The issue in GetHuman-tstarks's own words
I was trying to order some food and not have to feel as if I was a bother to the workers. ... Two different locations in Mobile Alabama. The one on st Stephens rd said their computer was down it will be a minute. I asked how long would it take. The woman screamed on speaker thirty minutes. So me and my husband drove to another location on Springhill ave. We began to order $five fill up two piece and also the tenders and wedges deal for two. The woman interrupted and said “we don’t have no biscuits, do you want chocolate chip cookies instead” I said no thanks can we get wedges instead she then said it will be thirty min on wedges. I explained we would have to wait any way because I order tenders and wedges. She then stated in a rude tone ugh that’s fine we trying to give you these cookies because we don’t have biscuits. We told her for a second time we do not want the cookies we will take the wedges. She became angry and told us fine just pull around in a mean manner. This was the worst experience we have had at KFC. My husband said this will be the last time getting any food from KFC and I agree. We ended up at hooters with excellent service.
Because we had to drive out of our way to get better customer service at a completely different restaurant. Hooters to be exact.
Fired or moved and retrained
I been eating at KC over fifteen years this is actually the first bad experience we have had.
Yes we left and will not return
