We (my family) recently ordered a ** piece bucket from the Brampton Queenstreet location. We would like to inform that despite the numerous times we have ordered from this location in the past, and just ignored the increasingly poor quality of food and service for a quick lazy day dinner (something we do not do very often), we can no longer continue to "move on" from one bad meal. Despite the usually soggy fries, and the fact that we were promised food in ** minutes but did not receive it for a bit more than an hour after placing the order, a newer and more serious problem was observed as we ate dinner. **The chicken has not only gotten consistantly smaller in the piece size in the last few years, but it was oily and greasy to the extent that as we dug to the bottom of the bucket a pool of oil was found (I have a picture if you want to see). The skin was not crispy as KFC advertises, and the inside of the chicken itself was dry and overcooked. I would like to mention as someone who works in a kitchen that oily food does not count as "juicy". **While we did eat some food as we do not like to waste, we eventually have to stop and the grease was too much and immediately began to cause stomach pain. As long time consumers of KFC for that odd occasion eat out night many families enjoy, it is a shame that it has finally come down to sending a real complaint. I would like to remind whoever reads this complaint that false advertizing is borderline illegal, and one call to health Canada is all that is necessary to show the complete sub par standards this location must have these days (mostly with regards to the greasiness we have seen in today's order). Of course, out of courtesy, no call to health Canada will be made. We do not know if this location at some point changed owners after moving locations a few years ago, but since then, it has become more than overtly noticeable that KFC has truly on this occassion lived up to the unofficial business model "heart attack in a bucket". **As someone who also is in the industry, and would like to see any place regardless if it is fine dining or fastfood, succeed. I hope to observe this situation remedied. *Thank you.
