The issue that I have experienced was: cashier already assembled my food on the deformed tray it was late when i realize that the tray was deformed. I'm near the table to sit when my drinks fell down. no cone comes to help me, cleaning my table, changing my drinks. One of the manager came to swipe the floor not the help me to clean my table. I never fell that I'am important to kfc times as their costumer. i will never go back to that store again.**It occurred on: ************I want the crew and the management to undergo training the proper way on how to handle that kind of senarios. how the earn the customer's loyalty. help them to understand and help the customer who is in need even though customers is not asking them. they knew it in their selves that i need help that time.
