I visited the KFC on Dorothy Lane in Kettering, Ohio on April 10th, [redacted]. I went through the drive-thru and when I got home, I found the chicken to be of poor quality, appearing like it had been sitting all day. This is not the first time this has happened; it's actually the third time. I called right after it happened but no one has contacted me yet, despite taking the survey requesting contact. The store asked me to return, but it's inconvenient for me as I live 3.8 miles away. Normally, my husband checks the food with me, but he wasn't there this time. I even took pictures of the chicken to show how bad it was. I believe I deserve something free as a gesture. I'd like to trust that the food is good when I go through the drive-thru without having to inspect it. The store's management might need retraining. I'm willing to share the pictures if needed. This experience has made me reluctant to revisit this KFC location, and if needed, I can provide more information. Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern, I am frustrated with the inconsistency of my visits to KFC on 50th L. St. in Omaha, Nebraska. Despite it being conveniently located on my way home from work, my recent order was disappointing. Today, upon ordering chicken strips for myself and a pot pie for my wife, they claimed to be out of pot pies initially. As a result, my wife settled for the $5 breast meal, which she did not enjoy. My meal was unsatisfactory as well, with a meager portion of mashed potatoes. I cannot afford to waste money on subpar meals. I visited store C975053 in Claremore, Oklahoma on April 12, [redacted]. The manager, Lisa, was incredibly rude to me. She mentioned that next time someone coughs on the chicken, she would just box it up and give it to me. I had to wait over an hour for my order due to employees coughing on food without gloves or handwashing. The manager neglected to apologize and behaved rudely towards me and other customers. Even when I asked for a refund, she disappeared until my order was ready and then gave it to me abruptly. I am disappointed by the disrespectful behavior of the management staff at this location. Unfortunately, despite my family's love for KFC, I will have to drive 40 miles to another branch as I cannot return to this one due to the poor service.

I, Ashley Atkinson, was unexpectedly removed from the work schedule without prior notice. After working a double shift, I received a message stating that my presence was not required as the store had sufficient staff. Subsequently, I discovered from a coworker that I had been removed from the schedule without explanation, prompting me to call for clarification. Despite assurances of a return call, no response was received. Concerned about my consecutive absences, I reached out to management only to be ignored and told not to report for my next scheduled shift. Feeling frustrated, I visited the workplace, only to face disciplinary action for an incident from months prior, which did not align with my recent dismissal. Amid escalating tensions regarding unemployment benefits, I was pressured to sign a questionable document under threat of termination, leading to a dismissal. Following police involvement and encouragement from another manager, Robert Berry, I was misled into another meeting resulting in my termination. These distressing events have left me feeling disillusioned and in need of financial stability for my growing family.

I went to the drive-through to order a three-piece dinner with an extra breast, but I received a 3-piece dinner with a meatless leg. The lack of skill from your employees created chaos, leading to mistakes like not giving me my breast and serving a different soda flavor. The mix-up was upsetting, and I don't want to go back and waste more time commuting for a refund or a replacement. If someone investigates, they will understand the problem. I recently visited the KFC in Oxford, Alabama and ordered the smoky crispy chicken sandwich combo. Unfortunately, the sandwich I received was cold. The manager advised me to wait for another one to be cooked, so I did. However, upon observing the preparation process, I noticed the sandwich was still not hot enough. I informed the manager once more about the issue and asked if I could get something else by paying the difference. The situation escalated when another employee claimed the sandwich was hot after taking a bite. Feeling frustrated, I eventually left without receiving my food or a refund. It was very disappointing, especially considering the recent remodeling of the establishment. I had higher expectations for both the quality of the food and the service provided.

I recently dined at your Plant City, Florida store on Jim Redman Parkway three times a week for dinner. However, tonight will be my last visit. Upon receiving my order, I noticed food was missing, even though I specifically requested it. When I called to address this issue, I spoke with Melissa, the manager. Before I could fully explain the situation, she responded rudely, saying, "I know." I was taken aback by her attitude. Melissa then refused to provide her name or the store number, which I found completely unacceptable. This type of behavior does not reflect well on your company. Initially, I called to rectify the missing items, but now I feel compelled to escalate this matter further. I am determined to ensure that Melissa faces appropriate consequences for her actions. I will no longer patronize this location as long as she is employed there. Additionally, I plan to share my experience on social media and with other platforms. Considering the numerous negative reviews on Google, it might be beneficial to address individuals contributing to the store's poor reputation. I expect a full refund and an apology letter from Melissa.

On April 24th, [redacted], my husband and I visited the restaurant around 4:30 pm. We had two separate orders. During the first order, we requested a famous bowl and two biscuits to go which were placed in a to-go bag. For the second order, we asked for a famous bowl, two biscuits, and a chicken little. Unfortunately, there was an error as change was not returned to us and the biscuits were forgotten. When we questioned this, the employee, Traci, became defensive and insisted we had not been charged. Despite our request for the corporate number and her name, which she refused to provide since she was not wearing a name tag, the situation was not resolved pleasantly. We are frequent customers of this KFC in Lemoyne, PA, and the experience with Traci has left us disappointed. I strongly believe I should be reimbursed for the missing items and compensated with a gift card due to the poor customer service received. Thank you, Holly.

I visited a store at [redacted] Ridgeway Flowood, MS on 4/21/[redacted]. I ordered the 10-piece all dark meat for $9.99, but the cashier charged me $39.22. I have not received the credit back yet for the incorrect charge. The debit for $10.89 has cleared my account, but the $39.22 has not been refunded. When I went back to the store, I encountered a rude individual named Tommy Brown. He mentioned it would take 7 to 10 days for the refund which I find incorrect based on my experience in the financial industry. This process should not take that long as the money was taken from my account within 2 days. I request that appropriate action be taken regarding Tommy Brown's behavior at the store. I will not return to that location and will inform others about the poor customer service.

To Whom It May Concern, My recent visit to the KFC located at [redacted] Morning Side was quite disappointing. I ordered a 12-piece feast through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the lady assisting me was extremely rude. It took nearly 30 minutes to place my order, and when I finally reached the window, she was yelling in another language to her employees. When I asked about the delay, she responded with a disrespectful attitude, telling me if I didn't like to wait, I shouldn't be eating out. Even when I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed to be the store manager named "Mathi." This encounter left me feeling upset, and I have decided not to return to this location. On the evening of 4-26-20, my family visited KFC for dinner. Due to my health, my grandsons picked up the 8-piece chicken and 2 sides we ordered for $17.94 through the drive-thru. After realizing the chicken should have been half price for the Opening Sale, my grandson spoke to the manager. The manager acknowledged the error and offered to refund $10.14 to my card, but instead, charged an additional $10.14. This resulted in a total of $28.08, rather than the correct price of $7.80 as discussed with the manager. As a regular KFC customer, visiting at least twice weekly, I hope to resolve this issue promptly to maintain a positive relationship with the restaurant. I kindly await your response. Thank you.

I ordered a 20 piece bucket with 2 Mac and Cheese and 1 Potato and Gravy as the sides, along with an individual Cole Slaw. Sadly, instead of 2 Mac and Cheese, I received 2 Potato and Gravy and 1 Cole Slaw. I am disappointed as the potatoes were not good and the Cole Slaw was dry. The chicken lacked flavor, making it inedible for me. I contacted the store and was informed I could pick up the Mac and Cheese later, but I wanted it immediately. I barely ate due to frustration. This isn't the first time they've messed up our orders. My son frequents this store, but I won't be returning. It was a waste of money on my birthday with subpar food.

My visit to KFC Rylands was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order for two variety boxes, but upon arrival, I faced chaos and lack of assistance. The manager, Ziyanda, seemed disorganized, making me wait and ignoring my request for the missing boxes. After a frustrating experience with the cashier and feeling unheard by the staff, I requested a refund. Although two more boxes were eventually placed in front of me, I declined and left. I went to the Drive-Through KFC on Oaklawn Blvd in Hopewell, VA at 9:15 pm last night, Sunday, 4/29. I ordered a Box Meal with a thigh and leg but was informed they only had Breast available, so I accepted it. I asked for potato wedges but was told they only had mashed potatoes, which was fine. However, when they handed me my meal, they said they were out of biscuits so they gave me an extra side. The Breast meat seemed old and tough, making it hard to eat. I didn't finish it. They didn't provide a receipt and forgot to give me a fork and napkins. This was a disappointing experience as the staff seemed disinterested. Hello, I used to work at a KFC branch in Suffolk, VA, and I have some concerns about unfair treatment. I believe it's unfair that they let me go after I called out due to not having a babysitter and having a family member in the hospital. The management seems to favor hiring females for flirtatious reasons rather than based on qualifications. The quality of the food also seems questionable, as they reuse old items instead of providing fresh ones. Additionally, they withheld two days of pay from my check and created a toxic work environment by verbally harassing and physically assaulting employees. I feel mistreated and disrespected by this store's actions.

I had a very disappointing experience yesterday at the branch. The staff there lacked respect and professionalism in dealing with customers. The girl in charge of the guy at the counter was disrespectful and unable to handle customers properly. It was clear she had personal issues and didn't pay attention to my order customization request. Unfortunately, my order was also not made correctly. This was the worst restaurant experience I've had, and it's sad to see the reputation of this place declining due to such behavior.

I visited a KFC in Manvers, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and ordered a 10-piece bargain bucket with chips and two sweetcorn. Upon opening the packaging at home, I was shocked by the poor quality of the chips and the lack of meat on the chicken. I have taken photos to show the disappointing items received. The decline in KFC's standards is evident, and I am disappointed with the service provided. Regrettably, without the receipt, I cannot provide specific details of the purchase. I am writing to express my disappointment with the Kentucky Fried Chicken location at Shreveport Louisiana North Market. This is the closest store to us, and on three separate occasions, we have experienced issues with them running out of chicken. Today, my wife called me at 6:00 pm only to inform me that it would take 45 minutes for them to have chicken available since some employees were outside chatting on their phones. This level of service is unacceptable for a popular chain like Kentucky Fried Chicken. It is frustrating to encounter such poor management at this store. I have always been a loyal customer, but this experience has pushed me to consider going to a different location on the other side of town, even if it is 10 miles away. This incident on 5/4/[redacted] at 6:00 pm has left me extremely dissatisfied. Thank you, Ken D.

I recently visited one of your stores at [redacted] Miramar Rd S.D. I ordered an 8-piece meal, but I received one wing, a breast, and an extra thigh instead of the white meat I wanted. The side order I received was supposed to be large, but it only had a small amount of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese in a large container. Despite being the only customer and waiting for 15 minutes, the service was disappointing. I tried to speak to the manager, but they were too busy to listen. Customers deserve to receive what they pay for, and it was disheartening to not get the correct order.
