Playing a tennis match on court ... I am wearing a brand new K-Swiss ladies tennis shoe which I purchased a few years back. I am getting back into tennis as I did not have time to play last few years. In my *nd tennis game back with these K-Swiss ladies tennis shoe, the ***'s of the bottom became undone while playing and I tripped and fell and twisted ankle. I had to default my match. Does K-Swiss offer any advice how to handle this situation, any warranty or customer service satisfaction? As the shoes were purchased few years back, I do not have any receipt. I have another new pair as well unworn as well. Shoes were purchased new and the bottom should not become undone. As tennis shoes are very expensive these days, I would like K-Swiss to offer back some credit or exchange policy even though these may be older model brand new shoes.
This was especially frustrating because I never expected the shoe to loosen from the sole while playing a match and getting injured.
They could make this right by offering some credit.
I have relied on K-Swiss shoe brand for many years and previously never had any issue. I have recommended K-Swiss brand to friends in the past.
Nothing else tried yet.
