So it's been* or * times that I have went to kfc stoughton wisconsin and have had bad experiences. This last one took the cake. Survey code F*****************. Resteraunt *F******. Besides having to wait ** minutes due to staffing which I get since I'm in the industry for customer service I had to write on this one. I went through drive thru placed an order it had been a long day ordered from what I wrote down and got home again with out all of my order. I know I said exactly what I wrote down. But when I looked at my receipt saw he didn't get ot all. It's happened before there. So when I called Courtney answered. I said yes I was just there and didn't receive all my order and she pulled it up and said mu order back and I read her what I wrote downand read off to her because I have left numerous times with out what I ordered. Her response was that's not was on the ticket and I said but I ordered it read it right off my note. Her response kept being but it's not on the ticket in a very unprofessional tone. So I said well I'll be back into get the rest because of her abnoxish snubbis attitude. The other times I didn't cause after working ** hrs just didn't have it in me to go all the way back. So when I pulled up and ordered the * taco supremes the guy was is that all and quated me a price. I'm know maybe he was new and I'm sure it was discussed before I got there. I pull up to the window and he has a smirk on his face and tells me the amount. I said I have to pay for this I just called and said it was messed up. He said yes so I'm like ok get my debit card out and asked to talk to who ever took the call and she walked up not wanting to show her name tag and handed me the order so I asked her her name and in her crappie attitude said Courtney have a great day. Dos not sound bad but her demeanor voice and attitude was the worst I've ever seen. Will not ever be back and will spread the word. Thank you for reading and I hope that store gets help because their rattings are horrible.
