and had a disappointing experience. My order, Ticket #[redacted], Receipt C750059 2 [redacted], was incorrect. I specifically requested thighs instead of wings or legs but received the wrong pieces. The chicken I received was overcooked, the biscuits were rock hard, and the hot wings were chewy and leather-like. When I called to speak to the manager, she was unhelpful. Despite my concerns, she did not offer a solution or show any concern for my dissatisfaction. As a single mom on a tight budget, spending $26.50 on this meal was a splurge for me. I have previously had better experiences at the KFC in Meridian, ID, and was shocked by the poor service at this location. I hope my feedback reaches someone who can address these issues appropriately. I would like a refund or some gesture to make up for this disappointing visit. Regards, Casey Bell

I visited your restaurant on Erie Blvd in Rome, NY. Upon entering, an employee walked in before me and went straight to the back of the kitchen without acknowledging me. After waiting for almost 5 minutes, she finally came out to take my order and then proceeded to serve another customer behind me. Subsequently, she left without notice to talk to a colleague outside the establishment. Another customer entered and had to wait a few minutes before being attended to. The kitchen staff appeared occupied with the drive-thru, leaving customers inside waiting. This behavior seemed rude and unprofessional, showing a lack of dedication to the job. Waiting so long just to place an order is inconvenient and unpleasant for patrons. I left before seeing how long the other customer had to wait.

I visited KFC around an hour ago and ordered the 12-piece family meal with three side dishes, totaling $35 after tax. Later, I decided to add coleslaw for an additional $3 and a large fountain soda. To my disappointment, when I got home, I found my order was incorrect; missing sides, only mashed potatoes, and gravy plus 8 pieces of chicken instead of the 12 I paid for. I attempted to contact the store on Lake Mead and Jones but couldn't reach anyone. Without a receipt, I looked online for a corporate number. As a single mom on a fixed income, treating my family to fast food is a rare luxury. This experience was unacceptable given my limited budget. I aim to resolve this and seek a refund for the missing items.

I ordered a 10-piece chicken fingers meal with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a Pepsi Zero. Upon arriving home after a long day, I discovered I received extra mashed potatoes and gravy instead of my sides, and the Pepsi was not sugar-free. I called the store multiple times but received no answer. I plan to return the incorrect items. I expect a refund and a proper meal as an apology. The mix-up with my straightforward order has left me dissatisfied.

On Friday evening, November 1st, I visited the store to order a $20 fill-up meal and 2 additional breasts totaling $28. However, I was informed they were out of chicken. After waiting 30 minutes for them to pack up my order, I got home only to realize I had received just 1 mashed potato and no gravy. This disappointing experience is not new as a similar incident occurred a couple of months ago at the same store. Despite my efforts to contact them regarding this issue, I have not received a satisfactory response. Paying for items and not receiving them is frustrating, especially when this has happened multiple times. I demand a refund for the incomplete and incorrect orders I have received.

As a DoorDash driver, I want to address my recent experience at the KFC on Madison Ave and Hazel Ave in Fair Oaks, CA. Unfortunately, for the second time, I observed the manager mistreating the employees. Upon my arrival at 4:40 PM to pick up an order scheduled for 5:02 PM, I found that nothing had been prepared due to limited stock. The manager was heard berating the staff while I waited over an hour for the order. Several customers left and mentioned reporting her behavior. The staff appeared distressed, trying to uphold their composure despite the unjust treatment. This manager's conduct was unacceptable and should be addressed as I've witnessed similar incidents before.

My family and I visited the KFC on [redacted] Northcrest Rd, Doraville, GA [redacted]. We had to wait in line at the drive-thru as the dining room was closed. We ordered the "Family Fill Up" but our order was missing mashed potatoes. After contacting the store, RICK answered the phone and seemed rushed and unpleasant. When we returned to the store to get the missing item, RICK mistakenly thought we were referring to fries instead of mashed potatoes. He then imitated my speech, which was disheartening due to my speaking impediment. The mashed potatoes we finally received were cold with no gravy. Despite feeling tired and frustrated, we accepted what we were given as RICK didn't appear inclined to assist further. It would be beneficial for RICK to undergo sensitivity training to better handle customer interactions.

I attempted to return some tea that had an unusual item floating in it. I purchased $15 worth of food and was asked for the receipt for the tea return. After retrieving another $15 of items from my car, I brought them back for a refund. The manager, LaShonda, was quite impolite, and I mentioned to him that as the manager, he should not behave that way. I even suggested that LaShonda should be the manager instead. Upon my request for a refund, the manager threw my phone in the trash, causing me to jump onto the counter. The situation escalated, leading to a call to the police and ultimately resulted in me being banned from the store. I frequent Kentucky Fried Chicken about three times a week, with the staff at the Clarkston location recognizing me. However, during this incident, I was at the Lawrenceville branch. Due to the manager's demeanor, all the customers left the restaurant. I believe he should be terminated, and I intend to call and voice my complaint daily, post negative reviews, and boycott the store until action is taken.

Hello, I am Calvin D. Hardy. I used to work at the KFC location in Milford, Delaware with the zip code [redacted] from [redacted] to [redacted]. When I left my job, there was a remaining balance on my money network payroll card. I have been in contact with money network to retrieve this balance, but they require me to obtain my account number from KFC corporate Benefits Office to issue a new card with the remaining balance. I am reaching out here for assistance in obtaining this account number promptly. I have already contacted KFC corporate office, and they mentioned sending an email to the Milford, Delaware KFC franchise location, but I am still awaiting updates. Please help me recover the remaining balance as soon as possible. Thank you.

Order number [redacted] I am requesting a refund for the cookies missing from my online order at KFC in Radcliff, KY. I was disappointed to find the coleslaw was placed with the hot food despite my request to keep it separate to prevent temperature changes. Safety is important, and I did not return to get the cookies fearing they might be compromised. Additionally, the Radcliff KFC does not offer grilled chicken as listed online and does not allow drive-through pickup for online orders. It would be helpful to have curbside service for customers with young children. Regards, Juanita M.
