Hi there I am not normally one to complain but today *-*-** I drove ** minutes into town to do shopping an get lunch I stoped at KFC whakatane who are normally great to deal with but on this occasion I had to wait ** minutes for my double stacker combo meal to be filled with an apology to me I was finally given my order an was on my way home half way home I decided to try my burger as was first time buying this one, only to find it wasn't even the right burger but a smaller one, so I turned around an drove back to let them no my order wasn't correct. They soon replaced my meal with a quick fast sorry an onto serving the next customer, I thought I would bring this to your attention in the hopes something can be done to up there customer service and the lengthy time of ** minutes for a burger to be done so not a very happy customer with KFC on this day, thanku for your time in reading my issue,*Christeina turner
