Kentucky Fried Chicken *KFC* — order was wrong, managment could care less.*****Add a Comment **Date of incident was **-**-**** Ticket* **** Receipt C****** * *** ****. * I went through the drive through and ordered the fill up meal. I asked the guy taking order to please sub thighs for any wings or legs. He said no problem. I proceeded to the window and Samantha took my money I asked to please make sure I am getting the thighs instead of legs and wings. She told me yes they took care of that and assured me the order was correct. * I got home and my order was wrong. I only received * pieces of chicken, there should of been * pieces. I did NOT get my thighs instead of wings and legs as I specifically asked for, and reiterated at the window. I did however receive two very over cooked wings, and legs. I reached in the box of biscuits, they were so hard that when dropping them on the counter they sounded like a rock! My son could not even bite into one. My hot wings that I ordered in addition to fill up meal was all over cooked, very chewy, and leather like. * I called immediately asking for a manager. I told her what the problem was, she told me that I should come on down now because they just had fresh chicken come up. I explained to her that my work day starts at *AM, and I am finally home now at *PM, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in my car and drive all the way back to get what I should of got in the first place. I told her that I even asked when I was handed the food, if I got the right pieces. I was assured the order was correct. * The manager said to me "Well I am not sure what you want me to do about it" I felt like she could of cared less and I was bothering her with my issue. I said "can you remake my meal another time, or send me a gift card, or write my name down for another time?" she said "for what? * thighs and some biscuits?" I was so upset I just gave her my name and hung up the phone. * I am a single mom of * and make only $**.** hour so spending $**.** is a lot of money for our household. I can only afford to treat once in a very great while. This experience was very far from a treat! I have no desire to ever go back to this KFC. * I just moved to Caldwell from Meridian, ID. I have never had problems with the Meridian KFC location. Meridian is FAR SUPPERIOR service all around compared to the store I had to deal with. * I am so very upset that they could not listen to what it was I wanted to order, they did not check order accuracy, they did not even count the right pieces, they over cooked everything, and the manager did not care one bit about my satisfaction as a customer! She never apologies or tell me that she wanted to make it right. She did NOTHING! So I am reaching out hoping this will go to someone above what I had to deal with on Friday night. I would like a refund, or for someone to want to make this right. PLEASE look into this I do not want another person to have to deal with what I went through.*Regards,*Casey Bell
