Hi*My names Joanna and i am a customer of the JUUL products. In the past * months about, i have had multiple issues with multiple juul devices. I spent alot of money online and in stores buying new devices and then the battery is always flashing rainbow color and wont stop heating pods up and would randomly start thinking im pulling on the juul when im not even touching it.*And now i just had a situation with my limited blue edition juul device I registered in my account but it started to do again the weird thing when the battery turns purple red blue led flashing mode out of nowhere. And had to buy a new device again. the product i just bought I registered the serial number. It was great until the pods wont produce vape and i will have it charge all funny and it isnt working. I dont know if its because it was from a **** or convinient store but i cant even get a replacement under the year warranty. **This is really upsetting since the juuls that used to easily had no issue with registering a product and being able to get the warranty replacement immediately, now i got an email about how i cant do anymore warranty with any device products and reached the max amount of times I can get a new replacement device. Meanwhile if im wasting alot of money and my juul devices aren’t working properly that is not cool with the fact i cant get a replacement battery and it’s extremely confusing the website and i feel like i have been robbed of my money. Im ** years old. I went from cigarettes to using the juul and it helped me cut down smoking alot and i dont have money Coming easily for me since im only ** and starting up my financially with saving and its always hard to start off when you are ** years old with having money all the time and being financially stable. Which is id assume would be understandable to you guys. ** Im upset and want to resolve this because this isnt right or fair. Why put a * year warranty if i cant even use the warranty to get a replacement battery. It was alot easier to do early ****. Now its just becoming a major confusing process and i now am told i reached my limit eventhough the battery devices itsself would either work for a short amount of time and then act out of me with the led colors or they just would not work when i try to use it within the *rd day of after buying it. And these devices are expensive each device alone.** So id like to please just get a replacement device and not have my account be unable to use my warranty replacement device that’s supposed to be good within * year of purchase. **If i have to reset and have my account and info deleted including my cell number and start from scratch and then reregister for a new account with my number again and send a picture of my license to prove my age and if i even have to do that i will at this point and ill reregister the juul serial number that i need a replacement device under the warranty. **And i just bought this device too so im really upset. And the blue limited edition was my favorite one which was the device before i got the most recent one because of it malfunctioning after a while, and the new device now is having issues. and its really upsetting me. *im really now disappointed with not just the devices, but how if someone my age keeps buying devices that keep breaking for no reason or functioning improperly and also now cant even just put in the serial number of the device and easily register the device and report a problem and be able to get a replacement device under the warranty replacement easily, i wish it was simple like that again. **And the fact it is not and i am kinda in a way “not able to get the warranty replacement battery because of too many registered devices i had issues with “ then as a loyal consumer of this brand, thats not fair. Im not underage. I am over **. I just want to be able to get a warranty replacement device shipped to me and if that means to delete and wipe the account of mine and all of my info and register a brand new account with my cell number then ill do that. I dont mind that. I just dont want to be mistaken for anyone that is using your website and services improperly because those are not my intentions at all. **I just want a free replacement device especially also to see maybe if the device if i get a new free replacement device would maybe also work with the new portable charger and would help not have alot of issues with the device anymore. I was looking into buying the charging case but now i first want to figure this situation out where im able to get a replacement device for free of charge and id then buy the new portable battery charger to see maybe if that would help work with the device better. Sorry for this long message its very upsetting and I hope you understand where i am coming from.** Please email me as soon as possible. I really hope you can help and pull a miracle with this issue right now because the product helped me stop smoking and cut down alot. Now i am nervous to going back to cigarettes due to not having money for a new device anymore and i wouldnt want to buy another one if theres a possible chance ill have it be defective agin. Id rather take that risk with a free device thats under warranty to be shipped then invest in the portable charger for it. Because then it would be worth the investment for the new portable charger if i had a device replacement free shipped to me i hope we can do something about this big mess and issue.
