We recently dined at KFC restaurant #G135044 located at [redacted] Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park, Florida. Our ticket number was #[redacted] at 5:26 p.m. Upon arrival, the cashier, Alina, was not present as described, and instead, we were served by a Mexican employee who faced communication difficulties. We experienced a 45-minute wait for a $5 fill-up box, a big box of Krispy kernel with popcorn chicken, sauce, and three drinks. Unfortunately, our order was mistakenly given to another customer, leading to a delay and inconvenience. The all-you-can-eat buffet was disappointing, with limited food available and poor replenishment. Despite the seemingly adequate number of staff members, there were noticeable service issues. We are requesting full compensation and an additional meal due to the unsatisfactory experience. Following this visit, we have decided not to revisit this location and plan to leave negative feedback on Google.

My family recently ordered a 16-piece bucket from the Brampton Queen Street location. Despite being frequent customers, we can't overlook the decline in the quality of food and service any longer. Our latest order was delayed, the fries were soggy, and the chicken was smaller, oily, and overcooked. This experience differs greatly from the crispy chicken advertised by KFC. We managed to eat some of it but had to stop due to the excessive grease causing stomach pain. As long-time patrons, it's disappointing to have to file a complaint. We refrain from reporting this to Health Canada out of courtesy. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, as no establishment should compromise quality, be it fine dining or fast food. Thank you.

I was employed at the Woodruff Road location in Greenville, South Carolina. Recently, I experienced a loss in my family. I asked my boss for time off to attend the services, but also mentioned I wanted to work to keep busy. After the funeral, when I was scheduled to leave at 3 p.m., my boss asked me to stay longer, but I couldn't because I had a church service to attend. He insisted, and when I couldn’t, he fired me. This was unfair treatment, especially considering my hard work ethic and qualifications. His behavior towards employees and guests is unprofessional, and the favoritism shown due to personal relationships is evident. I plan to seek legal advice and possibly file for unemployment. I contacted KFC customer service at [redacted] to report a suspicious email I received from KFC regarding a supposed gift card. The email seemed like a scam as it used a strange domain email account not associated with KFC. The subject line read "Do you LOVE KFC?" and claimed I could win a $[redacted] gift card. The email included three "unsubscribe" links, one of which led to suspicious addresses in Miami, FL, and Omaha, NE, possibly KFC franchise locations. I shared all details with the customer support representative but was unable to get an email address to forward the email for investigation. The rep assured me the information would be passed to the management team. I requested assistance on how to handle such emails in the future and asked for a KFC email address for forwarding purposes. My concern is to prevent further spam emails at my Hotmail account, [redacted]

Last Friday evening, I had an unfortunate experience at your Lynnwood branch around 7:00 p.m. I decided to visit KFC through the drive-thru for a quick meal. Despite ordering Streetwise Twos, a Tower Burger, and ice cream, we ended up waiting for about half an hour without any explanation or assistance from the staff. When we inquired at the pay counter, we were met with silence. Upon reaching home, I found the food cold, the chips overcooked, and missing utensils. It was disappointing, as KFC is usually my go-to choice. The lack of communication and rudeness from the staff made me dispose of the meals and seek dinner elsewhere. I called the KFC at [redacted] W Washington St, Charleston, WV [redacted] around 4:15 P.M. EST. I requested a $20 fill up with 1 extra breast and 1 large side for pickup at 5:00 P.M. because we rely on a city bus. Despite confirming the time twice, when my Husband arrived at 5:10 P.M., the order wasn't ready. The Manager prioritized other orders, ignoring ours that should have been prepared. Upon calling, he rudely claimed the food was ready and that my Husband hadn't waited long enough. He was dismissive and unhelpful, even though the food was delayed. The lack of concern and late food caused my Husband to miss the last bus home. I am deeply disappointed with the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior displayed by the manager at this location. As a former restaurant manager, I understand this is not how a store should be managed. The manager's attitude, lack of assistance, and disregard for the delay have completely turned me off from returning to this establishment. My family is now left with my Husband having to walk over 4 miles home in 18° weather due to this unacceptable experience.

I was at the store on February 1 around 8 o’clock. I initially placed an order, but then realized I forgot something and had to reorder. It took from 8:26 to 8:55 for me to receive my famous bowl. I repeatedly told the cashier I was waiting, but they were in the back laughing and giggling. My frustration grew when my other food got cold. I contacted the store manager about a previous issue with missing coupons but received no resolution. After my experience on Friday night, where I had to wait excessively, and then the manager only offered more coupons, I am frustrated. This KFC/Taco Bell location in Vincennes on Hart/Kimmel Rd seems to always have issues, and I am not sure if I will return.

I had a frustrating experience with my order at the Beltsville MD [redacted] store. I ordered an 8-piece meal for $16.99 with a coupon, but when I got home, I realized they only gave me one thigh instead of the 4 thighs I asked for, along with the 4 legs. Despite asking for the specific order twice, I was told they couldn't accommodate my request as they were not making more chicken, even though the store was open until 1 am. The service was slow, the employees seemed disorganized, and I felt discriminated against as all the employees I encountered were either Hispanic or black. The lack of customer service and the fact that I couldn't reach a live person when calling to complain left me feeling ripped off and undervalued as a customer. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Our family has been loyal customers of Kentucky Fried Chicken for a long time. Recently, we had a terrible experience at the KFC in Hamilton, OH. After waiting in a slow line and ordering two $20 meals, we discovered multiple items missing when we got home, including biscuits, mashed potatoes, and macaroni n cheese. When we called to inform the manager, Matt, he accused my wife of lying. He offered to give us the missing sides only if we drove back to the restaurant, which was inconvenient. We simply asked for credit for one of the meals, but Matt rudely hung up on us. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and we are disappointed with how we were treated. We may need to reconsider dining at KFC in the future.

I have a concern with KFC. It seems all the restaurants are preparing the food ahead of time and leaving it under the heat lamp, resulting in dry and tasteless food. I have switched to Mary Brown's because they make it fresh, even though there may be a wait. This issue is not limited to just some locations like in Red Deer and Rocky Mountain House, but it appears to be widespread. It is disappointing that most KFC restaurants are serving food that is excessively dry. Customers are willing to wait for something fresh and flavorful, rather than receive food that is devoid of moisture and taste. It would be appreciated if KFC addresses this matter with their staff, as customers expect a better dining experience.

I would like to address the customer service issues I experienced with the Faisalabad Branch. Today, I placed two orders on kfcpakistan.com with order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. I did not receive an email confirmation for the orders, so I called to cancel one. Despite being active on the phone, the operator claimed I didn't pick up and canceled the order. After placing a new order, there were further delays and miscommunications. The rider arrived late, and despite my dissatisfaction, I received pressure from the branch to pay. The situation escalated when the rider insisted on payment, and the manager threatened to reduce the rider's salary. In the end, I paid part of the amount due to the rider's personal situation, but the whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The branch's use of delivery personnel to collect payments they don't deserve is unacceptable.

On December 10, [redacted], I visited KFC on Wheeling Island and ordered a 16-piece original chicken dinner with extra sides. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered I only received an 8-piece meal, missing my extra sides and coleslaw, with only 4 biscuits in the order. I called the store and spoke with a lady who claimed to be the manager. I explained my issue, but she refused to credit my debit card. She mentioned sending a voucher to reimburse the $42.78 spent and apologized for the inconvenience. Although her response was polite, I have yet to receive any further communication regarding this matter.

I recently visited KFC and ordered the $20 8-piece family meal. Despite requesting original recipe, I received extra crispy, which I couldn't eat due to dental issues from health problems. The large order of potato wedges I paid for was old and soaked in grease. The employee who served us appeared to be under the influence of drugs. I am dissatisfied with this experience, especially because I do not have a car to return to the restaurant. I would appreciate if the meal could be remade fresh or a refund provided. I have the receipt as proof of purchase. I attempted to contact the store by phone, but no one answered.

I would like to share my recent unfortunate experience with KFC on my wedding day. I recently visited your Texas Parkway location in Missouri City to pick up dinner for my family. Unfortunately, I encountered a highly unprofessional employee. She was distracted, made me repeat my order multiple times, and seemed disengaged throughout the interaction. When she handed me the receipt, which turned out to be the merchant copy instead of mine, she casually confirmed it was correct. After being asked to pull forward with several other waiting cars, she shifted her focus outside, delivering orders without properly communicating. When she eventually brought my food, she seemed indifferent, leaving me feeling uneasy. To ensure my order was handled correctly, I had to go inside and wait for it, further finding her dismissive attitude disappointing. This experience was beyond unsatisfactory and lacked the professionalism I expected. I recently went to KFC in Odessa, Texas on JBS and had a disappointing experience. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, we waited another 20 minutes after ordering, only to see others who arrived after us still waiting for their food. They were out of various menu items like coleslaw, okra, jalapeno chicken, and chicken pot pie. This was my second visit to this location in a month, and both times they seemed unprepared. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also questionable. I believe it is important for KFC to address these issues promptly. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. Initially, I was given the wrong order, and after returning it, I received another incorrect order. When I got home, the food was not what I had ordered. Instead of a leg and thigh with fries, I got two legs and mashed potatoes with visible dirt on the cover. The chicken littles I ordered were unappetizing, resembling something like drumsticks in sauce with pickles and honey mustard randomly placed. I have tried calling multiple times, only to be directed to leave a message. The lack of service and quality is concerning. Proper training for the staff and better phone coverage is needed since they offer delivery services. I am seeking either a refund or a replacement meal that meets expectations.

Hello, I need to report an issue from my recent order. I got flavor shots with mushroom soup to go, but when I tasted it at home, I realized it was spoiled. After returning to the store to address this, I received a replacement meal. However, upon returning home, I found that the gravy also seemed off. I tasted it and confirmed it was spoiled too. Being on the 10th floor of Medical City with my son who was going to eat the food, I couldn't go back to the store again. I called the store to address this, but I am still dissatisfied with the situation. I am concerned about the potential consequences if my son and I had consumed the spoiled food. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this matter and have documentation of the issue with photos of the food provided by KFC.

I regularly visit KFC with my family, sometimes twice a week. On one such visit, I encountered an employee named Audrey at store D280012. My ticket number was #[redacted]. Unfortunately, Audrey's customer service was extremely rude. When I requested hot sauce or other items, she responded harshly, even throwing my bag onto the counter. I was shocked by her behavior. When I reached out to the manager, I learned that others have experienced similar treatment. It's troubling that despite this knowledge, Audrey has not faced consequences for her actions. I recently visited your newly renovated store on Rt 73 Maple Shade, NJ (Store Number: J130035) on February 12, [redacted]. I wanted to share some feedback about my experience. I found the portion size pricing to be a bit high for the amount of food received. I had to order additional food as I was not satisfied with the initial serving. I spent a total of $10.44 on the first meal and $3.20 for the second, totaling $13.64. While the food was tasty, I felt the chicken size could have been more generous. Comparing it to a competitor like Popeyes, I usually get a better deal for the same price without needing extra food. Additionally, I found the menu board confusing to navigate for better value options. Moreover, the positioning of the Taco Bell menu within the store made it hard to locate.
