We've always had issues with this location but this takes the cake. We went through drive thru and was told at the window that there wasn't any biscuits. We would have to wait for ** minutes. It was late and we had to go so we said no. Then the wait. We waited for ** minutes for our food. They tried to compensate for this by giving us more cookies for our trouble. They gave us * cookies instead of *. Then we got home which is ** minutes away and found out that they left out our extra order of coleslaw. I called and spoke to the manager. He said come back. NOT happening! *He then said that the next MEAL was paid for the next time we came through. That was the **th. We ordered our food & said the manager said it was paid for. He met us at the door and said he would take off a meal deal but not the whole meal.*We stood there discussing the issues as the food was brought out to us. I said no. Forget that. We wasted gas driving up there on top of thinking we'd have dinner. I'm so disappointed in kfc.
