The restaurant in Shelbyville, IN is incredibly disappointing. On Saturday, they told me there was no chicken available for at least 20 minutes. Tonight, when I placed my order, the server informed me they only accept credit cards, not cash. It's unbelievable that they don't take cash. This is probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. It seems every visit they are always out of something and the service is incredibly slow. The staff often seems preoccupied, some smoking outside, others arguing inside. I used to frequent the Greenfield location for their buffet, allowing me to get what I wanted quickly until they closed it down too. I'm thoroughly let down and fed up. I doubt I'll return to this location or any other in the future. Looks like Churches and Popeyes have gained a new customer since they consistently have what I want without any hassle. Frankly, in my almost 50 years of living here, this has been the worst experience at a KFC.

On January 10th, at around 7 pm, my female friend and I visited your KFC store in Waltham Cross DT. As we placed our orders, we needed to use the toilets. I was appalled to find the messy state of the facilities with water flooding out of the toilets. Despite my friend informing me that the female toilet was also full of water, no action was taken. I complained to the manager at the counter, but after 30 minutes, the issue remained unresolved. Even after a second complaint to a male staff member, nothing changed. We finished our meal after an hour but were unable to use the toilets, which was disappointing. It seems like the manager is not concerned about customer safety or the store conditions. This is a serious safety hazard and health concern that KFC needs to address promptly.

My partner and I visited the KFC at [redacted] North Highway 67 in Florissant. We arrived around 8:00 to 8:15 and were served by 8:25 to 8:30. We wanted to order the 10-piece bucket with two large sides as advertised, but the cashier informed us they were out of chicken as they stop cooking at 8:00. Having worked at a KFC previously, I know we used to serve customers until around 8:15 to 8:30 to accommodate late diners. I understand not wanting to waste unsold chicken, but stopping cooking at 8:00 when there's a Closing Time Rush seems unreasonable. I would appreciate receiving coupons for a future visit and I assure you I will arrive before 8:00 next time. You can reach me at [redacted] or contact me via email. Thank you for your attention.

I grew up loving KFC and their generous portions, but I was disappointed with the recent $10 boneless chicken tenders. They were small and overpriced, unlike what the commercials show. Although they were tasty, the value for money was just not there. Other local supermarkets like ShopRite, Foodtown, and Stop & Shop offer larger portions at a better price of $6.99 per pound. I felt annoyed and let down by the misleading advertising. I have shared my experience with friends and family. Hopefully, KFC will take note and improve. Best of luck to them, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere for my chicken fix. Sincerely, Ms. Mimi Brown

Hello, I have been a long-time fan of KFC, but my experience at the Warrington England branch located at St. Albans Retail Park or Junction 9 Retail Park has been disappointing. The service there is extremely poor, often resulting in long waits for food or them running out of items. This has led me to stop visiting, which is tough as it was my go-to place for KFC. I used to joke about KFC running out of chicken, but it has become a common occurrence at this branch. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this issue as I miss enjoying my favorite fried chicken. Instead, I have been forced to go to McDonald's, which doesn't satisfy my cravings the same way. Thank you, Tony S.

I recently made a purchase of $27.00 at KFC Restaurant #G135105. While on lunch with a coworker, I was asked to pull forward for my order to be brought out to me. When I requested hot sauce and honey, the employee rolled her eyes at me, which I found disrespectful. Despite her denying it and suggesting I should have asked at the window, the confrontation escalated when her boyfriend intervened. I tried calling the restaurant afterward, but no one answered. This behavior does not reflect the usual family-friendly image of KFC. While I don't want anyone to lose their job, that employee clearly needs customer service training to improve interactions with paying customers. The incident was unacceptable and not in line with the brand's values.

We visited two KFC locations in Mobile, Alabama. The first one on St Stephens Rd mentioned their computer was down, and the woman indicated it would take around thirty minutes. Frustrated, we decided to go to another location on Springhill Ave. As we placed our order for the $5 Fill up two-piece and tender and wedges deal for two, the woman there informed us they had no biscuits and offered chocolate chip cookies instead. When we requested wedges instead, she said it would also take thirty minutes. Despite explaining we were fine with waiting, she insisted on giving us cookies. We declined again, but she became rude and reluctantly agreed to get us wedges. Her attitude made the experience unpleasant. We decided it was our last time at KFC and went to Hooters instead, where we received excellent service.

Today on 10/13/[redacted], I visited KFC in Riverhead, NY. I went through the drive-thru to purchase a 6-piece tender meal for my grandson. I requested the wedges as a side and a medium drink. However, when I arrived at the window, the attendant informed me the total was $16.89. I politely expressed that the price seemed incorrect. After some back and forth, the price was adjusted to $13 and some change. I reiterated that the price was still wrong as the meal should be $6.99 with a side and drink included. Despite this, the attendant maintained the price at $13 and change. I decided to cancel the order and leave. It's concerning how the price appeared to be different from the advertised amount.

Upon my arrival at the KFC on Miller Parkway, I experienced a lengthy wait in the drive-thru line. Upon entering the restaurant, I found employees engaging in personal conversations instead of focusing on customers. The manager, Crystal, exhibited a negative attitude towards customers. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was informed that my food would take an additional 20 minutes. Upon receiving my order, my fiancé discovered that the chicken was undercooked, with blood visible. I have photographic evidence of this issue. I felt mistreated during this visit and hope that corrective actions will be taken promptly.

Yesterday, on 13/10/[redacted] at the King Abdul Aziz Road branch, I had a twister with my friend. The chicken in the food was cold initially, but after I notified the staff, they heated it up. However, I ended up with a stomachache later. I didn't see a doctor yet, but if it worsens, I will seek medical attention and take further steps. I am disappointed by the poor service and lack of quality control at KFC. This isn't the first time I've had issues like this. I plan to share my negative experience on social media to shed light on the problem. I no longer trust KFC to provide fresh food. I will caution my friends, family, and anyone I meet against trying KFC to avoid health complications. My dissatisfaction with KFC's food quality will prompt continued complaints.

I received a parking charge at KFC in Gainsborough, UK. Despite no parking violation occurring, a CCJ ended up on my credit file due to a false claim by Civil Enforcement Ltd. This situation led to a mortgage application rejection and negatively impacted my wife's credit rating, affecting our family of five. It is crucial for me to work, but the CCJ is hindering my financial plans, including consolidating debt with my mortgage renewal. The sign indicates 90 minutes of free parking during opening hours. I left the car park at 12:25, after the store typically opens at 11:00, meaning I did not violate any rules. My efforts to address this issue have resulted in additional charges, including international call fees. Civil Enforcement Ltd, responsible for managing the car park, is behaving unfairly. I have no choice but to seek resolution through legal means. I respectfully request a refund of the unnecessary call charges to avoid escalating this matter further. Sincerely, James W.

My recent experience was unsatisfactory when the cashier handed me a deformed tray without noticing until later, causing my drinks to spill. No staff member assisted me in cleaning up and a manager only swiped the floor, neglecting to assist me with my table. This lack of attention made me feel undervalued as a customer at KFC. I intend to avoid returning to that store in the future. I suggest that both the crew and management should receive proper training on handling such situations to enhance customer loyalty. It's important for them to anticipate and provide assistance to customers in need even if not explicitly requested, as was the case for me.

During my recent visit to your Booneville, AR restaurant, I overheard a conversation between the manager, Samantha Lovell, and an employee. I was quite disturbed by the way Samantha was speaking to the team member, telling them they would be fired if they missed work for a court date and that they needed to find their own replacement. I believe that finding replacements should be the supervisor's responsibility, not the employees'. It was also concerning to hear personal information being shared, like phone numbers, which may violate privacy laws. I request that this issue be investigated and a customer complaint be filed against the supervisor. Sincerely, Thorina Watson.

Hello, On the evening of October 17th, I visited the drive-thru around 8:30-9:00 pm. Unfortunately, after paying for my order, I realized that the correct items I paid for were missing when I arrived home. I promptly emailed KFC that evening and again today, attaching photos of my receipts each time, but have not received any responses. I ordered two large burger combos with chicken and extra chicken, but they were not in my bag. I'm disappointed by the missing items and the lack of communication from KFC. It's frustrating when a customer has to reach out multiple times without a response. I hope that this time I will receive a reply. Regards, D. Reid

I recently visited your branch on Haslingden Road in Queens Park, Blackburn BB23HQ. I used the drive-thru and noticed my order was incorrect at the window. The server took it back to correct it and returned after 5 minutes. Once home, I found issues with the order. The 2-piece variety meal was missing 2 hot wings and a mini fillet. Also, the mini fillets in the snack boxes seemed like small scraps of chicken. My 7-year-old even commented that his mini fillet looked like it had been partially eaten due to its size. This experience left me very disappointed with the meal.

I would like to report the consistently dirty eating area at the KFC store in Reisterstown Road Plaza, Maryland. Despite multiple complaints to the manager, the area remains filthy and smells bad. Most of the dining area was unclean, forcing me to request rags to clean a table for myself. Even after asking for at least one table to be wiped down, none were cleaned by the time I received my order. I am a fan of KFC, but if this basic customer service issue is not addressed, I will have to stop visiting this location and possibly others. Date: October 20, [redacted] Signed, J. Donaldson

Good afternoon, I am reaching out regarding an incident at store #[redacted] KFC involving my son, Curtis Stewart, and a manager named Maggie. I called the store to inform them of a family emergency and requested for Curtis to come home. Maggie's response was dismissive, and later when I inquired about Curtis, she hung up on me. After multiple attempts to reach out, she was unprofessional and disrespectful in her communication. Despite informing the store's GM, Pepe, about the situation, no action was taken and Maggie's behavior was not addressed. I expect an apology and appropriate disciplinary action for her conduct. I have documented evidence of the interactions and plan to escalate this issue to corporate, BBB, and EEOC if necessary. It is disappointing that this is not the first time Maggie has been disrespectful, and I hope for a resolution before taking further action. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Respectfully, Hadasha H.

I have yet to receive a callback from the main office, consistently being redirected to the acquaintance of the company (area manager) who happens to be my ex-boyfriend. Despite providing evidence of being framed, my termination stands as they claim there is no one higher to address my concerns. I feel unfairly treated after being with this company for over a decade. Despite the positive aspects of the company such as KBP Cares and thorough training programs, the Kentucky Fried Chicken branch in Killeen Ft Hood has demonstrated unjust practices in my case. I am perplexed by my termination without any history of reprimands or failed inspections, while other employees with documented issues retain their positions. I seek clarification on the validity of my dismissal and yearn for my job back, hoping for transparency in this situation.

I started my new job at KFC on October 8, looking forward to starting my training. However, when I arrived on Monday as scheduled, Stacy was not present, and there were no uniforms available. I was directed to complete an assessment online at home, which was challenging for me. After two weeks of waiting and multiple phone calls, I was finally asked to come in on October 24. Again, there were no suitable uniforms. I struggled with the assessment due to a lack of sound, and I left feeling disappointed after spending two hours at the store without progress. I believe my time has been wasted, as I was eager to work at KFC and had put off other job opportunities. I hope this matter can be resolved without further escalation. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I visited KFC at [redacted] Crystal Dr, Lagrange, KY today. Pulled up to the speaker, ordered an 8 piece family meal, then waited at the drive-thru. There was a wait of 25 minutes before reaching the window. The staff mentioned they were short-handed and being inspected. The person at the window had dirty gloves and didn't change them while handling payment and food. I requested a receipt, but was told the machine was down. The wedges were lukewarm, though the chicken was warm and the order was correct. The service was below expectation, and I'm looking for a refund as I don't intend to return. Payment was made by credit card. Thank you.
