OoD**Noer.******z**j*:ref I tried to open an account in order to purchase Juul. I tried a few weeks ago was given a different ref number and told I could receive a discount ( first responder, ***% disabled do to job injury). Yesterday I completed info until you wanted photo ID. That is something I will not do. Give up my rights to what happens with photo. Went to store and purchased Juul with * & *%. When I got home no charging station. Now I have to go back and buy that. I did not want starter kit because it came with all the flavors I did not want ( which goes back to my first contact with Juul). All I can say thus far is it is very hard to find a way to contact customer service. This could be done at bottom of home page contact customer with email address and phone number. Second I still can not try Juul. Spent $**. And still no charging station. I hope once I have the charging station it helps to get me off cigarettes because thus far I would not recommend Juul. Again I could have bought the starter kit I guess it has the charger in it but it seemed like a waist of money buying all the flavors I did not want. I guess it will end up coasting me even more buying it this way. Now I have Juul and * & *% but no way to charge and can not try it. If contacting you was easier or you did not require photo ID this would not have been a problem.*Not a Happy Camper so far.

I went back to where I bought the Juul and got a charger. I was told it should have been in the box. The people there knew me and it was not a problem.*Juul has contacted me several times in an effort to help. I appreciate that. However, at this time trying to contact them via email is still difficult. Their email address could be at bottom of home page under customer support. My other issue is providing them with a photo ID when opening an account. My advise is to never provide anyone with your photograph. Once that is done you give up all control of its use, even with an honest company. It would be better to go to the store and purchase one without having to give them a photo ID.
