I go to KFC once every couple weeks normally by my house. Twice I have gone to the one by my work, on both occasions they refused to take my order because it was two separate orders. the first time I refused to place an order that i insisted on going somewhere i can place two orders. I don't want to be forced into paying for someone elses meal because I brought your store extra business. I worked fast food for a week when I came home from college, it's easy to do two orders. They said because of how busy they were they couldn't, I pointed out I was the only one in line and she started studdering so i started to leave. She then said she could do two orders now! If it was possible why did she tell me no and argue with me till i said i'd go elsewhere? so i went somewhere else. I went back today hoping that was a bad day for the server or something, same thing happened. Again i was the only one in line, i asked why and they said so when i send an email I know what to say "we typically don't during lunch rush and I didn't know you were the last one" its almost *pm when i am placing my order and again no one is behind me. This is located in Bellevue Nebraska, Please let me know what your policy is on split orders is, if you guys don't do them let me know so I can take my business else where. If you do i would like a voucher for a famous bowl and for someone to call them and reiterate what KFC's policies are. Sorry for being upset, **-Hopefully A Valued Customer
