KFC PAKISTAN*DELIVERY POINT:ISLAMABAD*Good Day....**With regrets, I placed an order to KFC as per the attached payment bill at *:** pm today. With the comments "FOOD SHOULD BE HOT & FRESH".**At the time of placing order I was informed that due to rain it will take maximum of ** mins to deliver order. **I requested them* try to deliver bit early as my guests are waiting, they agreed and told me that they will try their best to deliver my order ASAP.**I was happy and started to wait the order... at *:**pm I received a sms on my number that rider is on the way and he will deliver the order in few mins..... and THOSE FEW MINS WERE NEVER ENDING MINS. **Upon passing the given time, I called KFC to inquire about my order but Despite my Frequent reminders and calls at YOUR UAN no, none of your representative provided me a satisfactory response... every time i call them and their response was... ONLY FEW MINS SIR...ONLY * MINS SIR... we appologise.... we are sorry.... but no body was giving me proper feed back, neither anyone from KFC called me and try to update me... it was ridiculous.... **I tried to cancel the order but none of yours representative were ready to take the ownership of this order*delay... they were shifting Monkey on F-**'s KFC branch shoulder. Neither they were delivering nor cancelling the order.**I was feeling embarressed in front of my guests, but the behaviour & response of KFC was annoying and unsatisfactory. As the order was supposed to deliver from F ** to G **... which is only an adjusting sector to KFC delvery point, hardly *.*km.**I was feeling sorry that WHY I ordered food AGAIN from KFC....as this did not happen first time from KFC.... rather *rd time over the period of ONE YEAR time and if you check the past record against my orders... you will not be disappointed.**Any way, after the wait of ONE HOUR AND FIFTY MINS... I received the order from KFC which was "NOT FRESH - BUT COLD ALSO...." even if it would be WARM, I would not complaint.**All relevant evidences are attached to mend your ways and improve your service delivery.**My point is that we the "CUSTOMER", are the success of your business and if you won't meet our requirements or your time lines* than I would say that your are on the wrong track... you have to rework your business model..may be you have not seen a DIP yet? but the way things are going.. time is too short....**At the end, I would say that it was a worst experience I have come across in my life.**Regards**Tariq
