On **-**-**** I waited outside for KFC to open. I ordered a * pieces all thighs for (*.**). I was given all white meat. I AM TRAUMATIZED, verbally abused and feared physical abuse at the hands of your manager. THE MANAGER IS A POOR REPRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY. He constantly hollered at me pointing his fingers in my face. He was very gregarious and constantly screamed at me to get out of his store. The cashier acted if she was lost and knew nothing about cashiering or customer service. She acted as if she had smoked marijuana. She acted like she could not find her receipt when I requested a refund. She waited on other customers telling me when she opened the drawer then she would give me a refund numerous times. I never received a refund. The manager wanted to take my receipt. He stated “If I give you a refund my drawer would be short”. He got my order wrong and verbally abused me and constantly screamed at me to the top of his voice to throw the food in the trash. I did. He pulled it out of the trash and took it to the back. He exhibited very unprofessional and hostile behavior. This is very unacceptable. Corrective action is customer satisfactory. He very racist and have no respect for individuals as he constantly ignored me. He is loud, hostile, and gregarious. I stayed in the store ** minutes begging for my food or money he was not giving me either. He threatened to call the police on me twice. Reused to give me a refund I begged pleaded and cried just to get my food. Then another female staff came and stated’ I’m trying to help you he wasn’t going to give you nothing rolling her eyes with a very nasty attitude as she slammed my food on the counter causing my mashed potatoes to spill in the bag. I left in tears. This was a VERY VERY painful experience. I will never forget.
