I made a purchase in the amount of $**.** at the KFC Restaurant *G******. I and a coworker was on lunch. I was told to pull forward and a guest will bring my order out to me. I stated that was fine as I did not have a problem with it. The problem came when the young lady came to my car. When she gave me my food I asked her if I could have some hot sauce and honey. The young lady rolled her eyes at me. I could not believe it. All I asked for was some condiments. The attitude was not necessary. My coworker got out of the car and approached the young lady. She proceeded to say she did not roll her eyes. And then she had the audacity to say, "she could have asked for that at the window!" There was a young man standing outside who witnessed the event. He stated he was the young ladies' boyfriend. He interrupted my coworker speaking to the employee. Wow! I am a frequent customer at KFC and I must say this does not represent the brand at all. I had to leave to get back to work because I was on lunch but as I was driving I tried calling the restaurant several times but no one would answer the call. These are not the type of people you want representing the KFC brand. This restaurant brand has always been family friendly but not today. If you are going to allow relatives*spouses*friends to hang out in front of the establishment and employees to disrespect paying customers, this is not the establishment for me. I would never wish that anyone would lose their job but that particular employee needs to have an extensive training class on customer service. Unacceptable!!!!
