I have tried to visit the KFC by my work * times this past week. I always use the drive thru so I don’t have to listen to the employees, including the manager, speaking rudely about other customers. I have been told to join them inside. Today, I waited * minutes in the line before I was told to join them on the inside, not given a choice to sit and wait. I asked why they were not taking anymore orders, two cars ahead of me were still in line. The manager came on and told me she was trying to expedite my order, but I could just sit there. This is unacceptable service.
I believe KFC can learn a lot from the Chick-fil-A customer service.
GetHuman2604887 did not yet indicate what KFC should do to make this right.
