I went to the KFC on independence ave like normal. The last time a few things were off. I didn't complain. However this time I did not receive a receipt I can recite my exact order and approximate time. Everything was old. When I picked the chicken up the "crust" if you can even call it that came off. I got a **pc dark, they smashed my biscuits In the bucket. The mashed potatoes were old. The gravy is thick and old and smells. I bought two chicken colonial sandwiches also. The chicken was so old I couldn't bite into it. I have been calling the store number for almost an hour now. I got a ride there and I need to make sure they will replace my food if I get a ride back. They didn't give a receipt. And they have had the phone off of the hook. Busy signal every single time I call. I am beyond furious. I want everything replaced or my money back and I will never go to that location ever again. I was trying to feed my family. I can't feed them this slop
