Good afternoon, **My son is a manager at **** KFC. We had a family emergency and I contacted the store to let him know and originally called to speak with Carmen however Madgalline (Maggie) was given the phone. Upon speaking with her I explained that we had an emergency and that my son Curtis Stewart needed to leave and come home. Maggie stated “ok.” I waited for my son to contact me upon him leaving however, I never received a call from him! I then called back and asked to speak with Maggie again. Maggie, answered the phone and I then explained and asked her: hello Maggie this is Curtis’s mom and I just spoke with you have Curtis left because I have not received a call from him or did you rely the message to him? Her response. She hangs the phone up in my face. I called back a third time. There was no answer. I call back after my son then calls me and tell me they never told him but he received my text later on his break. Once my son contact me, I called the store back to inform Maggie that I would be calling corporate. Response: she began to yell and speak to me in a derogatory way. I also explained to her that I called and text the GM at the store Pepe. She explained to me that she did not care nor give a ****! So I began to curse her back and let her know that she was very unprofessional for her to be a manager as well as continue to yell and curse back at her. She continued and o released the line. I have the messages that I sent to Pepe about the incident. He read the messages but never replied. I have them if you need them. I will be contacting the BBB and EEOC. This should not be tolerated I patronize this company and have for many years before my son became employed there. I feel that she owes me an apology for her behavior and should be reprimanded.**This is not the first time she has gotten out of line with me and probably will not be the last. I try to be cordial and not act as she does because my son is employed there but she has no other time nor does Pepe and not address the issue or contact me to acknowledge that he is aware and will handle the issue.
