I bought two Juul devices a couple months ago when they were having the deal for customers with auto ship. So, I got two devices that cost $** each* the black ones. After only a couple months, one just doesn’t charge anymore and the other one now doesn’t produce vapor. I also just got the new portable charging device which I LOVE! I have been a “Juul fan” since **** when they weren’t as popular as they are today. I buy ** packs of pods a monthly and have got many of my friends onto the Juuls and off cigs. If you check my account you can see I’m legit all about Juul and a very valued customer. So I would please like to be sent two new Juul devices that actually work longer then a couple months, please. I also would like to know how do I put a warranty on my new charging kit cause I LOVE it so much, I need to make sure it’s insured and covered in case of an issue. So if you could please send me two new Juul devices and guide me on how to exactly step by step put my charging device under warranty I would be more than grateful! I started only ordering Juul produces straight from the website and the beginning of the year because my friend told me how much more legit it is then buying them at gas stations. There is nothing WORSE then buying a pack of Juul pods at a gas station and you open the pack and they are yellow. That means they are stale. Juul pods are like “apples” they are best fresh, let them sit to long they get rotten. So that’s why I order everything off the website cause every time I get my ** packs a month from the website, the liquid in the pods are always clear which is amazing. But now I had to go against my own rule and buy an over priced Juul device at a gas station just cause my two newest Juul devices are malfunctioning*broken*“duds”. I also leave rating and very positive comments on the comment*rating parts of the website. You can go back and look at my account. I have bought lost of devices, pods, charger kit* also left amazing feedback. All I ask in return is this blessing from Juul that you truly care about your dedicated*loyal customers. The serial number for the device that now doesn’t charge at all is: MEN*V**N. The serial number on the device that doesn’t click in with the pods to produce vapor, and the pods just slip out is:AJQ*K*GF. I can only hope and believe in Juul doing the right thing by me for being the customer you guys love.
