I bought a pair of Men's Ultrashot * tennis shoes and for the first time in over ** years of playing tennis got "tennis toe" on both feet. The pain was so bad I had to visit Urgent Care. This happened after only two times using the shoe. Since the shoes were worn the store which sold them to me said K Swiss had a strong customer record of helping out a situation like this. By the way, the shoe felt great in the store but I believe the hard toe of the shoe caused my problem. My question is this: can you help me with a credit or another pair of shoes? I would hate to give away a $*** pair of tennis shoe....Thank you for your time. Chris Anton
