I waited in the drive through for * min with no one answering to take my order. I said hello *-* times, beeped my horn and even called the phone number for that location. I did not get an answer( there were * cars behind me). I then went inside to place my order and waited at the counter another * min. The customer in front of me was already waiting for a period of time. The customer and myself were able to get sm employees attention and he said someone would help us in a minute( it turned out to be the manager). He walked away and went behind the scenes and stood there. Why could he not take our order? Then finely one of the workers named Michael came to take our orders. The other customer asked why no one would help us and his reply was" I was told not to take orders). I asked to speak with the manager( I didn't get his name) him an I had an argument about customer service. He said they were understaffed and behind. He was very rude and did not even apologize until I asked him too...but he said the only reason he will apologize is because he's that type of guy. He said he didnt have to help me if he didn't want to. I said just apologize and we will leave it at that. He then walked away and said" people don't act like that". My order was taken by Michael. I did take home and eat it but later I did have stomache issues for along period of time. My chicken was very greasy. I orderd the * piece combo original. I beleive it was crispy instead of original. The customer in front of me received her order but it was wrong . The tables were not wiped off and they were nasty. The drive through employee kept staring at me the whole time. I am so dissapointed! I will NOT be back there! I asked to get half off my meal and I didn't even get that.*The order was taken at *pm. I arrived and sat in the drive through at *:**pm. I called at *:**pm twice and no one picked up. I drove out of the parking lot at *:** pm. I would like the managet to be reprimanded for his attitude. Very unprofessional.
