I am a disabled individual with poor vision experiencing ongoing issues at the KFC in East Moline. The staff has been unhelpful, rude, and even short-changed my personal care attendant. Despite being offered a free meal as compensation, I am hesitant to return due to the poor treatment we received. The night manager seemed unable to control the chaos among the employees, leading to a negative dining experience. As someone who frequented this establishment in the past, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in service quality. If these problems persist, I will be escalating my complaints to the corporate level. The lack of professionalism and disrespect shown by the staff is unacceptable, and I hope for a resolution to prevent further incidents like this from occurring.

I just returned home from KFC on Baseline in Tempe, AZ, at 6 p.m. I am pleased with the food but dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a 20 fill up but was informed they only had thighs and drums due to a rush, which I accepted. However, when I requested to swap my Cole slaw for Mac and cheese, I was denied. Given the price paid and previous positive experiences with substitutions, I found this disappointing. At the window, I inquired about adding Mac and cheese with no response, just an eye roll. Although the staff may have been stressed from the rush, basic politeness like a thank you would have been appreciated. Additionally, we did not receive utensils which we usually collect.

Today, on 11/18/[redacted] around 3:30 pm, I visited KFC on Kings Canyon St. in Fresno, CA to try the new chicken and waffle sandwich. Sadly, upon getting home and attempting to eat it, I found that the waffle was overcooked and incredibly tough. Concerned about the potential harm to my teeth, I called the store to explain the issue to the manager. Despite her offer to exchange the sandwich with the receipt at the store, I couldn't do so due to the distance from my home. I requested a rain check based on the receipt number, but she refused. As a result, I had to make the long trip back just to get a refund. Other establishments have rectified similar mistakes with more flexibility. I have photographic evidence of the issue, which perhaps a KFC representative might want to see. Although some suggest posting it on social media, I prefer to address concerns directly. Please investigate the matter further; I can share the pictures via phone or email for a clearer understanding. Simply put, actions speak louder than words.

My family dined at KFC yesterday, and the server who brought our food was impolite. She initially declined to provide forks, ranch, and hot sauce. Despite requesting again, she hesitated. Another lady and five cars were waiting along with us. When she didn't return with our items, my husband went to the door and knocked. Angrily, she threw everything in the bag and advised us to use the drive-thru after we had waited nearly 2 hours. An elderly lady ahead of us left without her order due to the delay. The server kept referring to us as "brah" and stated that she wouldn't retrieve forks, which I found unprofessional. She also made dismissive remarks to others waiting. The staff's behavior was disappointing and unprofessional, causing frustration among customers and tarnishing the restaurant's image.

Hello, my name is Jamie Oldham. I wanted to share a recent disappointing experience at KFC & A&W in Natomas, California on November 23, [redacted]. My business partner went to get us dinner, but they were out of chicken despite being a KFC. They ended up only getting the double and single deluxe cheeseburgers, which were missing condiments and toppings when we opened them. I was hoping someone from the corporate office could reach out to me about this issue. Thank you. Jamie Oldham.

Yesterday at the Westport Plaza KFC in Louisville, KY, I experienced a frustrating incident. After waiting 35 minutes for my order, I was told they were prioritizing the Drive-Thru. I requested a refund, which took an additional 10 minutes. Suddenly, a manager appeared, processed my refund silently, and vanished. I contacted the national line to report my experience. The representative was sympathetic, but I have not received any follow-up. The lack of communication and service at this location was unacceptable.

On the 20th of November [redacted], I arrived at KFC early to order 3 pieces of all-thigh chicken for $9. Unfortunately, I was given all white meat instead. The encounter turned distressing when the manager's behavior was unprofessional and aggressive, shouting and pointing fingers at me. The cashier also seemed confused and unresponsive, making my request for a refund challenging. Despite several attempts, I was not refunded. The manager's attitude was concerning, discrediting the company's reputation. His hostility and unprofessionalism were evident as he mishandled my order while yelling for me to discard the food and refusing a refund. The ambiance of the store was unwelcoming, with another staff member displaying rude behavior and mishandling my order. The entire experience was deeply upsetting, leaving me in tears and vowing never to return.

During my recent visit, I encountered multiple issues with my orders at the restaurant. Firstly, I clearly asked for 2 leg and thigh $5 fill-ups and one $5 fill-up with two drumsticks. However, I was given only one $5 fill-up and two cups. In my second order, despite waiting patiently, I was overlooked by the cashier, and when I finally ordered a mashed potato $5 fill-up, a leg and thigh $5 fill-up, and a $10 bucket, there was confusion about the sides. Additionally, due to a shortage of specific items, my bucket was prepared with a mix of grilled and original recipe pieces instead. To add to the frustration, part of my order was missing when I got home, and the chicken was greasy and not as expected. These mistakes and poor service left me dissatisfied with my experience.

I recently had a frustrating experience at a restaurant in Levin. When ordering a 3 Piece Quarter pack, I politely requested specific chicken pieces due to my dietary preferences. Despite my willingness to wait or pay extra, the staff declined my requests and displayed a negative attitude. This behavior was surprising as in the past, I had received accommodating service. The staff's rude response to simple requests for hot chips or extra seasoning was disappointing. It seems unnecessary for customers to be met with hostility when making reasonable requests for customization, especially when willing to pay extra. As a paying customer, I believe it is important to be treated with respect and have the flexibility to tailor my order within reason. I hope for improved customer service in the future to enhance the overall dining experience.

I typically visit KFC once every couple of weeks at my local location near my house. However, on two occasions at a different store near my workplace, they refused to take my order for two separate transactions. Despite being the only person in line, they claimed they couldn't accommodate split orders due to being busy. After a frustrating interaction, I left without placing my order. The same scenario occurred on a recent visit, leading me to seek clarity on KFC's policy regarding split orders. If the company doesn't allow this practice, I will take my business elsewhere. However, if split orders are permitted, I request a voucher for a famous bowl and ask that the store staff be reminded of KFC's policies. I hope for a resolution and appreciate your attention to this matter. -Bellevue, Nebraska Customer

I visited the KFC in Broddock Hills, Pittsburgh, on December 5, [redacted], to drop off my 17-year-old daughter for her shift. Upon arrival, I observed the manager, Avia Wander, outside with some staff members, smoking and visibly upset. The drive-thru was congested, making it difficult to access the parking lot. Later, my daughter informed me that Avia was rude to her during her shift. Due to my daughter's back issues, she took a brief rest, and Avia inaccurately clocked her out at 8:30 pm and instructed her to leave. This action was unjustified as my daughter is a dedicated employee. When I attempted to address the situation with Avia, she was dismissive and disrespectful. I am concerned about her behavior, particularly allowing underage employees to smoke with her and showing preferential treatment to smokers. I believe a change in management is necessary, and I would appreciate if action could be taken regarding Avia Wander.

After stopping for lunch and purchasing coffee and sandwiches, I experienced an unfortunate incident. While picking up the coffee cup, it unexpectedly exploded, causing burns on my left upper thigh and foot. I left my contact number with the staff but received a call four hours later. They mentioned it was not their responsibility and advised me to contact quality control. They assured me they would cover any medical expenses. Despite not visiting the emergency room, I received treatment from my doctor, leading to unexpected medical bills. The restaurant lacks insurance to cover these costs. Moreover, my car still carries the scent of coffee, though I didn't consume it. When trying to request a replacement for my soaked sandwich, the manager seemed dismissive. This experience has left me frustrated and uncertain about how to proceed.

My partner works at the KFC/TACO BELL in West Branch, MI. She is a dedicated employee who always shows up for work. Tonight was particularly tough for her, as she came home upset once again. One example of the challenges she faces is her car's headlight issues due to an electrical problem. Despite offering to leave early due to this issue, she was one of three employees sent home because of high labor levels. When she asked her manager, "Ashley," why she couldn't go home, she received a hurtful response. Another manager, Jeremy, consistently mistreats her, making her feel inadequate daily. Despite being a responsible single mother who abstains from drugs and alcohol, she is met with disrespect. She left a job she loved to return to KFC/Taco Bell, only to endure this treatment. She is always willing to stay past her shift end time and never complains. The managers' behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly urge someone to investigate and address the rude and ignorant management at this location. It's crucial to have respectful and professional leadership representing your business.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Speedway, Indiana KFC To whom it may concern at KFC Corporate Headquarters, I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience my family and I had at our local KFC in Speedway, Indiana. Following a previous negative visit, we were assured by the manager that our next meal would be taken care of. However, upon returning tonight and informing the staff, no record of our issue was found, and the manager showed little concern. The overall attitude of the employees was unwelcoming and unpleasant. We would appreciate it if you could either replace the meal, as previously promised, or provide a refund. It is disheartening to encounter such poor service when we genuinely enjoy KFC but have other nearby options. We hope this matter can be addressed promptly to restore our faith in dining at KFC. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Lana H.

I visited KFC last week and wanted to order popcorn chicken with potato salad. Even though I've been able to get it before, this time the cashier said it wasn't a side. He mentioned it was available on the buffet, but so were the other sides listed. I left disappointed as I prefer potato salad over corn or green beans. If I can't have potato salad, I have no reason to visit KFC. I suggest adding potato salad as a side option since it goes well with the entrees. I stopped visiting KFC for years when the buffet was closed. Recently returned, but now I'm reconsidering due to the limited side choices. Please provide a valid reason for not allowing potato salad as a side, as the explanation given was not satisfactory. I hope someone addresses this concern. Thank you. - Cynthia W.

I kindly request a refund of the extra Rs.[redacted] that was wrongly debited. I can provide the bills and account statement for reference if needed. Please address this matter urgently. Thank you. I have been a loyal customer at your KFC in Mt. Vernon, Ohio for years, visiting 2 to 3 times a week. Unfortunately, I have consistently experienced rudeness from the African American woman working at the drive-thru. Despite reporting her behavior multiple times to the managers, no action has been taken. The younger employees have always been pleasant in contrast. However, the specific employee in question displays a consistently rude attitude, such as throwing the bag of food at me and being unhelpful when requesting condiments like ranch dressing. It would be beneficial for her to ask customers if they need anything after taking their order, especially for forgetful older customers like myself. The manager I spoke to did not address the issue satisfactorily and instead defended the employee. Due to this ongoing problem, I have decided to stop patronizing this location. I hope that my feedback will lead to improvements in customer service. Thank you.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with KFC Delivery in Islamabad Hello, I want to share my recent experience with KFC in Islamabad. I placed an order with high hopes for hot and fresh food. Despite being informed that delivery might take up to 60 minutes due to rain, I requested expedited delivery as my guests were waiting. However, the delivery was significantly delayed, and the continuous reassurances of a few more minutes were frustrating. Even after numerous calls to KFC and attempts to cancel the order, the lack of proper communication and ownership of the issue was disappointing. When the order finally arrived after almost two hours, the food was not only cold but also not fresh. This is not the first time I have faced such issues with KFC, and it's disheartening. I believe that customer satisfaction is crucial for any business, and timely service is vital. I hope you can make improvements to avoid such experiences in the future. Thank you, Tariq

I have frequented the KFC at Halton Lea Runcorn multiple times, being my nearest branch. Unfortunately, I have found the service lacking. Despite making several complaints to the branch, the issues persist. Recently, when ordering a party bucket that costs £25.99, I was informed that the soda included was unavailable. The staff suggested I go to the Widnes branch, a 6-mile round trip, to get it. The manner in which this was communicated lacked respect for me as a customer. This experience is not unique; others have voiced similar dissatisfaction with this branch. Delays of over 40 minutes, orders being incorrect or incomplete, being ignored, and facing wrongful charges have been part of my encounters. I believe that a reputable company like KFC should aim to maintain high standards across all its franchises to protect its hard-earned reputation and cherish its customers.
