I initially emailed K-Swiss on July * and have received no response. My email read as follows:***I ordered a pair of Women’s BigShot Light * tennis shoes from your website (order number *********) on March **th. I am a new Pickleball player and have been wearing these shoes twice a week to play since they arrived in early April. Unfortunately, the soles have worn quite poorly as you can see from the attached picture. Given that I have not worn them frequently and as a beginner, my play has not been very hard, I strongly feel that two and a half months is far too short a time for them to have worn out. Therefore, I am writing to request a replacement pair if possible. Thank you for your consideration.**Now I have product quality and customer service issues both with K-Swiss
