My entire meal was horrible and dissatisfied with my entire family. The chicken breast and wings were dryed out and hard, some of the potato wedges was entirely too hard with burnt pieces inside the boxes along with being cold and last but not least my * biscuits was hard, doughy not fully cook how im very familiar with from previous visits. I attempted to call this location twice and each time the call automatically ended without a answer or voice mail. I work hard for my money and didnt have $** to throw away like that. This matter needs to be made right professionally or me being compensated for my monetary loss and my approximately* hour time waiting.
I really didnt have the $** to waste on a dissatisfied meal, my elderly mother and family whom the meal was intended was anticipating this meal because we didnt cook anything. Last but not least, i had to wait a long time in the drive thru along with a car in front of me for the very same thing. Tired from a long day of work and was dissatisfied when i got home due to my family meal being unsatisfied with.
