My issue's are that your commercials for your chicken little's appear to LOOK like they are either dipped in the choice's of bbq, spicy honey mustard or Nashville hot sauces or at least smothered in the in sauce "hince" your choice's for the flavors, to make it FLAVORED, well they are bogues! I absolutely love KFC & I have to talk my family into getting it as they would rather have pizza or something other then chicken. So when I do get my way & not only this visit tonight but the last * visits have been messed up! Makes it really hard for them to ever want to go back. Honestly I feel the same way now. So back to my current issue, tonight I get my way we go to KFC, but this time I go into order due to my last visits just to make sure my order is correct .We order the * chicken little combo at $*.** *tax times * meals * was the golden honey mustard the other * was the Nashville hot well not only did they only give me * sandwiches, which at that point I had to open them up just to see which one's they still needed to give me but I couldn't even tell what kind I had. Only the bun had a little sauce on it, I told them they shorted me the other *, told them what kind they were to be & I then asked why so little sauce? The same girl RUDELY said well that's how we are to make them! I then asked which * she just gave me, she said * of each so I didn't open those, took her word & left. I get home to give my family our meal & guess what my husband's mad! Mad, why you ask well *st the sauce issues and the fact that I even asked about the sauce & no one put more on them but also because I took that girl's word about the other * chicken little's, we got * golden honey mustard & only * Nashville hot....My husband wanted to try the Nashville hot & my daughter the golden honey mustard, I ordered a KFC bowl that was not messed up but the other * ugh! I just don't understand why you advertise one thing but when ordered it's like getting a chicken strip with a dash of sauce on a bun with pickles. Maybe I should have ordered just the strips I mean at least you get MORE sauce in the sauce packets to dip them in! As to my previously visits going threw the drive threw, the wait was so long & each x I would ask for mashed potatoes in replace of the wedges I still got the wedges, got asked to pull around front for the rest of my order but I still had to go in to get the mashed potatoes, why go to the drive threw then. Also when you had your $*.** KFC bowels * the reg or spicy ( which you should bring the spicy back ) your employees said you didn't have that at the $*.** or even the spicy KFC bowl......hmmmm you have a big sing on your window dah! We only have * KFC'S in our area I go to the * that's close to me not only cause it's close but the other * is in the city next to us. For what ever reason ours *****! this particular KFC is located in Waterloo Iowa at **** Kimball restaurant *H****** phone * ***-***-****. I have my receipt still the ticket * is ****, I paid with cash exact amount at $**.** the x was *:**pm. I'm choosing to by pass the manager & go straight to you in hope's that you not only can reach out to this store but also to make sure that they are properly making the sandwiches as advertised so you won't have any other upset customer's. I'm not one to complain, as I didn't for my last * visits but this has just made me so mad & now I don't know if or when I can talk my family into getting it again. How to make it right with me, I really am not sure. You could give me my money back, or I guess a gift card in the amount I spent, that way we could give it * more try. I do know that this store was not that busy at all the x I went in to the x I left, so maybe one has complained on the wait before, maybe why my wait was not to long, but man then make them sandwiches as ADVERTISED please & DON'T be rude to me because YOU didn't read the order correctly & FORGOT to give me the other * chicken little's. Good luck with that store. I DON'T want anyone fired just proper manners would be a great start. Sorry i did this but I hope you CAN make it right for me. Thanks Liz Poyner
