On Tuesday, April 24, [redacted], I visited the KFC location in Hawaii at [redacted] Bougainville Dr Honolulu, Hawaii [redacted] for lunch, something I do almost every day because I work near the Commissary where my daughter, a Sergeant in the Army, is stationed. During my visit, an older African American lady working there mentioned that another employee had questioned my gender. As a 55-year-old woman with 4 children and 6 grandchildren, and also African American, I was deeply offended by the conversation that followed. Despite her attempts to justify her confusion, I left feeling upset and barely touched my food. I have decided not to return to KFC. I am reluctant to reach out to customer service directly, but I hope this matter is investigated promptly. I believe such behavior is unacceptable, especially if the employees have criminal backgrounds. I would appreciate a swift resolution. Thank you, Kimberly W.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at KFC. My daughter was craving it, so we waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes since we couldn't go inside due to a line. When I finally placed my order after being put on hold at the speaker for 5 minutes, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because of cars ahead of me. Upon reaching the window, they asked if I would accept thighs instead of legs due to stock, which I accepted after waiting for so long. However, when I got home, my mashed potatoes were hard, and my daughter's looked like milk. To top it off, there were no biscuits in the box, only undercooked cookies. It was a disappointing waste of both time and money, making it my worst fast food experience ever, prompting me to write my first complaint.

I am a fan of the baked chicken at your restaurant. However, I have been disappointed multiple times when visiting the KFC on Bowen and Pioneer as they often don't have it ready, leading to a 27-minute wait. I find this unacceptable because I arrived at noon, a time when they should have enough chicken prepared. The staff mentioned they might discontinue the baked chicken due to issues like this, which I don't understand. Many customers, including myself, enjoy this option, not just fried chicken. Could you please clarify this situation for me? I might need to find a new chicken joint if this continues.

During my second visit to this establishment, I encountered very unprofessional service both in the dining area and the drive-thru. During my first visit, customers in the lobby had to wait for 30 minutes as the staff were busy preparing a catering order and neglecting the front. Today, during my attempt to give them a second chance, the drive-thru employee rushed me and did not allow me to finish my order before insisting that I drive forward because my previous order was ready. When I requested wedges instead of mashed potatoes with my 5 dollar box, the employee seemed upset, removed the mashed potatoes abruptly, and made unpleasant gestures. I have never had such negative experiences at any other KFC location. It seems like the employees at this specific store are in need of significant training or may not be suited for customer service. I have decided that I will not be returning to this store located at [redacted] Gulf Gate Center Mall in Houston, TX [redacted].

I visited my local KFC at Cheshire Oaks in Ellesmere Port on May 15th at 8pm, even though it's a 20-minute drive away. I spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru that was supposed to have a new full menu. When I tried to order, I was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes. After finally ordering, I was told there was no chicken ready and I would have to wait another 35 minutes! I emailed them on the same day and only received an apology by email last night. I am not satisfied with their apology, as I have faced delivery problems and refurbishment issues on multiple occasions. I was assured that everything was fixed and we would receive our family meal without any problems. It is disappointing that this was not the case, and I believe we should be compensated with a free meal to make up for all the inconvenience we have experienced. During our visit to your store on Arendell St. in Morehead City, NC, my wife and I encountered some issues with our order. While we usually enjoy the food, this time my wife's meal was burnt and dry, and we received the wrong sides. The biscuits are often hit or miss, being either soft or hard. In this instance, they were rock hard. We had to repeat our order multiple times and even then, it was still incorrect. I understand the challenges of running a KFC, having worked for the software company that supplied software to many locations. It's important for the store to review its quality control to avoid losing business. I will ensure this feedback reaches you despite the website's submit button not working. I recently discovered that a new shift supervisor has been sexually harassing three female employees on Wednesday, May 30th, [redacted]. I took the initiative to report this to my general manager on Thursday, May 31st. Surprisingly, I have now been suspended because of it. I believe this action is unfair considering that the supervisor in question is still working alongside the three females without any consequences. What's more frustrating is that the matter was discussed at a general manager meeting where other store managers and supervisors were present, yet I was the last to know about my suspension. I found out not from my area coach who initiated the suspension, nor from my general manager, but from a shift supervisor who overheard the decision. I am an assistant manager and have been dedicated to KFC since [redacted].

I am writing to report an incident at your store in Reidsville, NC. My mother purchased raw chicken from there, and when she returned it, the manager mentioned it was difficult to fry such thick chicken all the way through. The district manager contacted her without showing concern for our well-being. It is alarming that only her chicken had issues, as serving raw food is illegal and poses health risks. We have kept the chicken and photos as advised by the health department. The staff, managers, and district managers displayed rudeness and lack of care. This situation has caused great upset, and I have aired my grievances on Facebook. Many complaints about the store have surfaced. It is essential to address these issues immediately.

I attempted to place an online order for a Half n Half meal combo from KFC's website yesterday. However, after making a successful payment through 'Tez' UPI, I did not receive an order confirmation page. Instead, there was an error page with no details of the order. I have visited your store for the third time, and the service has been consistently poor. On June 5th, [redacted], Maira assisted me. I ordered macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes, but she mentioned they had run out of macaroni and cheese. She gave me mashed potatoes in three different sizes, but mistakenly added gravy, which I did not want. Moreover, there were no napkins or utensils provided. Maira displayed a bad attitude towards me during this interaction, which has sadly been a recurring issue during my visits. I hope that you can address this matter promptly as customer service plays a crucial role in retaining and attracting customers. Additionally, Maira abruptly closed the window without addressing my concerns, leaving me highly dissatisfied with the service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased two #7 $5.00 meals from the Battle Creek Mi. KFC on W Columbia Ave on June 7, [redacted] around 2:45 p.m. Unfortunately, when I got home, the order only contained mashed potatoes and gravy with chicken bits and corn on top, 2 biscuits, and our drinks. I allowed my husband to eat it because he was fasting for 12 hours due to recent lab work. Though I contacted the store and they promised to make it right next time we pass by, we live 20 miles away and rarely go in that direction. I ordered 3 meals and 2 biscuits at KFC #J235015 through the drive-thru. When I received my order, the 2 biscuits were missing. I waited until someone noticed I was still at the window. Unfortunately, the 3 employees, including the manager, completely ignored me. Finally, Krystal, the drive-thru employee, walked over to the window and rudely exclaimed, "why is this woman still at my window." Her inappropriate language was so loud that not only did I hear her clearly through the closed window, but my 11-year-old daughter in the back seat also heard. When I requested corporate's contact information, the manager was unhelpful and claimed they didn't have the number, suggesting I google it. This entire situation was disrespectful and disappointing.

While at the store in Kingsville, the manager, Basil, asked me to leave in a disrespectful manner. I believe he has been mistreating customers consistently, and this behavior needs to be addressed before a serious issue arises. Respect should be mutual, and Basil's rude and dishonest behavior is unacceptable. Despite his claims, there are only four employees, including him, working there. I purchased 2 pot pies and 3 of the new pickle chicken sandwiches for $25.09. However, upon arriving home, I found 2 pot pies and 4 tacos instead. This mix-up was disappointing, considering I had already bought my daughter dinner from Chick-fil-A due to previous incorrect orders from KFC. The meal was meant for my husband, other daughter, and myself, who were looking forward to trying the pickle chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, this experience reaffirmed why I had stopped visiting the KFC in Villa Rica, GA. I would appreciate a refund for the 3 incorrect sandwiches.

This mix-up was disappointing, as I had originally planned on my family trying the new sandwiches. Earlier, I had visited Chick-fil-A separately to get my daughter's dinner since she no longer prefers KFC due to previous incorrect orders. The meal from KFC was intended for my husband, one daughter, and myself. I informed my other daughter about the incorrect order, and she decided to get Subway for her dinner. In the end, for the price of $25.09, my family only got to enjoy 2 pot pies. This experience reminded me why I had stopped going to the KFC in Villa Rica, GA before.

I visited the Columbia Road KFC around noon and spent over $60. I ordered the 16-piece grilled chicken as my son doesn't like the coating. However, the manager informed me that they don't serve grilled chicken as advertised on the website. I prefer healthier options and would appreciate a refund for the 16-piece family chicken I purchased.

Hello, my name is Sabrina S. and I am an employee at KFC and Taco Bell in Norwood, Ohio. I am experiencing an issue with a co-worker at the same location named Oita. Since I started working here, he has been invading my personal space and making inappropriate comments towards me. He even tries to give me tasks that are not part of my job duties. He has been disrespectful towards me and is overstepping his boundaries. This behavior needs to be addressed as he is creating a hostile work environment for me. I checked the Google search which indicated that the store closes at 11. Arriving at the store around 9:50, I observed the entire place was being cleaned as though closing at 10 pm. When I presented a coupon for a deal, I was informed they had no food left as they close at 10, even though it wasn't 10 yet. Showing the employee the listed hours on my phone, he seemed uninterested, stating it was not his problem. I suggested he notify the manager for necessary updates. Even when I mentioned contacting Corporate, the lack of concern persisted. I left feeling disappointed and upset. It's frustrating when stated operating hours are not honored. This experience at the restaurant in Dover, DE left me dissatisfied and unheard. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I waited in line for 20 minutes, and I'm still in line. I had to repeat my order 4-5 times. Upon complaining, I was informed only 2 employees were working — unbelievable! The person taking my order became rude, so I mentioned contacting the supervisor. To my surprise, she claimed to be the supervisor and suggested I leave. She only took my order after I insisted, mentioning there were four cars behind me waiting. I'm still waiting in line with a car in front of me, 10 minutes later. It took 30 minutes in total to receive my order. I used to visit this KFC every Thursday, and it had shown improvement, but the recent wait times have been unacceptable. I visited KFC at 11:20 AM on Friday, July 20th, at store #G135454 in Madison, AL. Upon arrival, there were seven employees behind the counter; five black women and two Caucasian men. I noticed a lack of available food, no plates, and a long line forming. At 11:45 AM, all five black women disappeared into a back room and did not return until 12:15 PM. This left only two employees managing the crowd. I believe the situation needs attention as it seemed unusual for all five employees to take a break simultaneously during peak hours. I suggest reviewing the video footage at this location to confirm my observations.
