In short, we waited for ** mins, went to the counter and woman said they hadn't even started it she would start it. But she didn't. So I went up and she said it's because they were "only concentrating on Drive Thru" right now and I was frankly speechless. ** mins at this time. So I just asked for my money back and waited ** MORE minutes for that to happen. So then the cherry on top was that a MANAGER that I had never seen until then, walked up and without a word and started tapping on the register. Handed me my $** without a word and disappeared again. Very, very unacceptable. I called to complain later that night and the lady on the national line was VERY nice and took my complaint down, but I haven't heard a word from anyone since. This was the Westport Plaza KFC in Louisville, KY. A week ago. Thank you.
