I have been a loyal customer at the KFC in OKC at [redacted] NW Expressway, spending about $[redacted] a month. Today, I arrived at 10:30 AM and waited at the counter but the store was not open yet. After several minutes, a staff member informed me they were not open, even though their opening time was 10:30 AM. The interaction was unpleasant, and I felt unwelcome. I usually buy a large bucket and 3 sides at least three times a month, but after this incident, I will not return to that store. The service and food have always been good before today, but this experience was disappointing. I wanted to share my feedback about the incident, as I believe it was just a misunderstanding with the staff member's late arrival. Thank you, Tom K.

Three of us went to KFC on MLK in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and encountered unfair and rude treatment. The employee did not take our order promptly, and the food available was limited and not fresh. We had to wait for more food as they were holding it for a group of football players. Despite being paying customers, we were made to wait until the football players arrived to have access to the food. This situation was very disappointing and unacceptable. Two other ladies who arrived later also had to wait for a considerable time. This behavior needs to be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Geneva D. My name is Gordon C. Jones Jr. I have been a loyal customer of KFC for 35 years, and my recent visit on 10-3-[redacted] to store Y300082 located at [redacted] W. Washington St, Indianapolis, Indiana, was disappointing. I ordered the $5 Fill Up #1, which should include a leg, a thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a cookie. Unfortunately, after a 20-minute wait, I received a breast instead of a thigh. When I raised the issue, the cashier was unhelpful, and the manager's response was rude. This KFC location seems to prioritize the drive-thru over the lobby, leading to mistakes in orders. Despite this negative experience, I will continue to enjoy KFC's food, but I may choose a different store for future visits. The slow service and incorrect orders at this particular store have left a lasting negative impression on me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is my second visit to buy chicken. I had a coupon for a three-piece meal with two sides and a biscuit. On both occasions, I requested two breasts and a wing. Unfortunately, I received only one breast each time instead of the two I asked for. I suspect there might be a mistake in counting or potentially intentional errors in fulfilling orders while charging the full price.

I visited your store on Opdyke Rd in Auburn Hills, Michigan, on October 2nd between 3-4 pm. I drove through with no line, ordered my food, but realized I forgot to add a small coleslaw. When I asked at the window, I was told they couldn't add it due to the drive-thru timer, even though there were no cars behind me or at the speaker. It would have taken less than 10 seconds. The staff became rude and told me to go back around to order it, laughing, including the manager. This treatment was unacceptable. I will not return to this store and may not shop at your chain again.

As I'm writing this, I'm waiting for my order. I was the third person in line, and when the customer in front of me finished ordering, the cashier decided it was the perfect time to take out the trash. I was a bit irritated and timed how long it took - 6 minutes and 15 seconds. When he came back, I politely asked him to wash his hands since he had just taken out the trash. He also stopped to get a drink. It has now been 14 minutes and 32 seconds, and I'm still waiting for my order.

Hello, I placed an order at your KFC location on Fairysprings Rd in Rotorua on Sunday, October 6th, [redacted], around 11:30 a.m. I ordered a family feast with 3 pieces of hot and spicy chicken and a 12-pack of wicked wings. However, when I got home (which is a 30-minute drive away), I realized my order was missing a large potato n' gravy and a packet of chips. I have a granddaughter working for one of your stores in Jackson, Michigan. This is her first job, and she is eager to do well. However, she is not receiving proper training. When she asks questions, the staff's reactions make her feel inadequate. All employees should receive adequate training to perform their tasks correctly. It is important for them to be shown how to do things either through videos or hands-on practice. Thank you, Concerned Grandma.

Hello. I recently contacted KFC to inquire about their meal prices. The employee recommended meal options and quoted prices that I noted down for my son to purchase. Unfortunately, upon receiving the food, the order was incorrect. When I tried to call the store multiple times (5:50-6:10pm), there was no answer. I even reached out to another location, but they hung up on me twice. This led to further unsuccessful attempts to contact them. I eventually had to send my husband back to the store. This incident has occurred multiple times in less than two weeks, and the lack of response is frustrating. I hope this feedback can help improve their customer service.

Tonight, two friends and I visited KFC in Benton Harbor, MI. Despite standing at the register for 15 minutes, none of the three workers on site acknowledged us. Two employees were focused on drive-thru orders and ignored us completely. When we finally asked for assistance, the tall man managing the outside orders made a disrespectful remark and walked away without helping us. This experience left us feeling upset and disappointed.

I recently visited KFC on October 7, [redacted], hoping to enjoy the classic Original Four Wings and Biscuit, only to be told it's no longer on the menu. The manager explained it hasn't been available for years. I believe this meal is a timeless favorite. It seems KFC locations in BROWARD are franchise stores, allowing private owners to change the menu frequently. Despite the manager's recent menu update, the absence of such a popular item is disappointing. It's perplexing when a staple dish like chicken wings is omitted. Customer service could greatly improve with a more accommodating approach towards menu changes and customer preferences.

On October 6, [redacted], at 4:34 PM, my partner and I ordered two large bundles of Coupons Number 16 and 17 at Reeperbahn. Upon returning home, we discovered the French fries were missing. When we called to address the issue, the response was incredibly rude with a loud voice denying our claim of missing items and their mistake. After insisting on the inclusion of the fries, we were abruptly told to pick them up, blaming us for not checking immediately upon receipt. They hung up without offering any form of apology or compensation. The meal did not taste good without the fries, and it was served cold. We paid nearly 40 Euro for this order. Hello, I wanted to share my experience at the KFC franchise in Duna Plaza, Budapest-Hungary. I observed that the employees were not using gloves while handling food, particularly when preparing my lettuce and cheese. When I inquired about this, I was told that they wash their hands, which I found to be not sufficient. I have a photo showing an employee using bare hands while working, but I am unable to attach it here. I would appreciate your prompt response and kindly request an address where I can send the photo. At KFC store number H665007, I encountered an unpleasant experience with the window server, Sylvia. Despite her initial mistake of not hearing my order at the drive-thru, she was too preoccupied to listen and had to be prompted twice. When I inquired about the gravy on the side, Sylvia rudely insinuated that I was placing an order at the window. She then failed to remember the sweet tea that I had requested, providing unsweetened tea instead, which seemed deliberate. This behavior is not a one-time occurrence at this location; disrespect towards customers appears to be a recurring issue. Ensuring employees listen attentively and treat customers with decency should be a priority to avoid dissatisfaction. KFC ought to address these service shortcomings promptly to enhance the customer experience.

I ordered a 3-piece grilled chicken meal with double green beans and no biscuit at the Monroe, GA location. Despite repeating my order three times, I received a breast and wing with mashed potatoes and a biscuit instead. I am unable to eat potatoes or biscuits due to being diabetic. I called and spoke to the manager, Lamarcus, who was unhelpful and refused to remake my meal. He only offered a partial refund. I was disappointed by the poor customer service and will not be returning to this location.

I recently visited KFC in Millersville, MD, and ordered a Fill Up meal. Unfortunately, the chicken skin was too hard to eat. When I returned it, they replaced it with 9 legs when I had requested white meat. The manager was rude and mentioned they were low on white meat. I now have the unwanted chicken, potatoes, and biscuits in my fridge as I cannot drive at night. I plan to return them in the morning. This misrepresentation of the company has left me upset. I believe the manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I will be seeking a refund, as I also have the receipt. Tomorrow, I will be contacting the store after 10 am. Thank you, Adrienne Beatty.

On October 11, [redacted], I visited the nearest KFC location and placed an order for: 12 spicy chicken wings, only flats, famous bowl without corn, 1 small Chicken Little with Georgia sauce, 1 Colonel Sandwich with Nashville sauce, 6 Nashville hot wings, large mashed potatoes and gravy, and 1 small cole slaw. We paid $45 for our takeout order. However, upon arriving home, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The famous bowl contained dried gray mashed potatoes with lumpy gravy - it was truly off-putting. The chicken wings, my favorite fast food item, looked unappetizing - dark brown with breaking breading and drenched in oil. It was evident that they had been left out all day and refried in old oil. Even the new Nashville wings had the same issue, just with added sauce. We were so disgusted by the food that we ended up throwing it all away. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store and corporate offices, we received no response. This experience was unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund to resolve this matter promptly.

I visited store #[redacted] on October 12, [redacted] around 5 p.m. I went through the drive-thru and as soon as I placed my order, I felt rushed. The manager was highly unprofessional and rude. I tried to order the $5 fill up #1 with 2 pc chicken, but she quickly interrupted me, insisting on mashed potatoes and a Pepsi. After I corrected her, asking for potato wedges and a Mountain Dew, she continued to push for the Pepsi. She then told me to pull up to the window even though I wasn't finished ordering. I went ahead and ordered a #17 pot pie with a Mountain Dew sweet lightning, but the service and attitude at this location have consistently been poor. Despite it being close to my home, the employees always seem to have the same dismissive attitude, cutting me off during orders. Having worked in customer service for 4 years, I find their behavior very rude and unacceptable.

I visited Restaurant #C160001 that has a sign promising a free meal if a receipt is not given. I ordered a $5 Mac and cheese, but upon receiving my order, the server did not provide a receipt. After returning to request the receipt, the manager dismissed me despite the sign's promise. I explained the situation, but the manager was unhelpful. This has happened before at the same location with no resolution. Disappointed with the poor management, I question if this is a franchise or corporate-run establishment. My experience has led me to believe KFC's quality and service have declined. Despite giving it another chance due to my son's request, I will not be returning.

I visited KFC at restaurant #D212049 in Phoenix, AZ tonight. My ticket number was [redacted] on October 17, [redacted], at 5:25 PM. I spent $36.36 but when I got home, my large wedges were missing. The 2-piece meal I ordered had a chicken leg that was actually a wing, and the thigh was smaller than usual. After calling, they couldn't find my order and after 20 minutes on the phone, they asked me to come back for the wedges. The honey BBQ wings I ordered turned out to be extremely hot which I couldn't eat. By the time I got the wedges, my meal was cold. They offered a cake as an apology, but the overall customer service was disappointing. The hot wings were not what I ordered.
