Make sure that the food, employees, managers and franchise owners are up to the original KFC standards that were first put into place or take away the franchise because it's doing nothing for KFC's reputation losing customers in droves... make sure the customers are being served and treated politely incorrectly because that's what pays to keep the doors open

I'm trying to get someone to understand that the KFC in East Moline Illinois there's only one this franchise used to be good but if you get disrespected shortchanged, the wrong meal have to go ** miles... ** miles up ** miles back wrong meal ** miles back up and ** miles back home only to find out that the biscuit is soggy the breading on the chicken was very little and the potatoes and gravy were cold the way they were acting I was afraid to eat the meal so it ended up getting thrown away there's no respect and they don't care about their customers they're yelling and screaming and not waiting on the customers and the manager has no control over these younger employees they don't listen to her instead of waiting on your customers you're yelling at your employees that are disregarding everything you say. A lot of my friends have quit eating there but I like Kentucky Fried Chicken and I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that after all of these * * complaints over *** plus * * complaints about this Kentucky Fried Chicken. KFC needs to either get someone in this franchise that can run it right or shut it down for the simple reason is that no one should have to pay for money for food too afraid to eat. People should get what they ordered and not be told to go somewhere else to eat. My personal care attendant was truly afraid of the big man young man that stood up outside smoking a cigarette with the girl Crystal who short-changed my personal care attendant. No one should be intimidated by an employee at Kentucky Fried Chicken but the East Moline Kentucky Fried Chicken is definitely in need of an overhaul. Just read the reviews you're losing customers in droves. I myself love Kentucky Fried Chicken but now and I'm afraid to go to the East Moline Illinois Kentucky Fried Chicken. Afraid that the way they act when you complain that your food will either be unsanitary spit in or fingered besides that you get subpar food on the return. ... I'm disabled and it's hard for me to C my eyes are blurry but I need to talk to human not the manager of KFC in East Moline or the district manager in East Moline I need to climb the ladder this place is out of control telling people to go elsewhere to eat not giving you your money back short-changing you... Waiting for ** minutes at the counter no one comes to wait on you so you get in your vehicle and go through drive thru and Crystal was working and she's short changed my personal care attendant that goes to pick up food for me but he doesn't eat there because of celiac disease but I like KFC he was short-changed not waited on inside after waiting ** minutes got in truck drove around to window was short-changed brought my meal back wrong meal even though the receipt showed the right meal took it back and was told to go eat somewhere else. Took a long time to get waited on when bringing it back manager night manager was arguing with staff that was paying her no attention and out of control then Crystal and one other big young man was sitting outside the door when he returned and told him tomorrow go eat somewhere else. He went inside to talk to manager and manager had no control over her staff Crystal comes in says we didn't do that we only told him to have a nice day they were yelling at him and screaming at him if you look on your website at the complaints I know a lot of my friends that have quick going to the East Moline KFC because either no one cares about serving you rude, wrong meals, raw food, like I said I am disabled and I like KFC I only weigh less than ** lbs and my personal care attendant will go and get me anything just so I will eat but was afraid to eat the meal when it came back the way they were acting and treating him this is not the first time. Bryan on the day shift said that I could come in and get a free meal today but like last night was afraid to eat my meal afraid that the way they were acting and treating him after returning the meal I was afraid they would spit in or mess with my meal I ended up throwing it away because I did not trust the ones working there. Please call me or I will add to the complaints on Kentucky Fried Chicken site you have more * Stars than anything else it used to be a favorite place for myself and a lot of my friends to eat. But now I'm not too sure if you complain that you've got the wrong meal and live ** minutes away and have to go out of your way to return it then not sure because of the people if you really want to eat it or not because you don't trust those handling your food that's not a way to run a business. I have ** hours a day setting in my wheelchair wearing braces on my legs, my back, my hands, my neck, I have it bad enough and try everyday to keep the stress that is a trigger to my disease down but when this happens I cannot stand excuse me sit back and allow this to happen to my personal care attendant or myself. What they don't realize is that there are people that need jobs and if they don't like their job then they need to go find another one because obviously they do not care about customer service at the Kentucky Fried Chicken in East Moline Illinois I've been trying to stick in there because I've been going to that Kentucky Fried Chicken every since it's been open I've had numerous complaints about my food but have still been giving this place the benefit of the doubt but nothing is changing it's only getting worse. I don't think that they realize what social media can do or how it can hurt a franchise. I'm trying to contact the CEO. I don't think that they know what is going on at this franchise and how far it has gone downhill and that the people working there could care less on night shift. There's also been a lot of complaints during the day my friends no longer go to Kentucky Fried Chicken I don't want to have to stop because it's one food that I can eat. Someone needs to go in there and overhaul the night shift the manager that cannot control them it was nothing but a screaming match between the manager and the employees while trying to get served. I would like to have free meal coupons I am ** years old and have went there every since KFC has opened in East Moline, Illinois ***** it's across from my high school on Avenue of the Cities in East Moline Illinois. Hopefully you can get people in there that know how to treat customers. Want to work there, makes sure to serves good food that KFC is known for in other KFC's but this one is only ** miles from my house and as I am disabled and in a wheelchair I cannot drive so I'm putting my personal care attendants out of their way just because they want me to eat. So yesterday I did not eat I wasted precious money that I cannot waste because I cannot afford it. Please do something about the East Moline Illinois KFC management employees they don't care about their franchise at this place or they would not allow their employees to treat customers this way. I am ** years old I've been going there every since KFC opened. I have a stack of those little side bulls with the red top that still stands a foot tall but I've had to return meal after meal and I do not get that meal that same night from the same people that work there or during the day from the same people that work there because I'm afraid to eat the food because I had to bring it back. I love KFC but not this KFC I'm on a fixed income of $*** a month to pay all my bills so when I spend money * eat at KFC I'm robbing Peter to pay Paul because I don't eat out that often but when I do I like Kentucky Fried Chicken. I've made complaints to the managers I've tried contacting the district managers but was refused by managers to give me the district manager's name. Now I'm trying to climb the corporate ladder to the CEO. I know Kentucky Fried Chicken's are all over the world and they haven't been in business for as long as they have with this going on. Today I talked to Camellia on your new talk to Human contact but all she can do is either send me a coupon and not have a call back and that gets nothing done. I don't want to start going to Kentucky Fried Chicken like many of my friends because I do enjoy Kentucky Fried Chicken at other Kentucky Fried Chicken places that I've ate at before. Now I will wait on the phone and climb the corporate ladder to try to talk to the CEO whose number and name I found online I will wait as long as I have to. Stress is a trigger to my disease and this has stress me out because now my personal care attendant does not want to return anymore to this KFC until something is done. I don't understand why I have to spend time and stress on the phone trying to get someone to do something about the East Moline franchise especially the night crew and manager. Now I'm out the money for my meal this isn't the first time and I'm sure if things don't change I will no longer be able to go to KFC because the other KFC use are too far for my personal care attendants to go. I would like to talk to someone higher than the district manager of the East Moline Kentucky Fried Chicken in East Moline Illinois. I'm sure whoever owns this franchise does not want to lose it but if you look there are more one stars then any other star for KFC a lot of people are refusing to go there. I love KFC but I've gave them chance after chance and complain after complaint only to be disrespected. If I would have done that when I was younger I would no longer have a job with the company. There's a lot of people out there that are looking for jobs that want to do a good job. But obviously the owner of this franchise does not have his finger on what's happening at his business I would like to contact the franchise owner then climb the corporate ladder to the CEO to let them know that a valued customer among others will have to leave and not return to this East Moline KFC unless someone steps in and does something about what's going on at this franchise.
