Evening. I came drive thu on ** Oct. Around *.**pm -*.**pm ( sorry can't rember correct time now)*After requesting extra and ordering and paying full payment. *To get home and the correct order was missing that was paid for.*I email kfc website on the evening... straight away "no"response and again today with "no"response. And again now. I had attached receipt photos as proof of purchase both time to the emails *I'm quite disappointed yes for the missing food that was paid for but also the lack of communication from kfc.*It was * large burger combos.. with chicken and extra chicken. Which I did not receive. *Once again disappointed not given what ordered and the lack of communication, *Normally in a business. "The customer should not have to chase up the provider so many times.*May be this time I'll get a response or maybe not... *Regards*Deanna Reid.
