I purchased my Juul around 3 months ago, and I have been enjoying it since then. After smoking cigarettes for 41 years, it has helped me transition. Lately, my Juul has been blinking blue, despite trying all the troubleshooting tips. I am at a loss without it, as I haven't found anything that works as well for me. I have been buying from Juul for a while. Since August, I have been struggling to submit my age verification. Despite attempting on both my computer and phone, I couldn't grasp the process. It seems I need your direct assistance as NetVerify and Jumio indicated. My state confirms they do not require anything further for age verification. I am at a loss on how to upload from my iPhone, and my computer doesn't have a camera. This situation has been frustrating for two months. I am eager to resolve this, given my enthusiasm as a loyal customer. I'm not looking for a generic response, but practical guidance through this process. I'm almost 55 and keen on accessing your products. I have connected with many users who have successfully verified their age. I created an account with Juul and completed the age verification by providing my SSN, selfie, and ID. The system verified everything and confirmed my account. I placed an order for an Aqua Juul with auto ship and pods, and my account was charged $44. However, I have not received an email confirmation yet. Instead, I got emails asking to verify my account again. When I tried to log in to re-verify my age, I didn't receive a confirmation code on my phone. I've been waiting for days for my Juul to arrive and this situation is very frustrating for me.

A week ago, I bought 10 packs of Juul pods with assorted tobacco flavors. Unfortunately, three of the packages were damaged, causing leaks inside the packaging. The store declined to refund me, even though I hadn't left. When I contacted representatives, I received the run-around. As a long-term and loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars on Juul products, I find this quality issue appalling. I am extremely disappointed in the customer care I have received, especially given my role as a YouTube video reviewer. I have never given a negative review before, but if this matter is not resolved promptly, Juul may face the worst review I have ever posted online. One of the pods even made me feel nauseous, though it may have been due to storage or handling. Despite that, at $15.99 a pack, I expect the three packs I paid for to be delivered. I am not seeking to create negative publicity, but I expect better service.

I purchased a Juul at a convenience store. They explained how to use it, but when I got home and followed the directions, it stopped lighting up after a couple of puffs. I've tried cleaning it as instructed, but it's not charging properly. Despite leaving it on the charger for over two hours, the light keeps turning red repeatedly. I recently purchased a new product. After trying it for the first time and noticing an odd taste, I cleaned it as instructed but it still won't charge. The red light has been on for nearly two days now. I remember reading on the packaging about a similar charging issue. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. I purchased around 10 pods approximately six weeks ago. As I started using the last box, I noticed that most, if not all, of the four pods inside are leaking into my mouth and device frequently. I initiated a replacement order through the website's customer support page. However, my email confirmation indicates that only one pod is awaiting confirmation for delivery. I couldn't specify details initially, and now I am unable to find a direct way to contact support for further assistance.

My new device has suddenly stopped working. It's not charging, detecting the pod, or producing vapor. I purchased it from a nearby store less than a month back. I am attempting to get a replacement, but now it's giving me an error saying it can't deliver to my address due to an address confirmation issue. I've been at this address for over a year and have received Juul shipments here before. I am even registered to vote at this same address. I am confused about what's happening.

I've been using Juul for two years without issues, until my pods started leaking. I suspect the leaks are affecting my Juul's performance. I attempted to verify my age ten times yesterday and today by entering my phone number but did not receive a code. I have had my account for approximately one month without any issues, and now I am being asked to verify my age. I am 64 years old. Can I please receive the verification code now? I am feeling very frustrated and am considering giving up on using Juul. I believe you do not want to lose any more customers. This is the seventh email I am sending, and all responses instruct me to contact customer support. Despite my efforts to do so, my issue remains unresolved. Unless I can successfully sign in and receive a verification code, I will discontinue using your service.

I am seeking evidence that Juul is harmful, but so far I have only encountered opinions rather than definitive proof. When looking into studies, Juul is often grouped with other electronic cigarettes that produce large smoke clouds and are more complex. Where can I find concrete proof specifically about Juul's harmful effects? After researching each of the five ingredients separately, I have not found any evidence that they are harmful. Propylene glycol is an ingredient I commonly consume, so why is it suddenly deemed harmful in Juul products? I suspect that information about Juul's dangers may be misleading, with the government possibly preferring people to smoke traditional cigarettes. Despite daily exercise including activities like biking, swimming, running, yoga, and gym workouts, I have not experienced any negative effects on my stamina or lung capacity from Juul. I am waiting to see trustworthy evidence before I consider quitting, as I have not personally encountered any adverse reactions. Where can I find definitive proof about Juul's harmful effects?

Dear JUUL, I bought my JUUL from an authorized reseller in China and have since returned to Australia. Unfortunately, after only 2 weeks of use, my JUUL is not producing vapor, and I've had issues with several leaking pods. I've tried troubleshooting methods such as cleaning the pins with rubbing alcohol and changing pods without success. The device appears to be in good condition with a working LED light. Despite not having a receipt, I am reaching out for assistance with this matter. The faulty unit is not meeting the quality standards I anticipated, especially since I purchased the JUUL to help with my smoking habit. Good afternoon, I have not received my last order, #R[redacted]13. The tracker says it was delivered to my mailbox yesterday at 5:12 PM, but I can't find it. My neighbors haven't seen it either. I apologize if this isn't the right way to contact JUUL support, but I've had trouble using the support form on the website. After filling in my information and selecting the shipping option, the form doesn't allow me to submit. I've tried different browsers and even clicking on different links, but no success. I've been using Juul for over a year now. I have tried other pods, but I always come back to Juul for its quality. Recently, I bought 2 packs of (4) pods each, and both packs were defective with leakage inside the case. I tried to use them, but the leakage was too severe. I usually purchase Juul from various locations due to my job travels, paying varying prices between $14.99 to $19.99 per 4-pack. Unfortunately, the store couldn't help and advised me to contact the manufacturer. As a loyal customer and advocate for Juul, I am reaching out to request a replacement for these faulty pods to maintain my trust in your product. I have photos available if needed.

I have been using vaping products for 2 years, which I believe gives me insight into the recent illnesses and deaths associated with vaping. I do not think it is the substances in the products causing these issues. Cigarettes contain far more harmful chemicals, yet people do not drop dead after such short periods of use. If you are interested in hearing my theory, feel free to contact me at [redacted] I am an average person who used vaping to quit smoking and later quit vaping after realizing the true problem was with the products themselves. I believe I have the answer that could potentially save millions in legal fees. Sometimes, the solution is right in front of us, despite experts failing to see it. Thank you.

Hello, I need to report that my recent purchase contains faulty pods, again. I faced a similar issue with my first order and had to buy from a gas station as a backup. Currently, I am financially tight and depend on these pods to avoid smoking. Despite the difficulty in getting a puff, I urgently need nicotine. I have encountered three defective pods, the same as last time, making a total of six faulty ones. Unfortunately, I cannot return them due to my need for nicotine. I am hoping for a resolution to this issue as I rely on these pods. Could you please send me replacement pods? I plan to continue purchasing from you once I can afford it, but currently, it's a financial strain. I am curious why the Juul starter kits are priced differently in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Walmart, Walgreens, and Circle have them for $10.99, whereas Allsups is selling them for $51. It seems there might have been a miscommunication regarding the pricing. It's disappointing to see flavored pods being phased out due to vaping concerns. I have been a loyal Juul customer, having purchased about 30 Juuls since they hit shelves. If you could offer me some free items or a custom order, I would greatly appreciate it. I bought 6-4 packs of 5% Classic cigarettes from Sam’s Club in Columbus, GA. Unfortunately, the flavor was off and the liquid was a dark brown color. I didn't realize the issue until I bought a pack from another store, which had a smoother flavor and a clear yellow liquid. Upon researching, it seems the ones from Sam’s Club might have been old and expired. I won't be buying from Sam’s Club again, despite the savings. On another note, all the local Walmart stores in Columbus, GA have been out of stock for a week, which is disappointing. It seems like a supply chain issue. Herb W.
