The issue in GetHuman-jmbieber's own words
August **th **** at the ***** **th Ave S ****, Federal Way, WA ***** KFC.**Around *pm I ordered the family meal which comes with ** pieces of chicken, * sides, * biscuits and a cake. After waiting * minutes I was told to pull around into the parking lot even though there was no one else in line. After waiting an additional ** minutes in the parking lot they bring out our food. I drive ** minutes home, start dishing up the kids and open the chicken. It's burnt. Its visibly burnt but I try it anyway to be sure, leave my plated food on the table and drive the ** minutes back to the restaurant all with a nasty burnt taste in my mouth. When i get there I show the manager on duty the chicken and she says "it looks fine to me". I say okay try it then and she refused. She said she'd replace the chicken but i told her id like my whole meal replaced as all the sides are home cold now and I paid $** for a hot meal and am entitled to what I paid for. She said she would call the GM and ask. The GM said I could only get the chicken replaced. Unbelievable customer service. *) make it right the first time *) if you don't, you do everything in your power to make it right if it was your fault if you want the customer to come back. $** is absurdly expensive for chicken and this rare treat turned out to be a disaster. After ** minutes I get back home to my cold food cause they threw visibly burnt chicken in the bucket and didn't care and wouldn't replace their mess up. I will not go back to this restaurant and I have told all *** of my neighbors on our group Facebook page. I suggest you check the reviews on yelp for this restaurant. They are giving this company a bad name for sure.
