Hello, and thank you for taking the time to address the concern of a loyal customer. Almost immediately after I made the switch to JUUL, I found that my favorite flavor of pod was the Limited Edition Cool Cucumber. It was obviously a bummer when the price of my flavor went up due to regulations, but I obviously understand the reasons behind that. Fortunately, I'm in a position that I was*am able to still afford to spend the $** for * pods. I've been doing so without complaint for months with no complaints! However, in the past two packs of pods I bought (at two separate locations), two out of the * pods have been faulty. I took a couple of drags off a fresh pod, and I then boom!... a nasty, unbearable disgusting burnt taste filled my mouth and into my throat. As someone who's been vaping in one form or another for ** years, this is an issue that I've dealt with before, but never expected to with my JUUL. In fact, that's one of the main reasons I made the switch. **I understand that when you're bulk producing a product, it's nearly impossible to avoid at least a small defective rate. I just feel like **% seems a bit high... especially at $** for a pack of *. I essentially just threw away $** in the span of a weekend, which was a huge bummer. I'm sure you know there are countless other options out there when it comes to salt nic vaping, and even more when considering the entire vaping landscape. That being said I would like to remain a customer because up until now, my relationship with JUUL has been picture perfect. At the very least, I feel you should be aware o this issue. Again, I appreciate in advance any consideration that this matter receives.
