Me and my family were just at your KFC that is off of Boulder hwy and Flamingo in Las Vegas. We went through the drive thru at around *** we ordered a number *,* famous bowls and * three piece tenders. our famous bowls had maybe a tablespoon of gravey on them. And there was no dipping sauce for the tenders. we went back inside to ask for them to add a little bit of gravy to them. The manager takes a step back looks at us and says i cant do nothin for them they would need a receipt.our receipt was sitting on the counter on top of the bowls. So i picked it up held it up where she could see. She walks up grabs it out of my hand. Go to the back gets a bowl of gravey. Brings it back dumps some on each bowl. Then she tells us that she was going to do it this one time but that was it and next time we would need to ask for extra gravey and pay for it. There was no where near the amount of gravey that normally is added to your famous bowls. The manager of the store treated us like we were trying to get something for free. Then i had to ask for the dipping sauce. She rolls her eyes stomps over to the sauces turns back around says what kind brings it back and toss it on the counter. Then feels she needs to remind us again that this would be the only time she would be doing this for us. We walked back out to our car and i realized she had not handed my receipt back. So i went back in asked her for the receipt and she says its in the trash. By that point i was starting to get a little upset with the way i was being treated and I told her of course it was in the trash. And then I asked her for her name she ignored me. I asked her again for her name. She still would not even so much as look up from the counter. I then said i know you can hear me and thats fine i am sure corprate can figure out who was working this shift. Then as i turned to walk out there was another employee in the lobby i asked him for her name and he shruggs crinkles up his face waves both of his hands saying i dont know. Like he was to scared to get in trouble by her if he said it. He then says i am really sorry. Have a good night. I have lived in las vegas for * months now i go to this kfc at least * times a week sometimes more. I really dont want anything from kfc i will probably never go back there again but the women running the evening shift there has her employees to scared to even give up her name to a customer. I dont ever take my food back for replacement nor was i tonight. All i asked for was to have gravey put on it in the amount that is normally put on the famous bowls. That women has no business working in a position with customers or employees. She acted like i was stealing something from the store then refused to give me back my proof of purchase. Then acted as if she was * years old and refused to even acknowledge my exsistince. And on top of it her employees are to scared to even try and help the customers. The kid in the lobby did not even want to turn around and look at me. But he did and all he could do is say no no no shaking his head the whole time. My daughter who is ** works in fast food. It a good first job for teens it can teach them alot about work ethics. But having a manager like that will probably discourage any of those kids from continuing in the work force. I am really curious how she has even made it to that position. Worst experience i have ever had.
