My girlfriend works at the KFC*TACO BELL in West Branch, MI. She is a good employee who goes to work come **** or high water. Tonight was the last straw. She came home crying once again. This is just one example of what she deals with... her car headlight are messed up because of an electrical problem. They were sending people home at * today because labor was high. She volunteered to go home because of the headlights. They sent * other people home... (everyone knows about her car situation). She asked her manager “Ashley” why she couldn’t go home? She replied with “because no body likes you”... that’s coming from a manager.**Another manager named Jeremy belittles her and makes her feel like **** daily. Just because he can. She has never done drugs, does not drink, is a single mother.... and is the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. I just met her this year. She left a job she enjoyed to go back to kfc*Taco Bell... and this is how she is treating daily. She is usually scheduled till *... NEVER is she out before *:** and never complains. She is a great value to your company. Your managers are so unprofessional. **Only if someone cold go in there undercover and see for your selfs... most times they don’t even give her a break. She is a employee you don’t wanna lose. She is looking for a better job daily... yet sticks it out because she is a responsible and good girl. The environment at that store is completely unprofessional and not necessary. I suggest you or someone looks into this and weeds out the rude, Ignorant, arrogant management. Is that really who you want running and representing your business? I’m so close to going in there and confronting them myself. I would never tolerate that treatment at my place of employee and I’m a business owner She’s a sweetheart and does not deserve to be belittled and insulted every day. She will not quit because she has a good work ethic and has responsibilities.
