I called the KFC located at *** W Washington St, Charleston, WV ***** today at approximately *:** P.M. Eastern time. I asked the lady if I could place an order for the $** fill up with * extra breast and * extra large side to be ready at *:** P.M. because we have to ride a city bus. She said yes so I placed the order. She asked agian what time we would pick it up and I said *:** P.M., so we would be able to catch the last bus back home. My Husband got to the location at approximately *:** and the food was not ready. The Manager was taking other orders instead of finishing ours that was already supposed to be ready. I called to ask why our food was not done, and he told me my Husband had not been waiting ** min and the food was done. He said he was getting it bagged then and was very rude. This was at *:** P.M. I asked why it was not ready at *:** P.M. but all he said was he was giving my Husband the food now and hung up the phone. By this time the bus had already ranand there are no other buses or a way of transportation for him to come home. I am very displeased with you manager and customer service at this location and will not go back. I was a manager for * years at restaurant. This is not how a Manager is supposes to run their store. He did not offer to fix the problem, or even try to act like he cared. Now my family will be waiting for my Husband to walk over * miles home in *** weather.
