On Oct **st **** I ordered the $** fill up meal with an extra side of green beans and * extra biscuits from store * ******* in Peoria, IL They were completely out of white meat which in itself isn't a huge deal but it was *:**pm and not at all busy. I was given my order, went to my car and checked to see if it was all there. I was missing my green beans. Went back in, got my beans and went back to my car. I thought I better check to see if I had all my chicken. I opened the bucket and there was only * pieces in it! I went BACK in and informed them of yet another mistake on my order. I saw a box with * biscuits in it and THOUGHT there was another box of biscuits under it. MY mistake. Got all the way home and low and behold NO extra biscuits. I checked my receipt, ticket * **** and indeed I was charged $*.** for the extra biscuits. Since I was ** minutes away and my grand children were chomping at the bit to go trick or treating and needed to eat dinner first, I did not go back to rectify yet ANOTHER mistake on my order. Needles to say I was very unhappy and still am. I would like to be reimbursed for my complete order. It was extremely aggravating to have to go back * times to get the right order and STILL not have a complete order when I got back home. PLEASE don't just send me a $* coupon for that would be an insult to me. This certainly has not been the first time my order has been wrong. A guest should not have to verify an order is correct before leaving the store. That is the responsibility of your associates. Yes, mistakes are made but * mistakes on one order? Come on. Your close to losing a loyal customer.*Thank you
